Beautiful flowers, very poor service. Another subscription taken at the start of this year. The first delivery went wrong. Deliveryman did not show up without any message from Bloomon. It is then very difficult to contact customer service. Final solution: flowers are delivered a week later. That delivery also goes wrong: the delivery person arrives much later than the agreed time (only at 11 p.m.). This week it went wrong again: no delivery person, without any news from Bloomon. According to customer service, the delivery person has been nearby and the flowers have also been delivered somewhere. At the request of customer service, inquired with our neighbors: none of them delivered the flowers. Post-delivery is not possible. The solution that is offered: deliver the bunch a month later and a 5 euro discount on the next order. For me the last time.
Update 13/06: The amount already paid has still not been refunded after three weeks.
