The first day was a bit difficult for us. My VISA card did not work but we ended up paying anyway thanks to my wife who had her VISA card.

Checking in went smoothly, our time here is great. There's a bus stop oposite the hotel which gets you into the city centre easily. Food here is a bit pricey but there are cute cafes and restaurants just over the road.

Our stay was a great experience. Friendly, helpful staff. A clean, updated facility, comfortable room, and an exceptional breakfast buffet. A great location, North of the city with easy access for walking, buses and the metro. Highly recommended.

This is the hotel with the smallest windows in its room. There is no wardrobe or space for your suits. Bathroom is for disabled people. There is no regular shower area. I have stayed many average hotels in Paris, but I gave one star just for breakfast. It was good.

Our 3 night stay at this hotel was perfect. No complaints. Comfortable room, clean, functional, well soundproofed. Rich buffet breakfast, everything is there, from sweet to salty.
Friendly, warm and professional staff. Special mention to Baptiste, receptionist who was able to accommodate us following our booking error. We recommend this property without any worries!

The staff at this hotel are all very polite and friendly towards us, the accommodation was perfect and it exactly how it was described on the website. We stayed at this hotel to explore the city, it is a little far from all the tourist attractions (we walked so it took us around an hour to get to them) but because of its location you can experience more of the raw culture with the shops walking distance away, the transport and the business of the roads. The breakfast was really good we enjoyed it very much, the other people staying here are very respectful towards everyone else and it was a good relaxed atmosphere. The only negative thing I can say about my experience is that we booked a room with 1 double bed but got 2 singles instead. But apart from that everything was perfect! Would come here again :)

I put 4 for the distance to the center. I have no complaints. The room was very good, even spacious for the average of Paris. The breakfast is very good. It has metro and RER next. The rooms are not noisy. I will repeat this hotel on the following work trips because it is well connected to my office and is comfortable. I have to add that the deal is very good.

Very nice room, clean and very accessible.
But getting to the hotel at night is a headache with the staff taking hours to open so we wait in the cold.
This is the first time that I have been asked for a deposit for an iron!
The reception staff were very very disappointing!

It is not in the bestpart of town, but the breakfast is good, the beds are comfy, rooms are quiet and service is good. It is abit far from any sights- about a 30min walk or 10 min car ride.

The treatment and the experience in general has been quite good. The room we were in was a bit old although it seems that the hotel is being renovated, and there is a lot of construction around the building that can be quite annoying, although in the room you could not hear anything.
Very close to the metro and RER, so it is well connected, like almost all of Paris.
One detail that I did not like was that they tested the fire alarm at 4 in the afternoon, without warning and for more than half an hour. To speak we had to be yelling. And I doubt the alarm needs to be sounding for that long for just one check. Unless they warn you so you don't think there is a real emergency.

Apart from a water leak in the bathroom and not repaired at my request, hotel very well very clean

Moisture in the room, not working ventilation. After bathing you have to ventilate the whole room :(

A shame !!! The worst hotel ever. First day power failure throughout the floor, no electricity in all taken all night so no TV. Last day, stealing my computer bag in the lobby, 2m from the receptionists !!! And the worst is that they did not care royally, to ask if they were not in the game! They did not even want to call a manager, I had to call the police myself, impossible to watch the surveillance cameras, to wonder what's the point?!? I have never seen that, run away from this property took everything !!!!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was a great price. In Paris and right next to the metro, it is a great location. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are polite and friendly. There is a bar/restaurant which is really nice although it closes for a couple of hours in the day but plenty nearby. There is a spacious patio area, which is very pretty. I would definitely recommend.

One because the hotel did not provide you with wash clothes. Two the televisions in the room wa only in French language and three the staff was very unapologetic.

Alghough the breakfast was good, the hotel did not look great, rooms were small and bathroom was only so-so.i must say, however. The staff is good and the hotel is near a metro stop. So that was good too.

Convenient for its location in Paris, for its parking (way too expensive).

Very warm welcome. Good management of the current health crisis with proposals for solutions for breakfast (provided by the establishment) and other meals. Very satisfied I recommend this hotel.

I booked a lot of hotels this is the worst and I don t advise you to choose it

The staying at TIMHOTEL was okay! I just feel disappointed regard to the bed they gave us. My wife and I had separated mattress on queen bed. It wasn't exactly what we paid for or what we promised to get. However, the food was okay. Customer service was amazing. Special appreciation to Lilya who helped us getting our room.

I could have put 5 stars because the staff is very welcoming. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is well located. There is always a small effort to make on the buffet: vary the menus would be appreciated. But otherwise nothing to say. I had a good time.

The class and the difference, the hygiene at the top, the comfort of bed, the whole room, restaurant, bar, the reception and the whole hotel at the top of top so I advise you to make a stay in Timhotel.

The room I stayed this time is the other side of the street. When the curtain is open, you can see from the opposite apartment completely.

Hotel which one of the only virtues is to be well placed, near a subway station ... bedding but for the rest there would be a lot to say.

