Clare and Jason Passlow recently helped us to sell our property, they definitely went above and beyond their job, 5 star really isn't enough to give them. Great communication throughout the selling process, we were updated immediately after every inspection, they are true professionals and gave honest and helpful advice. Clare and Jason were outstanding on the day of the auction everything was handled promptly and handled well. We sold under the hammer for a top price. The whole process of selling went smoothly. Over the course of the transaction we had trust in Clare and Jason's advice and would recommend them wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

I can imagine how demanding being a real estate agent can be; balancing the needs and wants of owners and tenants. Rebecca Hanning does this with great skill and kindness. I hope all her clients appreciate her beautiful service at least as much as I do.

Assisted greatly not only with the moving in process but also with enquiries we had throughout our tenancy and even going above and beyond when we were moving out and making sure it was a smooth transition for us. I don't think this agency is acting in the best interest of the house owner. Recently we applied for a rental property, spoken to the agent the next day Twice! Agreed that we will go ahead after we see the property with the viewing on the next day. The next day, took time of work, arrived with the baby on my hands and stood there with at least 8 other interested people and none turned up to show the property. When I called the same agent to see what was going on, she didn't sound like she knew why none turned up to show the property. After putting me on hold she advised the property was leased that morning. Very surprised and disappointed! None called us to say not to bother going anymore or other people who also told me that they've given their details to the agent. A lot of angry people... We later called the agency to discuss their other listings and none retuned our call. How can they provide the landlord with the Best tenant when they haven't given anyone a chance and not even considered those who has applied and were there is check out the property and potentially go ahead with their application? Sounded like they have accepted the first one. Bad bad experience.

If I could give less stars in this review I would.
I have never in my life dealt with a more incompetent team of property managers. We have on multiple occasions sent a list of minor (now major!) repairs and 6 months later are still waiting to even hear back. Its embarrassing that an agency (who outlines on their website that they " have a passion for customer service" can possibly operate like this. The agency has not once even offered to compensate us for the many major delays. There are too many examples to list. They have showed up inspections without prior warning on two occasions.

The rental managers have changed hands more than 3 times. On no occasion were we informed of this meaning whenever we needed to speak to the necessary representative, we learnt that we had to start all repair and rental processes again, meaning more delays... They have never been up to date which outlines there is never any hand over when employees come and go within the agency. To say we are disappointed with the service is a dramatic understatement. We have been incredibly understanding and patient however our patience is up.

We strongly recommend never using this agency to buy, sell & rent.

Ive ben renting with RWLNS for about a year now, I am incredibly impressed with how quickly they are on to issues with my house when they arise (always same day) and how caring and generous they have been though out this COVID debacle.
I have noticed that I have had 2 routine inspections since being here which shows they take good care of their landlords and property that they manage.

Renting in Mosman

I recently sold a large double title holding in Mosman and Ray White were the agents who partnered with my usual agent to achieve the sale. I was very impressed by the service received and the care taken by Michael and Tim to ensure the property was marketed in the best possible way.

It was obvious that they knew the market and had a good pool of developers to approach. we ended up with something like 9 offers on the property.

throughout the process I found them to be honest and understanding. I particularly liked the combination of Michael and Tim as a team, with each having skills that compliment eachother. No high powered slick salesmen, they had more of an old fashioned approach, based on careful thought processes and realistic expectations.

I am not able to disclose the sum involved, but they realised a very tidy sum and were able to negotiate a deposit large enough for me to buy another house outright before settlement.

I would definitely recommend them for similar sales in the area.

Sam has been exceptional in leasing my new apartment - he gives great advice but is never pushy, goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for his clients. As a first-time landlord, I really did my research and Sam was a standout. I listed with him despite the selling agency offering to show tenants through the property weeks before settlement, and could not have been happier with my choice. Sam found me great tenants within 24 hours of settlement, was really patient and kept me informed every step of the way. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have already recommended him to several family members, and wouldn't go to anyone else when my property needs to be re-listed.

We interviewed quite a few real estate agents when selling our home in Mosman, and Ben Markos, of Ray White, stood out so far ahead of the others that it was an obvious choice to ask for his help.
He worked far and above what we were expecting and kept us up to date on a daily basis with how the property market was going. He gave excellent advice on how to improve the home and because of this we ended up being delighted with the final outcome.
He would go over to the property daily to make sure that the garden was watered, there were no falling flowers lying around, and that it looked perfect for viewing in its best light.
We are very grateful for all he did for us and will definitely ask him if we have to buy or sell again.

The Ray White Rental Team are the most professional team I have ever dealt with. They are efficient in every detail and rented my property within a week (after it had been with another agency for 8 weeks!). If you are a landlord in the Lower North Shore area, this is the best agency, don't waste any time with anyone else!

Check this out: you know how real estate agents are always hounding you for business? We *went in* to the office to ask for help finding a place. It was a Saturday so all the agents were out showing properties and I had to write a list of the kind of place we were looking for. Gave the list to the secretary and we never heard a thing back!

Disappointingly average administrative staff and poor follow through. This is your typical over promise, under deliver type sales organization for new developments. Although I was kept up to date with the key milestones of my off the plan purchase, many of the requests I had made were either forgotten or ignored and never made their way to the developer (despite being told they had been). The worst part is that the follow up upon learning about these mistakes has lead to a complete radio silence. No explanation or apology, nada. Be wary when making an off the plan purchase!
