Others may have good experiences with Bloomon, but my experience is terrible. 12 Feb flowers ordered for Valentine's Day. Payment goes through and I get confirmation that delivery to my girlfriend will take place on 14 Feb. It will be 14 Feb and no flowers delivered, no communication, no track and trace, nothing. 14 Feb I send an email. No response. 15 Feb I send an email and a Messenger message. No response. 16 Feb again sent Messenger message. No response from Bloomon, no communication, no flowers, while they have my 35 Euro since 12 Feb. I do not know what is going on, but this is really outrageous service.
