I was recently placed in a permanent role through Morgan Spencer.
Everyone on the team were always so friendly and polite. I worked closely with Madie and Jasmine who were very efficient, understanding and helpful. I would definitely recommend them! They listened to your best interests in regards to the job role, location, office environment and flexibility. Thank you to all the team who helped with my job search and for the bunch of flowers that were sent to me a few weeks into my new job!

I was successful in applying for a job at a top private equity firm through Morgan Spencer. Lesley was professional, friendly and an expert in recruitment. It was seeming impossible to find a job during the COVID19 pandemic, but her hard-work and knowledge were invaluable. Both Lesley and Jodie were there to support me throughout the application process and I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for employment.

Morgan Spencer were amazing as soon as I registered with them. A recruiter named Jade was very active in finding me temp roles. After only a month of temp placements Jade put me forward for a permanent position which I was successful in. I really enjoy the job I am now in and would 100% recommend them!

Morgan Spencer have provided me with Temporary Work management services over the last 4 months in London, UK. When I first met with the team at MS I was new to London, within 1 week of joining I was getting 2-4 days/wk as a Temp Receptionist, and ~5 days/wk therafter. After 4 months of working with them I am now in a Permanent position that was facilitated by MS.

My main contacts at Morgan Spencer were Isobel, Becky, Amy and Lucy, who were all fantastic and worked hard to find me work every day. All of the staff at MS were warm, personable and professional at every interaction.

Submitting timesheets was a very easy process (send a photo in once it's signed), and I was always paid weekly, in full and on time.
I was sent to a variety of different businesses and settings, most within North & East London and (conveniently & luckily) quite close to where I lived. Before every job I was given a contact, brief summary of the work, and a dress code so I knew what to expect going into work that day.

Please note if you are looking to apply at Morgan Spencer (or any Temp Agency), it is your responsibility to call your Agent for updates, you must put yourself forward in order to get work. Call your Agent daily, let your emails and calls be a constant reminder to them that you are keen and willing to work every day!

Morgan Spencer were a great decision for me in my search for work, I had a very positive experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for Temp-Perm work as a Receptionist/Administrator within London UK.

I signed up with this agency in June and initially had a positive experience, the first meeting with Natasha was long but she took the time to talk about my current position and what I was looking for. Straight away I was put on to assignment with one company which went fine, then from there I was given a three to six month assignment, which was not such a positive experience for various reasons relating to the team issues which existed before I joined them and were perpetuated by me simply not being the right fit. I spoke to someone regarding this in confidence while I was with the company requesting that they look for a new assignment for me, to which I was told that this is the only company the really get this length of assignment from. Ultimately the issues with the company I was at resulted in termination of my assignment as 'while I was good at the job at hand, they recognised the issues that existed and needed someone to be more positive overall and smile through the toxic environment that they are working to fix'. At the time, the HR employee told me that they were told by Morgan Spencer that I was 'not happy there', this breach of confidence is not only unprofessional and unethical, it is illegal to share any information taken from conversation or other means without my consent - though of course they denied ever passing that comment on to their client. Since I called to notify MS about the difficulties at my assignment, I found that they then became unresponsive, with Natasha, my assigned agent always being 'busy' when I called and never returning. Constantly being passed from pillar to post and usually ending up having to talk to Jade who has not been helpful to me, nor does she seem as though she cares to be. It would have been nice, and appropriate, for the team to seek feedback from the candidate on their experience instead of treating them negatively straight of the bat without any context. It would be good if the agency cared for the candidates as much as they cared for the companies! After expressing what I was looking for in a company, they should have known not to place me in an environment like the one they did, with the existing issues they had.

While the initial sale is clearly important, I would advise that the company also focus on building good relationships with their candidates, instead of treating them as if they are disposable in favour of their clients needs.

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Morgan Spencer. Lesley, Jodie and Frankie really went out of their way to ensure the best possible experience. The recruitment process ran very smoothly and the team were very clear and knowledgeable on the process and matching the right candidates with the right roles. I'd highly recommend Morgan Spencer as they are very professional and have a high caibre of clients.

