In a nutshell, a dirty shop

This is one of the two major Electronics superkmarket in Germany. In whole Germany you have Saturn and his brother Media-Markt. Both of the super market are owned by a single owner but still they have very different apporach in providing consumer products.

Both offer wide variety of Electronics like computers, tvs, speakers, mobile phone, you name it. This Saturn is at the prime location of Berlin at Alexanderplatz, being one of the busiest location of the city.

The staffse are really great and friendly, you get lot of discount during weekends, festivals like christmas, easter. They also offer homw delivery for large electronic like Washing machine, refrigerator etc.

If you are vising Alexanderplatz, give it a visit as well, you might get something at reasonable price for you.

Schechte advice, then prefer to buy in the specialty store

Was in the SATURN branch last weekend and today. Looking for special PS4 games. The selection is large there. The online offers of PS4 games from 5-20 euros from SATURN are also available in this branch - even multiple titles! There are even PS3 games there! A salesperson in the department was friendly and very competent. I can definitely recommend this SATURN branch! 5 out of 5 stars.

Actually, a typical Saturn market like most others. The location on the Alex makes it special. This ensures of course a top accessibility by public transport.

At the beginning of the year I was on site to buy suitable floor boxes and an amplifier for my turntable (Pro-ject Debut). I had previously watched some online and then wanted to listen to a few. I was immediately given very friendly and competent advice. A lot of time was taken and, above all, what I heard was asked to recommend the appropriate boxes. Another day I was on site again and in the hi-fi studio the boxes were shown with different music and amplifiers. After a long time in the shop - always with very good advice - I now have a great amplifier and two standing boxes! After a smooth delivery, I set it up myself and am very happy with it! Many thanks to Mr. K. for the advice and the time. :-)

Once your buying stuff they they will speak all languages. Once you go back for issues in the product they dont speak to you or show any interest to speak just forwarded to next guy. Very rude. And I always hear the same from lot of people that the laptop section staff are the worst.

I bought a tv from saturn it was a good experience, but again i didnt have to return it , so who knows.

4 stars only for the really enormous selection and the excellent service. I immediately found a seller who helped immediately. I needed a protective film for my daughter's cell phone. It was done right away. I didn't wait 5 minutes. Great! However, if you are looking for the big electric bargain, you are wrong here. There are offers that are really only minimally reduced. If you look on the Internet you will often find cheaper offers! The same applies to Media Markt in Alexa. Cross your heart. Alex is a tourist magnet, someone always counts. I would go to other branches for real bargains.

Above all, Saturn is my address for smartphones. The selection is huge, the advice expert and friendly, the prices are almost unbeatable on offers. But I also like going up to the film department. The range is not only geared to current blockbusters, but also holds some rarity ready. The staff turns out to be cinematographic and has often helped me in finding old films.

Chic I would not have thought that mankind needs it but it is like little McDonalds from America, a bit big but ok

I went to Saturn on Black Friday. This day was the busiest day of the year. You could imagine how many customers came to the department store. There is one seller for every 15 or 20 customers. My experience is very different. I was there with my friend who would like to buy a new laptop. We chose a good laptop but we can't find it anywhere on the shelf. Then I asked a seller where I can find this laptop, my friend wanted to buy it. First he looked on the shelf but he didn't find it there. After that he searched on the computer. He was surprised because on the computer he saw 4 pieces on the laptop, but he still can't find it.
We finally bought another laptop from another store.

Good really organised mainly Mr.Pham was really helpful and co-operative.

Very helpful staff. The store is not always the neatest, but with thousands of customers, who are not exactly the best customers, it can be that way. Excellent!
