ATCO Industries Review

Unless your homeless and tired of begging I STRONGLY repeat strongly advise against working here, it is the WORST place I have ever worked. Management or lack thereof is a complete and utter joke. No direction, no supervision, no recourse if you have a problem. They really should be shut down. Work environment is very unsafe and reporting it goes absolutely nowhere. Very rude and demeaning treatment, write ups are specifically designed to deny unemployment benefits when they fire you. It's beyond pathetic and almost comical they are still in business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely pile of trash of a company. I'd rate it a zero star if I could. Don't work here ever, management sucks, full of liars, favoritism is rampant, and they don't communicate anything with you. No room to grow and lay offs non stop. You're better off working at McDonald's. Stay away from Lordstown Atco like the plague.

Holland Mi at motus integrated technology for inspection pay is okay 14.50 and hour but only because they are giving an additional 2.00 an hour for attendance otherwise base pay is 12.50 an hour. The work is easy but atco supervisor has language barriers can't really understand him. The rest of these reviews are very accurate

I have worked at ATCO for a while now and I thoroughly enjoy it. My coworkers are friendly and encouraging. Good work environment.

This place is nothing. They have there favorites,and some places are un reasonable to work around. Needs a whole new managment team.

The work is very easy! The people are, especially the supervisors & HR personnel are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They're sexually harassing, gossiping, play favorites and lie! I had a team leader by the name of Lillian at the hamtramck/Detroit GM scold me like a child for going to the restroom with out signing out! When I told her not to speak to me like that in a very stern but calm tone, I was what they call " put on standby" when something else becomes available. No one asked for my side of the story, they said that she said she couldn't work with me & that was it! No call back to work & NO unemployment!!

Terrible Experience Ever.
HR Are very Rude and treat you Nasty. all of them Specially MARITA and SHERRI.
You get a different Schedule every day different hours and different shifts don't get surprised. But the women who makes schedule her name is Debby if you get her Food she will give you Good Hours and let you work the shift you want.
Be careful sometimes they steal hours from you have to count every week how many hours you worked.
They will send you on site jobs and sometimes they let you use your own car and If you drive 20 miles or less They WILL NOT pay you the for the miles that you drove.
They lie about hiring they say they hire after three months but the truth is they hire after six months!!.
They will give you a 50 Cent raise after six months working temporary for their Apex Temporary company.
After that forget it you will never get a good raise later, except for your anniversary that Will Not count your six months working as a temporary, the raise they will give you after a year is about 25 to 30 Cent only. PLEASE DO NOT Waste Your Time Working for Atco Industries It's really Not Worth It..

Horrible company my father passed away on my second day working there and they fired me for missing to days , and still haven't got paid for the 2 days i worked.

Stay away from this place as a career at all costs, false promises and time wasted was all I received from the company. I repeat, DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE!

I have work for this company for a little over two years and they fired me for no reason because they don t have enough jobs Pay rates are terrible . and their managers are so disrespectful to the employees there which is most of them are Chaldian s so they take a advantage of them all. I strictly recommend to avoid this place. Note. the owner is scums!

WOR ST PLACE EVER!!! I got hired as a recruiter and the HR worked with my college schedule. I was happy at first! Then I got to see their ugly personalities. From the first day of work they wanted me to phone interview people! How on earth do you expect someone to do that when you haven't trained them?? I don't know what the job is about, what the inspectors do. I didn't feel comfortable calling people from first or second day. I reviewed the questions I was suppose to ask and even typed a nicer and easier format for the questions on my own time. By the third day I was interviewing people on phone and setting interview appointments. For a whole week I'm there i do not have a desk, a phone, or a computer. I was moved from one office to another. I didn't mind and I understood they couldn't get it for me right away. After doing all of that they tell me I'm not doing what they're asking me. I did everything they asked even worked 4 hours with inspectors when I didn't need too. Marita and Sherri are the WORST people to work with. They have the nasties attitudes. They don't make a new employee feel welcomed to the company. After a week of working there and getting a hang of everything they pull me into the kitchen and tell me they don't need me anymore. They wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. Sherri opens the door while im talking to them and tells me "I'll walk you out I don't need to hear what u have to say." They're old and rude people. All the inspectors complained about their attitude... I just do not understand how you can hire a perosn and not have what they need to use to do the job for you. The company will continue getting bad reviews because of the HR. NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK NOR RECOMMENDING ANYONE TO GO THERE.!!

I would like to work there. It,s a nice clean Productive COVID -19 COMPLIANCE Factory. I,ve Work in Factories and Even 1200 feet in a Salt Mine. But at 60 years of age most companies are not to Enthusiastic about Hiring me

DO NOT WORK THERE...they will rob you and not pay you for all the hours...they send their employees over 20 miles away for work and not even pay them gas reimbursement. I had 48 hours with them and paid me regular hours no over time,,,they are dirty, greedy bastards.

Atco promises you the world but does not deliver on their promises. Terribly managed and their HR department is the worst one I have ever dealt with. If you are approached about a job run the other way.

This is about ATCO, a QC contracting job inside whirlpool. First off, don t ever work here. It s ran by family members, who do whatever they want, fix their hours, send out product that isn t even properly inspected. The management has hired more than 4 family members, who get away with absolutely anything. The project manager has been at work one week in a whole month, but let s other people who have no idea what their doing run the cage. It s chaotic. There are a handful of amazing workers who do their jobs but aren t appreciated. Their is no hr to really run to with your problems, being it s basically a family running it.. The ITA sits on her phone, NEVER WORKS, is openly intimate with other coworkers, it s a drama fest. I highly suggest NOT working at ATCO at Whirlpool in Cleveland, Tennessee. DO NOT!
