I met Justin Swanson a couple of years ago and he's become my go to guy when it comes to maintaining my K1300s . I've found Justin to be upfront with me in regards to what my bike requires and not unnecessary work. I'd highly recommend when you set your appointment ask for Justin. Thanks Blackfoot for getting me all revved up for another riding season and keep up the good work.

Went into Blackfoot motorsports looking to upgrade from a 650 to a liter bike. Met Wone Yip who not only treated me as a friend genuinely but also was not pushy and faking his friendliness (unlike another dealership i visited prior). Was very knowledgeable about the bikes I was looking at and gave me time and was 100% honest with me regarding all my questions (again unlike a different dealership). Bought the new Kawasaki ZX10R which i fell in love with and was walked through the insanity that Kawasaki calls a motorcycle and purchased it from them. Love the bike, Love the dealership and am definitely going to purchase my next motorcycle from them! Again I would like to thank Wone for his amazing service and look forward to getting another one from him!

Great store that takes pride in their employees knowledge. When I came in Cole Kussman was able to help me out, and get the parts I needed to start rippin up the dirt again. Highly reccomend

Great selection of bikes and gear. If they can't get it, you don't want it. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that can show and explain to you appreciable differences between quality products and cheap junk.

Had to walk up to sales person to get help. Left my number to follow up since the person i needed to talk to was on lunch and haven't heard back since. Great selection of bikes and friendly service staff though -

Update: Initially left 3/5 but after speaking with the VP I am impressed by the level of care and attention they are trying to put into things. Especially considering he took the time to talk to me for a while on the phone about this!

This is by far the best motorcycle dealership I have ever dealt with. I was on my way to Alaska from Las Vegas, Nevada when my Triumph Explorer started having problems. I called this dealership around noon from Montana and told them I had a problem, they said bring it in and we will look at. I showed up around 4pm with my bike and they looked at it right away two different mechanics drove it and then they took it right back, long story short, they had it completely fixed in about an hour and had me back on my way. While I was waiting I could see how busy they were with people in and out and for them to take the time to help me on the spot was amazing. Thanks Jeff Mason and Brett Hart you guys are the best and really went out of your way to help me. What a great place and great people...

Always go above and beyond with customer service. From day one, I go into the store looking for a dianese jacket, Andrew took care of me and gave me a nice discount to top it all off. Ever since that day I have been going back to him for all my gear.

New to the bike scene.Called Couple motorcycle dealerships in Calgary but no one did answer my questions Like Dave.It`s been a while since i own a bike and i walk inside all the Sales guys looked like they were enjoying what they doing very professional and they did find me what i`m looking for.But Entire dealership is super Friendly from Parts,Helmets,Service i was feeling like i own the place everyone seems super friendly like they know you for a long time.If you are in market for the bike i think this is the place to go for and you never regret thank you Dave Anderson for finding right bike for me and Cynthia for helping with Finance.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Made buying my new ride easy and got a great deal too. Everyone from sales, service, parts and admin were great to deal with. Highly recommend these guys. And now I have this... :)

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.....ordered a common moto battery (in stock) from their online store 7 weeks ago....it wasn't in stock and they didn't ship as promised, didn't respond to emails about the order and when I finally called them and went to the store today to pick it up, took almost 90 minutes to get my long paid-for item.....this place is a total effing Shitshow. Never see me again.

It was my first time there a couple weeks back and was absolutely blown away by their service. David Bloomfield was an absolute delight to deal with! Easy going personality, and one of the most laid back individuals I ve had the pleasure in dealing with!

I looked at a Triumph Thruxton R/RS, and he took the time and care to answer any/every questions I had (extremely patient). The best part is? He was not one bit judgmental/condescending to me nor was he pushy whatsoever. He allowed me time to think things over without pressure.

I just had my bike delivered to Edmonton without a single hitch, and I m still in absolute awe with their professionalism. With David representing Blackfoot Motorsports, you have my highest praises; I am a customer for life!

Recently picked up my new BMW, very positive sales experience, thanks to Eric and the very qualified Dorian who delivered the bike.

I had a fantastic purchasing experience with Miles in the ducati section. Professional and I felt like I was buying into a family rather than just a simple purchase, he went above and beyond even thinking of additional gear, and useful extras that are useful but never in a sales or upscale way just really trying to help me get the best out of everything. I will definitely being going back! Also I had interaction with other members there and all were very helpful and efficient.

Had a little problem with a part and in spite of the fact that it was partly my fault, Pat Chambers made everything right. Thank you Pat and staff at Blackfoot Motosports! See you next time!

