They take the cheap way to repair anything in a building.

I'd stay away from any building that they manage as they're incompetent in their job. I lived in a building that they took over and due to the nightmarish "multi-tasking ninja" that was in charge, I ended up breaking my lease early to be rid of dealing with them.You can expect to be held to standards that they don't hold to themselves to.

Lived at Verve. Staff was friendly and responsive. Didn't have an issue with getting our deposit back. One star off because our utility invoicing was a mess and I was annoyed our online rent payment changed to have a $1.50 fee for the standard ACH payment

the absolute, complete worst. positive reviews are fake.

To emphasis previous, probably only real reviews, on this company management incompetence yet another example. Had a confirmed appointment to view two units in their building, when I arrived the office agent was kind enough to tell me that he can't show me the place because the tenant "just" told them that they can't show the place. The manager of course got back to me with another very reasonable reason... (fob related).
If this management treat their potential customers in this way I can't begin to imagine how their "bound" customers are treated....

Very often not here during working hours come in late and leave early especially on Saturday

Blanton Turner truly has 5-star quality management. They have always treated my family extremely well and quickly answered any questions we had. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, they worked with us to break the apartment lease without any fees. We are truly grateful for the experience they provided for us. I would absolutely recommend them to any of my friends or family.
