Unpleasant experience customer service delivered when it suits you is very limited when you explain that you want to report a change once 2.5 days (early) due to renovation and inquire about this. They are not involved at all, and are pretended to be very flexible, but unfortunately

Beautiful flowers, fresh every time. Good communication when the flowers are delivered exactly, accurate to the hour. Almost always early in the evening. Good website where you can simply say that you do not want flowers once or a few days later or once extra. You can also tell that this time the flowers can be placed at the back door etc.

My relationship with bloomon started by redeeming a gift voucher for 2 bouquets from colleagues. I thought at the reception of the 1st bunch ... that's that there is already ..., but after following the directions on the packaging, the bouquet turned out. Separate flowers in very beautiful colors, which showed themselves one by one in harmony. Most of the flowers stayed in the room for 3 weeks. Immediately afterwards ordered the second bouquet. A beautiful bouquet in other colors and with other flowers was delivered at the agreed time. The flowers made me happy again for 3 weeks. So I took an annual subscription with 1 bouquet every 2 weeks. Constantly 2 vases filled with beautiful bloomon creations. Bloomon ... highly recommended ... really !!

Very fresh flowers that will last for at least 2 weeks. Super delivery, you always get a message in advance what time they arrive. If you are not there, they will follow your instructions on what to do and, if necessary, they will leave the forest in a bucket of water. Forests are very beautiful! And you can always choose to stop, temporarily stop or have your bunch delivered to another address. Top!

A subscription to Bloomon for several years. The flowers are always beautiful and last for weeks. (not an exaggeration) It is a super flexible subscription. I usually pin a few times a year when I want to receive flowers. Eg birthdays or holidays at our home. Even if I receive a reminder that I will receive flowers again later that week, I still have the opportunity to reschedule if it does not suit me. THAT is only service. So really flexible!

We had a subscription of 10 forests. You will receive 3 to 4 announcement emails per bunch. Then 2 more mails to ask if everything is ok. After your prepaid subscription has ended, they switch seamlessly and without permission to a direct debit. If you complain about this, the answer is: yes we can't help it. This is how the system is set up. So beware with payment in advance! As soon as it's over, they will debit it from your account.

Really, really special: super-fresh flowers (easy-peasy two weeks on the table, albeit with a little special care: cut the stems when they arrive, cut & change water after one week), always; and really, really remarkable arrangements (for the office and for the home. An excellent price - quality equation!

Bloomon flowergram Valentine's edition ordered to be sent on 13/2. The Flowergram was still not sent on 18/2. Called Bloomon, package was prepared the same day, nothing was said about package content. Received the Flowergram on 19/2 but received the winter edition, which I did not want. Again emailed to Bloomon, they pay back half. Had they let me know in advance, I didn't want to receive the Flowergram anymore and just got a full refund. Absolutely dissatisfied with this service!

The flowers are so fresh that if I take good care of them as Bloomon says, they will brighten my house for almost 3 weeks. The promotions are also very nice (free vases or discounts), so it is also nice to give it as a gift. Ps: my Valentine's bouquet has been delivered well!

I am very satisfied with Bloomon. The flowers are so fresh that unfortunately there is sometimes a broken specimen. The flowers are long and you can usually fill small vases after 2 weeks. I have been a customer for more than half a year and the quality is high every time!

The flowers are super fresh and therefore long lasting, the bouquet is beautifully composed in color and unusual flowers. Delivery also works great. In short, every time I look forward to the flowers, and it is always a pleasure to put them in the vase !!! When something is wrong and you send a message via whatsapp, you will receive a quick response and they have a solution for you.

Every 2 weeks you get fresh flowers from Bloomon. Every time something different. Flowers you don't see often. I think it's a great concept and would definitely recommend buying from Bloomon too. If your flowers are still good and you get your new bunch, you will have small vases for the flowers that are still good from your previous bunch.

This company and its employees are truly commercial crunches! Their website, communication, way of sending flowers etc is really nice and good looking. But actually that is only their strongest asset. For the rest: flower arrangements .... mmmm. They have launched a new 'fashion': a mixed bag of flowers, long and short, all kinds of colors and colors mixed together, basically randomly put in a vase. Infeite it is always the same, so really annoying after a while. The delivery of the flowers was ok. Once a vase (which looks nice but consists of super light glass) was also broken in the packaging and we have received a new one. But the flower collections are still weighed and found to be too light! Subscription also canceled. Keep getting stalky emails (unsubscribe), yes, they are very strong in commerce! You also see no weekly examples (because everything is similar in duration to each other) on their website, but some nice bouquets and that's it.