I was thoroughly impressed with Morgan Spencer from start to finish. I applied and successfully landed a role that was quite fast moving in terms of appointment date. I found all the people I dealt with helpful, informative, insightful about their client and on the ball with updates/progress. Zoe, Frankie and Lesley have been great at finding roles, communicating with me throughout the recruitment process and helped me put down on my cv what had transpired in my career history so that it made sense to a company potentially employing me

Leslie, Frankie and Tiegan are really helpful. They invited me in for an interview/ meet with them within a day of speaking to them on the phone. They sent my CV to two relevant jobs the same day and within 2 weeks I had 2 interviews. Before the interviews they did preparation calls to give more knowledge about the team and company. They got useful interview feedback from the company quickly after. One of the best recruitment companies I ve worked with. I would highly recommend using Morgan Spencer to help look for work.

Biggest waste of time! I went in for the registration and completed all the forms (nearly 2 months ago), was promised temp work and something would be available every week. I have emailed Jade my availability multiple and have never heard anything back, not even an email to say there was no work available. I definitely do not recommend this company if you are looking for temporary work.

From the smooth registration process to being sent out on assingments straight away my experience with Morgan Spencer has been amazing! They were very welcoming and made me feel really comfortable throughout the registration process and seemed really engaged and interested in my situation and career journey throughout the interview. I registered on the Friday and was out working the following Monday! They stay in daily contact, checking how assignments have gone and offering new roles. A great experience with a lovely and genuine team of people.

LH was abrupt and clearly disinterested in my enquiry in to her role. Very disappointing, other agency's/consultants have alot more tact.

Morgan Spencer recently helped me secure a new job role and I cannot thank the two lovely advisors I had more for their service. Morgan Spencer was were incredibly helpful in supporting me to find some initial temp work, and then a contract with the organisation I work for now. They were efficient and matched my skills appropriately to jobs. They were great with providing interview prep and then debriefing afterwards. Overall a very positive experience with Rawinia & Tina.

Couldn't recommend Morgan Spencer highly enough! After submitting my CV back in June, I was contacted almost immediately with a courtesy call letting me know that "there isn't much going in the market at the moment, but they will hold onto my CV and get in touch when jobs become available". After always thinking this was a classic recruiter blow off line, I was proven wrong with constant communication from all members of the team since, notifying me of multiple roles and securing a great temp role for me in August! They have been absolutely great to work with, very professional and communication being one of the best I've experienced when dealing with recruiters!

I'm afraid reading the other reviews I make the people who have given them a not a glowing review absolutely right. I wasted an hour of my time doing there test which I will never get back! I applied for a position and was approached by agency to come In and register, just to make up to show management they have people on there books. Was told to revamp my cv, again which i did to suit the JD. Promised they are trying to get me an interview as soon as with the company but nothing, I have had to call in twice to get an update, only to be told the company decided not to proceed with my application, no feedback at all, but will get some feedback to me, I wont be holding my breath for that!!! I even expressed my concerns to Danielle about agencies asking
people to come in and register I didn't want it to be waste of time...she assured me we only call in people if there is a position!!..clearly a waste for me, money on the journey and wasted my time do not recommend this agency, they are just all fur and no knickers!! As soon as you leave a bad review the agency are hot on it and start giving you a call, if only they had this enthusiasm before!!

Morgan Spencer is the only agency in London I can ever solidly recommend to anyone looking for work. (I was also on the books of approx 20 other agencies). I was with Morgan Spencer for a year and a half, ongoing temping. Based on my personal experience they were consistently professional and helpful. I rarely needed to turn to any of my alternative fall back agencies. Advice: if you keep in regular communication with them, are up to date with your availability and treat every temp booking you have as if it if your permanent job - you should have a regular pool of work. It was a pleasure working with Amy and the temp team. Thank you all!

I feel that this is a company that signs people up just to have more people on their database. I signed up to the company after being invited to do so by a consultant and was told I would be be put forward for at least 2/3 roles after having an in depth conversation and going through my CV. I have heard absolutely nothing back despite emailing twice, a complete waste of my time proving a complete lack of professionalism from Morgan Spencer!

