I joined BITE as a permanent consultant on a Tier 2 visa and cannot recommend them highly enough. The initial training offers high level job seeking and interviewing skills and the support offered by the BITE team was always exceptional.

I have worked with Bite on and off since 1999 and have always found them to be helpful, open and somewhat pragmatic in navigating the London contract market. Their services are ideally suited to someone new to the IT contracting scene, whether new to the UK, or switching from permanent to a career contractor.
Yes they charge a margin for their services (once you're working), but they can help get you contracting quickly at decent rates instead of rotting away on some agencies database. In my experience the benefit from their services more than covers their margin anyway.
To be successful at Bite you have to be prepared to take their advice and work with them - like anything in life you get out of it what you put into it.
Bite are very good at what they do. They have really taught me the different techniques required to make oneself more marketable in the IT sector and I believe these are skills that will help me to secure a good role in the future. Recommended.
BITE provides a great service for contractors newly entering the U.K contracting market with recrutiment job search support, Resume support and career advice. Returning contractors also benefit from recruitment turn around with compliance and regulation advice. BITE also provide a great introductory service for those on Tier 5 visas. Would recommend!