Bought my first bike from Blackfoot Motosports. I live in Edmonton, but after reading so many reviews from this dealership, I decided to see what they had to offer. I already had an idea of what I wanted and my salesman Harsh was fantastic in guiding me through the process. We felt like he genuinely cared about us as riders and was not just there to make a sale. Although I do not know the gentleman who helped us, the apparel guys and girls are awesome as well. They guided us through the gear that would suit us best. Fantastic and seamless experience. I highly recommend seeing Harsh whether you are a new rider or experienced. Cheers

I'm not just trying to "toot" anyone's horn here, but I dealt with a young lad named Tyler the other day and he has more knowledge about motorcycles then I have ever experienced in a bike shop. Not only did he amaze me with every confident answer, but his customer service was something I will never forget. Never once did he make me feel uneducated or dumb, but rather he gave me information that made me feel like we were friends. Absolutely great guy to deal with! Thanks Tyler.

If you want a Moto gear or a bike this is the spot! Sooooo much selection and they are right by a track to ride once you've made a purchase!

If I could have squeezed a little more money for the trade of my old bike they'd get 5 stars. Still, the service here is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Review Upgrade: I have to take this up to five stars... The Used Triumph Trophy is AWESOME, and the now that I've been driving it for awhile I feel the trade was more than fair. The machine did have the back TPMS sensor battery error as being low. Blackfoot replace the back one only to have the front one ping a low battery state as I drove away. <sigh> Totally NOT Blackfoots fault and still they are eating the cost of replacing both of the sensors. I can't say enough good things about this shop! Thanks guys.

Went in today to find a helmet, even with all of the covid-19 regulations etc, it was still a great experience. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff who take the time to educate you on the products. I felt well taken care of and certainly would recommend the shop for anyone looking for anything from biking gear to a bike itself!

It's true it can take a few minutes to get help initially but I figured that is to be expected at the largest dealership in Calgary. The reviews that complains about this are some seriously entitled wankers, its a motorcycle shop not a McDonald's people. Other customers are taking time making a several grand purchases so if you're not going to rush it, why should they? Brayden helped me out on purchasing my first motorcycle (2018 Ninja 650) It was only after learning more about motorcycles that I realized how good of a choice this was for me. Very insightful of them to steer me to something with more low end torque for city riding, rather than erring on a inline 4 in the Honda equivalent. I never asked her name but the woman with red hair in the apparel area was also great and guided me in getting fully outfitted and armored up. Were I not moving to Toronto, I would definitely buy again. (I may anyways just to avoid the taxes :P) One small note, I wish their hours were even 1 hour later, even if it came at the expense of an hour later opening, especially weekends.

After purchasing Ducatis in Edmonton, Saskatoon, California and now Calgary, I would have to say my experience with BF, with the purchase of my 2020 Ducati SF has been very good.

Largely due to my experience with dealing with Miles as my sales specialist, he worked hard to answer all my questions as mundane as some of them might have been. Miles got me the deal on the bike I was after, even though he had to run up and down those stairs several times to do so I felt he was always in my corner trying to do the best for me what more could someone ask for.

Miles knew the Ducati brand well, you knew the 2020 SF well, he even showed me how to use the launch control on the BF s demo SF, Miles was also second to none with the QDP.

Miles, did sell me on the BF experience .and did so with flying colors .

I just wanted to give BIG thanks to Blackfoot for the incredible service from everyone involved from the start until now. I am new to riding so going into Blackfoot for the first time made me a little nervous - stepping into territory I know nothing about. I was pleasantly surprised however. Their friendly and helpful staff was with me every part of the way to get me set up with everything that I needed specifically for me. From the purchase of my bike to my leathers to accessories and with servicing my recalls. They really put in that extra effort to give you that happy, fun and exciting experience.

Starting my riding is a big thing and they kept my experience exciting as it should be for everyone!! I was ecstatic walking out of there! It's so nice to see a business where the level of service is fantastic across the board. For me, customer service is a make it or break it - these guys definitely make it!!

Thank you, Jay, Cynthia, Ray, Darren and everybody involved when I purchased my bike. You got me my bike to ride in a snap! Love my ninja!

I owned a triumph and the service guys aren't bad but the sales are pushing arrogant people. If I could have purchased parts from anywhere else i would have.

Beautiful building but that doesn't translate into good customer service. I emailed them a question about some motorcycles I saw at the motorcycle show. They didn't respond.

So today I go into the store to look for pants for my brother. A guy approches me and I tell him what I'm in for he shows me where the pants are then just walks away, doesn't say anything.
One of the girls in the dirtbike section was very helpful in looking for the pants and then we realized these arent good for motorcycles. So she sends me to the other side of the building. I ask one of the other girls near the parts section about motorcycle pants, she says they are over there. I ask do you guys have anything on sale, she responds yeah just over there. Doesn't try to help or get someone to help. So I go over and look then I say to myself. If they aren't willing to help, I won't be inquiring about one of the bikes I saw at the show and walked out the door.
You guys just lost business from two potential customers my brother who rides a motorcycle and myself who has one and was looking into buy another.