To say this hotel is beyond basic would be too kind.To commence my review the room sizes are very small. I booked a double and was staying alone and it was tiny though I had to pay a supplement! The facilities are poor in respect of shower and tea making facilities in rooms. I had two decaf instant sachet coffees no caffeine based options. There were no shower caps and after asking at reception I was advised to go buy one at the local supermarket. They exclusively cater for meat eaters only with absolutely no vegan or vegetarian options on the dinner menu. I asked for plant based milk at breakfast and the reply was a flat out no. The bins in the bathroom had liners on the first day and the second day none! There are no clear standards maintained clearly. I suggest using the sage provided in rooms as your belongings will go missing if you leave anything out! A very disappointing experience and I do not recommend this hotel and most certainly would not class it as a 3 star in any scope of the imagination. I will not be staying here again and suggest you look for alternatives if you have any specific dietary needs as my friend is gluten intolerant and also could not be catered for on-site!

Perfect place, nice food and ppl working in a hotel... Clean and beautiful place

Buffet and restaurant friendly. The room is big and the staff very nice. We keep a good memory of our passage. The subway is just down the hotel and the ring road is 1 minute ... the train stations too but far from the center of Paris anyway. The price is suitable for good but aging rooms. A bit austere but clean.

3/22-27/2017 Very good hotel.Near subways buses. Staff was OUTSTANDING! They were big help in finding places and how to get there.Room was clean,quiet. Only downside no English tv channel,no big deal as we were on vacation.Breakfast was good sliced meat,hard boiled eggs,yogurt,Swiss cheese,croissants crepes,juice,choice of different types of coffee,milk cereal 13E. Only disappointment dinner buffet,had read that it was slim selection and cold. Right on. Had cheese ravioli, thigh shrimp and calamari with rice.had to peel shrimp and some type of white fish skin on for 15E. could have gone to cafe and gotten great meal for around same price. Would stay here again. Other posts say rooms are small.How much room do you need.Two twins two chair desk,small closet and small bathroom.I didn't get claustrophobic.Also felt very safe. Didn't need security. Construction wasn't a problem very quiet.Felt safe walking in area day or night.

Just had a weekend stay. Staff were helpful. Rooms were nice good size beds although a bit soft for me and pillows very soft too. Paper cups for tea is not a good idea what if u want more than one cup a day plus we only had one tea bag and milk each. Also no fruit juice for breakfast on our 3rd day only orange we dont like orange as it was a buffet a choice should be available

Loved the cleaning in room and given the location and connectivity, highly recommend this place... Cons- the reception area was not properly lit... It was gloomy and depressing....and also room size seem little small ...

Rooms are modern and clean! Breakfast buffet was very tasty and the selection was completely ok!

The beds are comfortable but the carpets even better. We return to 40 in room 523. Super alarm clock by the comic. Thanks noodles.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. Rooms are old and worn out. Sheets are not so clean. The bathroom does not have a siphon, that is, whenever you take a shower you have to take care of the collected water, otherwise if you do damage because of the water you will be fined at least 500 euros. The air conditioner is central and very weak. It was cold in the room. The TV was not working. Throughout the day, a roof was repaired and we were not notified of it in advance. Wi fi the connection is very weak and unstable. I would not visit again !!!

The hotel is well located: close to the RER C and metro line 13. The room is well appointed and quite cozy. The staff is welcoming. Only downside, the door that separated the bedroom from the bathroom squeaked terribly, which is disturbing especially in the evening.

Rooms are small, but are average size for Euro standards. Good breakfast and dinner buffets. Nice location near Metro entrance. Don't expect working "fresh air". Reported twice during our three day stay that our fresh air wasn't working. On 3rd day we were moved to another room that was supposed to have air, but it did not work either. At least it was on the 5th floor and we could open the window. Very disappointed in customer service.

Located on the edge of the "Ile de France", at the "Porte de Clichy", this hotel is a surprisingly good and reasonably priced place to stay. The metro station is almost on the doorstep. In three minutes you can take the line 13 to the "Place de Clichy" and thus already in the middle of the nightlife of Paris, such as the "Mulin Rouge" or the "Pigalle", which can be reached from there with a few minutes.
The hotel with good room service offers a lot for the money spent on the nights, such as the daily filling of the small refrigerator with drinks and small snacks, which are not calculated at the end. The bathroom with shower is very well equipped with various Grohe mixer taps; a huge shower on the ceiling (when you turn it on in the rain) and a hand shower. Each room is equipped with a relatively large HD quality LCD TV, an easy to use room safe and a small espresso machine (Nespresso pads are delivered daily). The air conditioning is relatively noisy (at level 2) but easy to use and very effective. And the whole thing for not even 70 the night. The staff is very friendly, so overall highly recommended

Very dangerous hotel in Paris, the whole hotel no security guard even one person. My backpack was stolen this morning in the hotel at breakfast area, I'm wondering how the hotel operating without security camera in the public areas like breakfast area, after my backpack was stolen I asked the manager to check security camera and he said no camera installed at all plus so security guard too. I absolutely not recommend this hotel to stay in Paris at all.

Poor customer service! Double reservation costs have to pay despite having only been booked through us once. Required 2 rooms have to pay! Really outrageous !!!

Okay, the staff is a charm. But WiFi is not going very well.

The welcome is at the rendezvous, room 407 is large enough for 2 adults and one child. The perfect property. The room is air conditioned. I regret the breakfast too "industrial" and in the room the noise generated by the air conditioner.