I have been contacted by many job agencies in the month since I have arrived in London, however only Morgan Spencer has contacted me on an almost daily basis with reception and administration work. If you want a temp job fast this recruiter is the one you want.

I have been with Morgan Spencer for about 2 or so months now. From the moment I registered I can honestly say that I am impressed. They are very friendly and easy going which makes you feel at ease and welcome - especially working over here after coming from abroad.
Both Becky and Lucy are husslers with trying to get you back to back/constant, steady work. Amy and Brogan were also very helpful in finding positions.
I was getting called most days and greeted with the happiest phone tones! A good tip for anyone signed up to any recruiter is to call and email them. Keep the lines of communication open as to whether you are still looking for vacancies so the agencies know and so you are fresh in their minds as they deal with multiple people on a daily basis.
I have now secured on ongoing position which I am thrilled about. I have already recommended Morgan Spencer to friends and will continue to do so.

Best Agency in London!

I joined Morgan Spencer about 2 years ago and I haven t a bad word to say about them. I am a full time student but whenever I m home for the holidays I m always able to find work with Morgan Spencer. The team are both friendly and professional and really do their best to meet any requirements. Communication is always timely and smooth and the work assignments are always great. I would also like to hugely commend Ro and Tina who have been absolutely amazing through everything - the best of the best! Honestly, joining Morgan Spencer is one of the smartest decisions I ve made.

I wish there was an option to give ZERO stars. No communication from the MS team after they send you for an interview. You got to follow up yourself. They sent me for interview and said the employers were keen for final stage interview and went quiet for almost two weeks. The recruiter I spoke to was unavailable every time I had called. Later, I was told the employers were at the offer stage with another candidate without arranging for my final round. No respect for anyone's time & emotions at all. MS recruitment is the first of its own kind I met. Don't waste your time with them. They are the worst of all recruitment agencies I've come across in the last 14 years.

I then dealt with Gemma and can honestly say, what a wonderful, professional and friendly team of recruitment consultants they are! They know their stuff too! They put me through for a role that was just perfect.

I registered with Morgan Spencer in November 2019 after my friends recommended it to me. I was lucky enough to meet Lisa, who listened to me, reviewed my CV, gave me a prospect of my options and some helpful feedback on my overall "portfolio". She then got back to me fairly quickly and arranged an interview for an organisation I listed as number one amongst the current positions available at the time. Within two weeks since meeting with Lisa not only I attended an interview but I successfully landed the role. Before my starting date Lisa followed me on the terms of the contract and gave me a few heads up to be best prepared for my start. In my first week Lisa and the team at Morgan Spencer were also kind enough to deliver a lovely bouquet of flowers to the office. A year later I'm still working at the organisation and I have been highly recommending Morgan Spencer to my friends, especially in these difficult times.

Having temped for Morgan Spencer for just over two years I can safely say they are a fantastic recruitment agency to work for. A fairly new colleague called me in, used a potential vacancy as a bait to get me to come in - no doubt for their database just to add numbers. Everything was self explanatory prior to me attending, after that failed to keep me updated as promised. Quite frankly, wasted my time and journey - ask all the questions before going in. Colleague made me reiterate my situation despite all in front of her on paper. Lacked listening skills as if though she didn't scan through my cover letter or C.V! Waited over 20 minutes not even an apology for being seen late or even thanking me for waiting. Friendly receptionist hence 2 star.

Morgan Spencer are on another level compared to the other agencies I signed up to in summer 2019. After registering they had work for me immediately and were always in contact to ensure everything was OK - they really care about the people working for them and are always very friendly, building a good relationship with you. I ended up being at my temp role for 6 months and then offered full time employment. They really helped me out after leaving retail and seeking a career change. A special thank you to Alice and Louise who mainly dealt with all my queries and were the main people searching for work for me. I have already recommended a friend and my sister has also had a positive experience working with them in the past!

Registered a Year ago with Jade up until today no response on several of My emails nor any call backs. Recently I registered again with Them through Shannon, offered one job on part time basis, Which discussed same day with Natalie after the interview with Shannon, I found It as a bait, we discussed part time roles and temps, suddenly part time role turned in to a full time role Which I explicitly said no to. No further reply on email or any contact regarding promising tempts opportunities. Wasted 2hours of My life, I thought Jade being uprofessional, so I tried again but same approach...They better take me off the system if this is a data collection approach for different purposes!