After reading the comment from the owner. I still will shop someplace else.

Blackfoot has amazing customer service reps. They answered all my questions, was patient and informative. Would gladly do business again.

I have been dealing with Blackfoot for 20 years. From Kevin in accessories to Ron in sales and Cynthia in the business office, a great team!!

Lots of nice bikes. Tons of apparel. Seemed to be missing prices on a bunch of stuff though. Bit I still like to go there.

This company is willing to stand behind the products they sell. The owners and staff went well out of their way to ensure I was happy with my purchase. They went as far as taking back a used motorcycle I was having problems with and finding a suitable replacement. I recommend this dealership to anyone who rides. They have made a lifetime customer with their outstanding service.

I was in a few days ago and got more than I could ever expect. The time, effort and knowledge on finding exactly what I needed was exceptional thanks to Simon. Will definitely be back in the near future!

Worst Experience ever!! sat on hold 3 different times for 25 plus mins just to talk to a parts guy, 5 mins after they opened no excuse for that.... would only go see the girls in clothing otherwise no need to ever step foot in this place

i sent her an email about my situation and she was more then welcome to refund my money back. She has great communication skills and responded very quickly ! and for this reason i will go back to get a bike from her once the economy gain's.

The parts department can get you pretty much anything you need. Although they charge "special order" fees, they will price match anything in stock and matching on fortnine, so support the local shops if you can.

Nice dealership and big thanks to Scott in the parts department for helping me out and making my experience always a positive one. You can tell by Scott's enthusiasm that this is his passion and it really just makes buying parts all that much better.

I only shop here when desperate. Arrogant staff who believe they are doing the world a service by helping you. There are so many smaller shops that will treat you better and likely at a reduced cost. I always leave disappointed.

I bought my new KTM last month from Blaire Canelguen at Blackfoot Motosports. If you are in the market for a new bike I would highly recommend talking to Blaire. He was very knowledgeable on helping me pick the right bike, and explained the bike very well to me with all its options, it helps when he is very passionate about what he does. The delivery process was a breeze, and I would highly recommend anyone buying a bike to reach out to Blaire at Blackfoot.

Amazing store and staff is extremely knowledgable! Had some issues with the bike I bought but eventually came to an agreement with the owner! Double check when you order parts that they have the right number and color, been waiting over two months for levers that I ordered because they were the wrong color and had to be sent back. Called them to make sure they were shipping to my house and no one remembered that I prepaid shipping. So just give them a call from time to time to check the status of your order!

I have had issues in the past with these guys. However I must say Davey is an all star. I've been a major pain in @ss for him, with constant questions and concerns, and even after I bought a bike and had a small mechanical issue. It was fixed right away.

Recently moved to Calgary and stopped in at Blackfoot. Wow! The place is huge, met the BMW guy named Rene and he gave me a tour. The guy knows bikes and how to treat a customer. Hopefully buying an R nine T from him real soon!

Friendly staff for the most part. The only downside is the inability for the tech to fix my brake squeal on my brand new bike. "Its the brake material" as a reason seems illogical for a company to design a 17 grand bike that way.

Excellent customer service, Harsh made my experience way less stressful than what I thought it was going to be. Definitely ask for him if you decide to buy a motorcycle here; when I went to pick up my first motorcycle, Dorian Wegener explained everything in detail and very clearly; as a brand new rider, I had almost no questions after Dorian's explanation, make sure those two help you out when you decide to go get your bike and youll have a great experience 100%.

Great showroom and have a great parts counter. I have been acknowledged almost every time I'm in the store. I would service my bike and quads here for sure.

An absolute pleasure to shop here, staff really helpful, especially Simon Armstrong who answered all my questions & helped me with all aspects of my purchase.

Never had bike serviced here. But I do come by alot to check out bikes and gear for myself. Staff have always been friendly and very helpful. Never pressure me on sales nor do they ignore me if I'm just looking at stuff to plan future purchases. I'll definitely be come here to grab a pair of KLIM motorcycle pants and my next helmet thanks to the info staff provided.
Only thing I havent likes was one young sales associate telling me about how crazy fast he goes on his motorcycle. Bragging about riding stupid fast in residential areas doesn't appeal to me. But to each their own.

I went to Blackfoot Motors today and I felt great dealing with everyone there. Today I dealt with Jared W. and he was awesome and helped me with buying a new helmet and was a great experience. Thanks a lot Jared.

All very knowledgeable, not pushy, and willing to help out with anything they could. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a bike to get in touch with Ron before buying anything anywhere else.
