I have worked with Bite on and off since 1999 and have always found them to be helpful, open and somewhat pragmatic in navigating the London contract market. Their services are ideally suited to someone new to the IT contracting scene, whether new to the UK, or switching from permanent to a career contractor.

Yes they charge a margin for their services (once you're working), but they can help get you contracting quickly at decent rates instead of rotting away on some agencies database. In my experience the benefit from their services more than covers their margin anyway.

To be successful at Bite you have to be prepared to take their advice and work with them - like anything in life you get out of it what you put into it.