I have been with Morgan Spencer for almost a year now. They helped me when I first arrived to London with some Temp Jobs which led me to a temporary 8 month contract with one of the companies. Once that was done they helped me keep busy with some temporary positions. I worked for them for just over a week, helping with a position they were waiting to fill and all of the employees are amazing and super friendly. In this short period of time they helped me secure the permanent position I hold today, and I could not be happier or more suited to the company. Shout out to my consultant team -Tina, Rawinia and Michelle!

I would say this is one of the worst agencies that I have been too. I found the consultant rude. I was going there for help to find a job and I understand making improvements to my cv but felt I was being mostly criticised for the jobs that I have done and still doing. I was then spoken too about a position but was not at all in my interest as in the type of industry and the location would be difficult for me to get too, also the money was very little. I was told by the consultant that I am less educated because I was not open to try it. That was the only position offered to me and I felt very belittled. I have signed up to a few agencies but never in my life been treated so badly. How on earth they are still running as a business I do not know. I would not be recommending this agency but warning people off, do not waste your time!

As a PA I had found it incredibly hard to apply for jobs as there are so many of us out there going for the same roles. I had looked at other PA/Admin agencies before I approached Morgan Spencer all of which told me I didn't have enough experience and turned me away... I had two years experience and I approached Morgan Spencer and I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made. I had been looking for a new job for a few months and within 2 weeks I had a job offer. Liza a senior consultant was flawless and so kind. She provided me with a document full of interview questions to prepare for, gave the best advise, negotiated on my behalf, and genuinely wanted me to do well in my career. She cared - which is hard to say about other agencies.
A week into my new job and I could not be happier, Liza and Morgan Spencer helped me secure my dream job and I love every minute of it!

Disappointed on how I was spoken to on the phone, extremely condescending and cold. Tried to explain a highly sensitive and upsetting situation that I was in and this was completely disregarded. I hadn't missed an appointment so I'm unsure as to why I was treated this way. Felt like an extremely unnecessary attitude for something that did not affect them.

Morgan and Spencer came as a recommendation to me, when I went to their offices the service was friendly and quick. I had been doing hairdressing for 10 years and trying to change career to do something different, which was starting to prove difficult doing it on my own and applying through sites like Reed and Total Jobs... I was getting no where. Within 2-3 weeks of signing up I had my first interview, they called later that day to check how it had gone and told me I got the job! Morgan Spencer is the absolute best agency that I have worked with. My experience with them has been absolutely wonderful. In the past I signed up with several agencies but Morgan Spencer really went out of their way to find me positions, they match you to the right companies, stay connected to you and do great follow up. I am currently in a permanent position, which I love, and was placed there through Morgan Spencer, next June I will have been working there for four years!

Finding a job during Covid-19 was pretty much impossible. After applying for 100's of roles I applied for a role through Morgan Spenser and Bernadette contacted me pretty much immediately. It was a very seemless and enjoyable process. Bernadette and the team were very professional, responsive and communicative. Let's face it, looking for a job is never a fun job and I have always felt like I was being fobbed off by recruiters in the past. Not holding out much hope Morgan Spenser completely switched my views round and made the process very enjoyable from start to finish.

MS are a great agency to work for. The team are highly professional and it's always been a pleasure to temp at the different companies they work with. It's a very straight-forward process and I would recommend signing up if you are on the lookout for temp work in London.

I highly recommend using the Morgan Spencer Agency. I temped for them for over a year from 2015 and have been temping again for the past month while looking for permanent position. They have been very flexible and understanding as I ve been unavailable to work on some days so that I can attend interviews. They have great communication and have been contacting me with work on pretty much a daily basis. They have always placed me in great roles at top corporate companies in London.

Morgan Spencer are by far the best agency I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I'm always hesitant at signing up with agencies as I've found the experience somewhat deflating in the past, but this is the first time I've ever felt properly supported and encouraged.
