Had to walk up to sales person to get help. Left my number to follow up since the person i needed to talk to was on lunch and haven't heard back since. Great selection of bikes and friendly service staff though -

Update: Initially left 3/5 but after speaking with the VP I am impressed by the level of care and attention they are trying to put into things. Especially considering he took the time to talk to me for a while on the phone about this!
