Good service, clean, good area, something far from the center, but super well connected. This is great if you go to the Beauvais airport because two stops you have the aerobus paraphernalia. You can take a train, metro or bus to go downtown. The train is very calm and fast and leaves you at the Eiffel Tower or North dame in 30min without transshipments or algums.

Very good, very comfortable reception. We should think about adding a pizzeria 24 hours a day in case of a small nighttime hunger. Possibly think about being able to embed the beds in the walls to obtain a comfortable open space.

Location rather remote from the tourist part of the city, but public halfway connected (metro in front of the door, Rer C all about 30 minutes). Local, supermarkets in walking distance. Rooms are small, but the most important is there. Beds quite comfortable. Bad hygiene vl a bit poor. Wi-Fi is available, but so about every 5-10 minutes short (or longer), usually when you request a new page ...

There are no safety mats for the bathtub. Consequently, I slipped in the shower and hit my head--bleeding profusely. I asked at reception for a safety mat for the bathtub, but all they could offer me was a towel bathmat--which would be even more dangerous. Staff tried to be helpful, but apparently the hotel has no rubber bathtub mats. This is surprising, given that is a safety concern

Stayed here for 4 nights last year. Hotel is clean and price is reasonable. But the room size is too small. You can't walk around the bed and you might hurt your legs hitting on something. The pictures published on their official website just makes the room look bigger than it actually is. Also the water doesn't drain from the bathroom floors. Wifi wasn't so great. However it's close to a Metro station and easily accessible. Safe location and got some restaurants nearby. I would recommend if you are okay with a very small room.

The lifts are faulty. The receptionist has to go to the floor where the elevator is stuck & unlock it. Quite frustrating waiting for a lift that is not moving. Staff appear to be frustrated by the situation. When you thank him for fixing it, he just storms off.
Rooms are very small. The bathrooms are very small too but appear to have been recently renovated. Close to shops, metro & restaurants.

Fantastic hotel! Super connection to the center Paris! Very clean and tidy room. Thank you very much for housekeeping people. They doing great job! % The reception needs more experience. It gets lost. I definitely recommended this hotel I think I will be back there again.

Neat hotel with good parking in the basement. Parking is not cheap. Located in a modern neighborhood with a few things under construction. Metro station opposite the entrance. During Covid lockdown, breakfast is prepared and set to order. These can be consumed in the room. Dinner can be picked up at one of the fast food restaurants across the street.

This is not a hotel but a factory to sleep. Rooms not badly equipped. Professional and friendly home. Avoid arriving at the same time as a tourist bus is the hustle and bustle. Parking at 35 anyway. Traditional breakfast without more. Take your earplugs as noise from the ring road, the tram and the subway. Well it helps, it's clean but it's very expensive for what it is.

Being from the U.S. I'm not accustomed to small rooms or having a separate heat/air system. We had to call front desk to ask how to turn on the heat. Even after we did the room was still cold, no ice machines or ice buckets. Breakfast was not a typical American continental breakfast. The selections for dinner were limited, we walked across the street and found a better meal and was full.

Charming, friendly and deeply welcoming, beautiful room, however missing a kebab and petanque in the corridors! Small flat noise, except the 523 was the bazaar (it's like Chatenay)! My regards to Akim the blacksmith's son

Very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

Very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
Friendly and attentive staff. Room of a beautiful volume for Paris, very clean bathroom with recent facilities.
Parking with large spaces and possibility to leave the car on the same day after returning the room.

They gave us a room right next to one that was undergoing construction. All 3 days od our visit, from 9am to 5pm, we were subjected to godawful drilling sounds so loud, we couldn't take a phone call, or talk to each other and sleeping was put of the question. We were told that no other room was available, though I do not believe that at all. Further more, we never recieved any maod services, such as cleaning or making the bed, or taking out the trash, or even replacing the towels. The blanket on my bed was covered in piss stains and each day that we returned to our room, the do not disturb sign was placed on our door, even though we had not put it there. They flat out refused to give the same services given to everyone else. This hotel has left a bad taste in my mouth, and it placed dark cloud over our Paris trip. Stay away.

Creepy room and very bad condition. We can not say very positive, because our room was in a very bad condition. From mold in the bathroom and very disgusting stains on the walls to worn-out furniture, broken shower heads and so on. We felt like in a horror house, the double room was the size of a shoebox (unfortunately it was not as clean as a shoebox) only positive is the location right next to a metro station, well you can get away quickly :-). The breakfast was rather average than good to describe the pancakes were partly dry on the sides, it was from 09:00 o'clock (breakfast time officially until 10:00 o'clock) only a little filled up what has surprised the amount of people. The staff was always very friendly and made our stay at least a bit better, but against the price policy of the company they can not do anything. Do not park in the garage, the night costs 35 . There is also free parking around the hotel.
