Today I received a bunch of flowers from Bloomon, there are no less than 3 bruised / faded flowers .... My complaint was immediately made known to Bloomon: they want to give me a 20% discount on the next purchase .... bad thing, I want just a beautiful bunch of flowers. As soon as I indicate that I do not agree with their proposal, there will be no more response.
