I love this place. Its a great resource for teachers, educators and parents alike. They have wonderful toys, learning materials, moon sand, lego tables, crayons galore, bulletin board-type stuff, furniture, ESL items, etc. etc. Nice parking, great staff, great to catch on a Groupon!
A great place to find anything you need for your classroom or homeschool! Reasonable prices on classroom decorations and posters! They also have an outlet center with great pieces on everything from books to furniture! They have a Facebook page that has sale information and special events!

I bought an item and paid $40 for shipping. On kaplan toys it was free shipping which has I thought I was ordering from since both sites have the same items. I emailed and called and spoke with someone about getting the shipping refunded. No one could refund me supposedly. I asked to cancel the order so I could re-order from the other sites and apparently the item has already shipped out the day after I ordered it. Terrible customer service!!
Sales and software are excellent. Wish more companies were ran this way.
Do not expect to get your items in any sort of timely fashion. You will be charge 12+ for shipping for it not to be shipped out for up to 6 weeks. I have never ordered anything that takes this long to receive especially when you have to pay a higher rate for shipping. It would have been nice to have been informed of the wait time before I placed the order as i would have purchased my items elsewhere.
Horrible service and ZERO quality control and the staff does not care to fix problems after you've addressed them. Also, Amazon has most of the same products for 3 times as less. Their price mark up is unbelievable.

I am terribly disappointed in the 8-piece dinosaur set that I ordered from this company off of the Target website. I paid over $25 for this set that I purchased for an Angel Tree child. When I received the package in the mail & opened the box, I couldn't believe how cheap the packaging was. It looked like someone just threw them in a bag with no thought (see pics). There waa absolutely NO way that I could give that to an Angel Tree child in packaging like that. Ultimately, I return the gift back to Target only to find that Target offered a 60-piece dinosaur set in a bucket, with a handle, for $15 99. The sales associate @ Target was equally as appalled as I was to see how Kaplan had packaged these toys. I will NEVER order from this company again. I'm actually quite glad this happened as my Angel Tree baby ended up with 60 dinosaurs (same size, mind you) as opposed to eight.
As a job applicant, I am disappointed that I was not given the opportunity to come in for an interview. The person who contacted me obviously thought I was qualified. However, what I found unpleasant was talking about hourly rate on the first call when in reality, the salary she mentioned was below of what the posting indicated. Why not discuss salary after you have given the applicant the opportunity to discuss his/her credentials and qualifications in a one-on-one meeting. I am certain that my experience and background qualified me for the high end salary mentioned in the posting. Thanks for taking this into consideration with the next candidate you choose to contact.
I m very upset with the quality of care that was given to my childcare program. I am a child care provider and I recently received a grant for $600, they forced us to use the money with the Kaplan Early Learning Company. I place an order, the supplies came and they were not what they claim to be. The masks claim to be 3-ply they were not, they were very flimsy and cheap. But we were charged high name brand prices for the item but were given cheap Chinese knock offs. Now, I don t know if this was a conspiracy that we were force to shop with Kaplan but it seen like Daycare Council(the funding provider) is friends or family with the Kaplan company. That s how whites keep the money In the family. While we the minority suffers with horrible products. I feel this is unfair and we should ve had a choice to pick which company we wanted to use the $600 for our program. SHAME ON YOU Day Care Council of New York and Kaplan Early Learning Company.

I ordered a train set through this company and it says buy now and get it on 01/23 which is my son s birthday and was planing to surprise him and give it to his on his bday . If I had known it wouldn t come as promised , I would order it somewhere else . Today is the 01/24 and the tracking number still shows the item in transit and God knows when it is going to come . I called and left a voicemail , yet no one called me back !!! Thank you guys , I had nothing to give to my son for his bday ( ~ ).
