Finally find Canada Goose here! Only two shops in Poland according to google, and this is the only in Warsaw. Next week it will be 5 degree, now i will not worry about it any more :P BTW, Poland is so cold :)

A good shop, you can buy good equipment, shoes and clothes for mountain trips. There is something interesting for climbing enthusiasts as well as for amateurs of mountain hiking. Good location close to the Pole Mokotowskie metro station. I can confidently recommend this store.

I have to leave a negative opinion due to the very unprofessional approach of the seller to the customer. I went with a girl who wanted to buy her first climbing shoes and asked me for help choosing them. The salesman who served us only asked about the shoe number and on this basis gave climbing shoes two smaller numbers. He replied to the request for larger numbers that these are good and you have to get used to the pain, because we put on shoes only for 5 minutes of climbing. When we wanted to try on other sizes, the seller was offended and did not want to help us, which looked quite funny. It's good that the seller has the idea that the shoes must be a size or two smaller than those in which we normally walk, but if he wants to be more professional in his work, I suggest not to be offended. Second, ask if this is the first pair that the customer buys, and if not, what kind of climbing he prefers. Not everyone needs shoes only for boulders, maybe someone wants shoes for multi-haul routes, others for climbing in slinging, puerperium, and others only for an artificial wall, etc., and not just based on our footwear size, give different types of climbing shoes (in our try on ended up being a second pair because the seller clearly didn't want to serve us anymore). Not everyone does competitive sports, some do it recreationally, and it's worth remembering about such clients. Plus for a wide range. Regards.

The store does not process online orders. We bought a jacket at a promotional price, after 30 min. we have been called that the price is incorrect and the store does not want to process the order. So we answer, "but we want this jacket, please provide the right price", to which you reply that she will send an e-mail offer. Of course, she did not send an email, so we are calling the next day to remind you that we still do not have an email with price information. Of course, the answer is that they will call back in 20 minutes, which they also do not. At 18.21 I get an email that my orders are canceled and the goods that were yesterday are out of stock today. Hi there. Farce does not shop. Now I will wait for the refund, not so much as for the phone, because then I can forget about them.

We did not buy a jacket for 99.90, but for 999.90 (photo of the order with the purchase price in the attachment) and as I wrote, after information about a mistake on the web, we wanted to know the proper price of the product. Your employee never called us back with the price, even though we contacted her again. We did not press to keep the purchase price from the site, i.e. PLN 999.90 for this jacket, and we were waiting for an offer. And this kind of behavior, i.e. promising an offer and then canceling the order, I assess as a farce, especially since the price of PLN 999.90 is not PLN 99.90 about which you write, we reminded ourselves that you would give us the price and that you my prepayment, to which I could pay the indicated difference, if someone gave it to me. We have not talked to you once and I do not know if your employees lie to you and hence you write untrue in answer, whether lies are a way to ward off negatives that should be taken on the chest. Your answer only confirms that the store should be rated 1 *, only because it can't be done lower. I do not greet you.

I liked the shop and equipment, but when I exchanged my opinion with the staff, I wanted to escape from there. I was looking for waterproof shoes and asked the seller about them:
- I am looking for waterproof city shoes, what could you offer me?
+ Only wellies are waterproof.
- I am not looking for waterproof but waterproof shoes.

- Any shoes, if we do not properly care for them and impregnate them, they will not be waterproof.

A well stocked and nicely situated place. I usually shop there if I need any kind of outdoor equipment.

This is my most important mountain store in years. I have never been disappointed with the professionalism of the service. Recently I bought La Sportiva shoes (stationary), I had no problems with replacing them the next day with a smaller size. I am satisfied with the shoes and the service was friendly and not intrusive, I measured different shoes for over an hour and did not see any signs of discouragement. When I needed help - they were there, when not - I was allowed to test the footwear wherever it fell. I highly recommend this store. For picky people, there will always be a few suggestions of good-quality products.

Tourist shop ok, but no revelations. If you compare yourself with others in Wawa, it's a shame to waste time here. They are better and with more goods and a more diverse selection. The service is generally fine, but it is currently a standard in so-called good tourist stores.

1. If in such a tone the Lord responds to my subjective opinion (showing me his superiority), then I have another reason not to come to you.
2. I have known the store for a long time (as Alpinus was still called). So this is not an opinion after one visit.
3. I have been here several times recently because I am currently working nearby. Unfortunately, I didn't get what I was looking for every time. And once even information about the availability of goods on the website was incorrect.
4. What I did not find in Alpina, I found without any problems in other stores. In the same day.
4. I have not mentioned and will not mention the names of other stores, because I do not want to be accused of bias and, for example, "being sent by competitors".

Bottom line: Alpin is not a bad store in my opinion. It's just average. I feel better and easier to buy in other travel stores. After a few unsuccessful visits, I will rather not go back to him.

Instead of attacking me by the way of my opinion - I suggest you roll up your sleeves and start improving what's not working in the store.

PROBLEMS WITH COMPLAINTS, STORE VERY EXPENSIVE
The shoes that I bought (as it turned out later for a much higher amount than the competition) fell apart at the bend after 3 months of sporadic use. The shop and the manufacturer offer only repair, no exchange or refund. It's not legal. Before buying, I was assured of the solidity of the shoes and a very good warranty and the exact opposite of the system. in the event of a defect in the shoes.
