Beautiful building but that doesn't translate into...

Beautiful building but that doesn't translate into good customer service. I emailed them a question about some motorcycles I saw at the motorcycle show. They didn't respond.

So today I go into the store to look for pants for my brother. A guy approches me and I tell him what I'm in for he shows me where the pants are then just walks away, doesn't say anything.
One of the girls in the dirtbike section was very helpful in looking for the pants and then we realized these arent good for motorcycles. So she sends me to the other side of the building. I ask one of the other girls near the parts section about motorcycle pants, she says they are over there. I ask do you guys have anything on sale, she responds yeah just over there. Doesn't try to help or get someone to help. So I go over and look then I say to myself. If they aren't willing to help, I won't be inquiring about one of the bikes I saw at the show and walked out the door.
You guys just lost business from two potential customers my brother who rides a motorcycle and myself who has one and was looking into buy another.

After reading the comment from the owner. I still will shop someplace else.
