Always very happy with the beautiful flowers. Now a bunch got due after 1 week has gone. They do not respond to mail and are not available by telephone. From my bis of 24 euros there are still 4 flowers after 1 week with some green. Service is bad.

I have been flowering flowers for about 2 years now, a bunch of "small" every two weeks. It is still the best moment of the week when the delivery person comes back at the door :) Always beautiful special flowers, beautiful color combinations. They stand for at least two weeks, a number of flowers for at least another week. I am still completely away from it.
Bloomon also offers a Bloomon subscription for business customers. We were enthusiastic and took out a subscription last week. What seems? Bloomon can only deliver the flowers on Thursday evenings after office hours, as this is the only option in our region. Disappointing! After a phone call we only got the offer to refund the money.

Although the flowers are pricey, they are well worth the money. The flowers stay beautiful for me for over 2 weeks. Delivery always within the hour indicated and always super friendly delivery people. However, I would appreciate that something would come from a savings system. With which you can save for a free bunch or something else fun from Bloomon.

My experience with Bloomon is perfect. Beautiful flower combinations, a surprise every 2 weeks what will come. Sometimes there are separate flowers that you cannot buy at the flower shop on the corner. The communication about the delivery etc. via mail and msn is fine. Nothing but praise from me, I think it's recommended, keep it up, I'm happy with it.

Amazed by the negative reviews, I have been a loyal customer for years and if I had a complaint it was always handled properly and that was reflected in the subsequent bouquets, delivery neatly ... Actually everything was good, but now I want two bouquets and then I find the price just absurd. 45 euros for two bouquets is delivered with delivery incl, against all my principles. Perhaps I have been spoiled by a very nice kiosk in the area, but I would have remained a member if at least a few euros were taken from a second bouquet. Fantastic bouquets! They are fresh, varying and if you take good care of them (fresh water, cutting a piece, etc.), they sometimes stay good for more than 2 weeks! Delivery is also always without problems
Worthless! Ordered well in advance (a month in advance) and a message on the day before delivery that the bouquet would be delivered between 2015 and 2115 the day after. The evening itself waited until 2215 when called, some vague story that it was all unclear where the forest was. Agreed to have contact the next day. The same evening at 2245 received an email that it was 'wrong' delivered. With a house number included, but no street, zip code or the like. So it really doesn't mean anything to me. In addition, that house number in our street has a different postcode. The place stinks on all sides. Responded to that email and after 1.5 days no response to that but called myself. Another bad story, few excuses and especially 'we put the money on your account as a credit'. In other words, purely on money. Also nothing of a make-up or an offer to get rid of this inconvenience. Particularly poor and incompetent handling of a complaint. Wanted to continue this for 3 months but apparently the need at Bloomon is not that great for customers. Think carefully before you start. Unfortunately can not give 0 stars.

Quality is perfect, we started with the attelre flowers, nice booklet with information and instructions. Service is simple and easy. Delivery drivers do have ugly vehicles full of dents rust and from the exhaust comes a dirty diesel air. Too bad they don't drive advertising or hybrid vehicles. Flowers! I give a 10! Really good quality.

I ordered dried flowers as a gift, it was returned due to a typo in the address. Unfortunately, Bloomon was unable to recover the returned package, a total waste since it was dried flowers and they could resend them in my opinion. Bloomon is therefore incompatible with an ecologically conscious policy.

Beautiful flowers and super fresh. Sometimes they stand longer than 14 days and the last stems make it until I receive a new "bunch" after 3 weeks. I really enjoy it for a long time. That makes the flowers worth the money. Nice description for the care of the flowers, but also arranging is completely described for the newbees. The subscription is also nice. You can go directly to your own page via email. There you can choose the delivery dates, pause your subscription (high summer, holiday etc.), deliver gifts etc., really ideal. I also often give a bunch as a gift, because I love the quality.

I have had a Bloomon subscription for almost a year now and am very satisfied. Every month a new bunch comes, first I did it every two weeks but my forests are always longer than two weeks so I thought that was a shame. The quality of the flowers is fantastic and are always neatly delivered at the agreed time as indicated in a text message.

I am extremely happy with Bloomon. I have had M forest 5 or 6 times now. Every 2 weeks they choose a beautiful composition of flowers for me. A bunch of pastel colors, or bright colors of large and long flowers and / or flowering branches that look fresh and the bunch is really big enough. Delivery is neatly on time. Some flowers last for a month. I'm very happy with it!!
