Everything was perfect, but we stay there three days and all the time there was only one available elevator. Second elevator was always out of order. Thus, everyday you have to wait around 15-20 minutes in front of the elevator to get down.

Great prices for quality services. Only downside is there is a lot of public works construction all around - dust and noise

So close to the Louvre and right in the heart of Paris, this genteel historic hotel is romantic and cosy. We spent our 25th wedding anniversary here and it was just perfect.

The rooms were clean, but not very cosy.

The walls are very thin, and getting a good sleep was difficult due to the fighting we could hear from the couple in the room next to ours.

Late at night we had to wait about 15 minutes outside for someone to open the door to the hotel.

The breakfast buffet is NOT worth it given the price and terrible food. The coffee machine broke midway through breakfast.

It was cheap, and the service was friendly.

Service was exceptional and the hotel itself was clean and well located. Our room was lovely and the decor was attractive and warming. Only down side was the air conditioning did not work in room 426 which meant we have to either have the radiator on or the window open which was a shame and made it somewhat uncomfortable especially at night time. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The hotel and the rooms were very neat and clean. The rooms are small but functional. From flat screen to safe everything was available. The cleaning lady had one morning, however, the heating up to no longer turned up, which prevailed in the evening Karbische conditions. The staff is very friendly. Opposite the hotel is directly the metro station "Porte de Clichy" from where you can quickly travel to the popular tourist attractions.

The breakfast was unfortunately not very varied (typical French). There were two types of croissants, 3 types of sausage and 1 type of cheese offered. A coffee machine with a large offer was available.

Hi this is a very comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and it is near a main station, buses and metro. The facilities were excellent, bed and sheets very comfortable, and they had a baggage hold if you arrived early which was very helpful. I would definitely stay in Timhotel again

Not a fan. The hotel was beautiful from pictures but not at all inside. Our showerhead was broken off the wall and the rooms were too small for even a bed. The food wasn't good at all either

Hotel was really clean and tidy. Just as we expected. Location was good as the tube station was just outside. Costs to stay is reasonable. We had everything in the room we needed, I.e. hairdryer, tea and coffee, plenty of plugs and usb sockets. Overall great stay for us.

Decent experience. Relatively small rooms. Parking costed 35 per night. Breakfast not included in the price which was already 200 for a family of 4.. all these things may be quite common in Paris but I felt it's a bit expensive. But the location is quite convenient to get to the city center by metro or uber. Uber was roughly 17 to Louvre and 12 to Eiffel

A luxurious hotel that sells dreams seen from the outside and at the reception, then everything deteriorates when you go up in the very narrow corridors, lack of paint and old.
Not to mention some rooms (7th and 8th floor) where it lacks freshness (paint), a hair dryer that does not work and all black tile joints. A pass that did not work to access my room, I had to go back down to see the problem there was with my card at the reception, so that in the end I would be changed rooms, about 30 minutes from the 'arrival at my hotel until I am truly "comfortably" settled.
240 for 2 nights I find that really excessive ...

3 all-you-can-eat cold and / or hot and / or dessert buffet formulas.
For the first formula at 11.50 (1 single buffet of your choice), the value for money is more than reasonable.

This hotel was our nightmare come true. We arrived 1hour after the check in time and our room was still not ready. The room we were put in after waiting for ages wasn't clean and was right opposite a construction site. The bathroom was disgusting! (Stained and almost falling apart)
The cherry on top was the rude receptionist by the name Lea (apprentice). Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone no matter how cheap!

Staff were super friendly and gave great advice to two people that didn't know Paris at all, the staff have flags on their badges so you know which languages they speak which makes it really comfortable to speak in your native language after a stressful journey to Paris. Great attention to detail - I bought a bottle of Coca Cola and my partner a bottle of Peach Ice Tea, we came back to my room with a can of Coca Cola and Ice Tea in the fridge. Overall great stay here, would recommend.

Near the train station, select a lower price via booking app, very close to bakers.. turkish resturants (halal).. sushi restaurants, clean room, there is a kettle but no fridge, kind stuff, the AC was not strong.. when I will visit paris next time the priority will be to Timhotel and will advice my freinds to reserve there. Breakfast was good. Your dinner and light snack needs improvement.
Also keep a first aid station and staff trained. I hap a hard time to get a simple bandage at nite .

Simple but pleasant accommodations with great location near historical centre. Metro and rer train station is just across the road and provides quick connections to all the sights.

Hotel very convenient for a business clientele. Bedrooms and bathroom completely redone. Excellent soundproofing. The staff is attentive, friendly and very efficient. Close to the Palais de Justice, tram and metro. Parking very convenient. 15 minutes walk from So West, SAP and L'Oreal and 5 minutes by car. I recommend this property.

The hotel is in a great location. The city center can be reached quickly by tram. When we were there 2 years ago - there was a construction site outside, but it didn't bother us.
It was easy to get a cot. The rooms were relatively small, not very modern - but absolutely functional!

What you have to consider - traveling with a stroller in the metro ... you have to be sporty; o) sometimes there is neither an elevator nor an escalator ...

As a guest of the hotel, we were disappointed to pay two days of parking ( 70).

Hotel located close to the metro which is very convenient. The bedding was comfortable, the room spacious. The staff very pleasant. Only downside was the cleanliness of our room. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom, against the tiles ... They stayed there until the end of our stay despite the passage of the chambermaids daily ...

The rooms are outdated, there is no iron, hotel located in not so desirable area, people often sleeping in front of the hotel. The hotel smells very old, carpet outdated.

The hotel looks a little older. The rooms are pretty new and very clean. A lot of selection for breakfast, but it sells quiet like a big Mensa.

On the photo, the room looked nice and we booked it, but when we got there, we got a terrible one. Old, damaged furniture, not very clean. Breakfast ok, hotelstaff nice and did speak englisch good.

Excellent food, excellent reception, but we still hear the neighborhood.

Although the room was good, I had a terrible experience with the lady that works in the restaurant. The coffee machine was not working, so I kindly asked for her help (using all the good words like good morning, excuse me and please) and all that she said was "it's only pressing one button sir...". Leaving me alone without solving my problem (really rude). Then I asked for the help of the guy in the reception and then she said to him that I broke the machine. She didn't know that I speak French and that I could understand her. And then I could hear from my table all her complaint about how I broke the machine. All I did was to press the Chocolat button, but she insisted to everyone, saying out loud that I broke the machine. I didn't reply to her, I was only ashamed in the middle of the restaurant for something I didn't do. I was not expecting something like this in this hotel.

After I made a complaint in the reception, my room's card was not working anymore. I needed to go to the reception twice in order to change cards and the third one worked. Furthermore, they said that the room was reserved to other person that was not me. All this made me think that this hotel is not good. The room is nice and clean, but the people that work there are not prepared to work in a hotel like this. I may be calm, but I am not dumb. I'm never coming back to this hotel.

2019 the hotel and the rooms are very updated, there are no more baths. Everything looks modern and comfortable
2018 year.Norm, but the bath so-so need to be cleaned

A 3-star hotel with rooms that have been redone with a more modern design since September 2018. The reception is very smiling and very professional. There is a luggage locker. Access to the elevator and to the rooms is done with a magnetic card. The bedrooms are very clean. Only downside is the restaurant whose dishes and vegetables are industrial (Company Sodexho). The desserts are very good and the breakfast is varied (salty and sweet).

Nice hotel nice but flat on the size of the bed ... it was not a 160/200 as advertised and the incivility of other guests of the hotel

For the moment I have had to change rooms 3 times ... no hot water, ventilation grid that falls on me and the one where I am, the metro passes below ... 5 days to go ....
But the hotel managers were very responsive and took my room change ... The 4th will be the right one :-)
