Won't order again. Took almost 2 hours, finally showed up. Sent it back. RIDICULOUS! !

Smh everyone complaining, papa johns is the best in town hands down. Pizza Hut is racist, I live literally next to them and they won't deliver. Papa johns delivers even in the snow. Good looks papa johns, do your thing

4 pizzas and no garlic dipping sauce? It s the only thing that makes the pizza tolerable. The founder is right, it s just garbage now. Never again.

Awful nightshift manager ordered a pizza called 3 times and now he says we are closed....... his driver wouldnt get out of the car to deliver the pizza im pissed waited 2 hours never ordering from here again like why could you not knock on my door????????????????????

I've been ordering pizza from here for years. I have never had a complaint about this place. My pizza is always delivered in a timely manner, and it's always fresh and hot. Every employee that I have spoken to on the phone has always been nice to me. The driver's have always been nice to me as well. Thank you all, and keep up the good work. 40 minutes and im still sitting here waiting for a PICK UP, this was a huge mistake

Driver took pizza back to store because he "couldnt get anyone to answer," but did not think to ask around when delivering to a public location. Driver was calling from a Des Moines Iowa number so I cant imagine many people from the Lexington/Georgetown area would answer that call. When I called the store, they wanted to re deliver that same pizza an hour later. I asked them to re make it and redeliver and if there would be any compensation. The unprofessionalism on the phone was ridiculous. The girl on the phone couldn't answer any of my questions so she proceeded to ask her manager from across the room everything without putting me on hold/mute. No compensation and the delivery driver was very rude. Taking the pizza back is one thing, but the way you handle your customers over the phone is the bigger issue here.

Eric is the greatest delivery man that I have met in my entire life. Papa John's should have him train further employees to uphold such great customer service. A+ service!

Quality of the product has went way down in the past few yrs. I have started using Domino's pizza

Food was cold when it got here. Order was completely messed up. Wrong pizza toppings wrong size soda. Very disappointing. Please stop forgetting the garlic sauce in the pizza box.

I ordered pizza for my co-workers on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday. When I went outside expecting to meet a delivery man but there was nothing. When I called and asked where my pizzas were they said that they were in line to be made still... Needless to say my co-workers and I are going hungry tonight. I called back to speak to a manager and was on hold for 30 min. Before having to return to work.

Pizza had almost no sauce. Was like eating a piece of toast. Ate 1 piece and threw the rest away!

I always have good experiences here, never had a bad pizza. They do have a drive through window most people dont know about. You have to drive around the whole shopping center to get to it. The bell you have to ring several times because its loud in there and they can't here it. But overall it's a great pizza place.

My granddaughter love the bread sticks. My granddaughter especially who is 3.

Love this location I've only had one issue and that was fixed and free pizza as a bonus ! Awesome speed as well

We Ordered pizza and after it hadn t arrived, we called the manager who was extremely the worse unprofessional person, We have ever dealt with. He refused to remake the pizza along with no refund because his driver lied to him and said he knocked on the door but we were actually waiting at the door so that s impossible. I assume that the fact it was pouring the rain had played the factor in this, meaning he didn t want to get out. So after the pizza finally came to the door over an hour and a half later the driver didn t speak a word durning the drop off with old COLD pizza there were no apologies or anything. This is by far this worse service ever. Josh was the managers name he was very disrespectful and obviously can not control his workers or his temper because his driver was just as rude as he was. I do have to give props to corporate they had no problem and were very sincere.

I have had problems here in the past. Last week I was promised 50% off my next order.....so I thought I would try one more time. When the order came of course it was full price...the driver said there was nothing he could do......order at your own risk.....this store is awful. The mgr should be fired

Just bad service all around. Always forget extra sauces ordered, that I pay for. I feel rushed to blurt out my order every time I call, i started using the app, but they get the order wrong if i use the app for some reason. Just over the Bs, and that goes for the management too. Its not just employees, the managers are the ones who rush me the most. Going to little caeaers or pizza hut from now on. At least they treat me like a guest and not a nuesense.

Good pizza and you can get discounts sometimes if UK wins. I don't remember the promo code though.

I called after an hour and a half. They didn't offer discount. Said it would be 30 mins after another hour called back da9d they were in the way b30 mins later got pizza priced at 14.oo on bank acct wad 19.00. Think they had lot of younger staff that didn't care

Terrible place honestly. Stay on hold for 15 minutes. Get rude service when the phone's picked up. Get hung up on before you tell them your method of payment. Pizza gets delivered with no sauce. Call manager back. Manager says it happens all the time!? Only reason I ordered from here was the support to Toyota through their discount. Apparently now that's gone as well. No use ordering from here at all with their terrible service. Look elsewhere.

First off, I would like to say that I have never given a review for customer service that was positive !!! I'm not easily pleased. However, on this particular night I came to grab my pizza and wings and for some reason this Papa John's was extremely busy as if every person in Georgetown ordered pizza at the same time. It seems everybody was doing their job at a good Pace but there was one girl that particularly stood out and was working so much harder then the rest she was covered in flour from making pizzas and she was motivating the rest of the crew to keep working hard... I even think they were singing but I could not tell what song, I just know that my time waiting for my order was pleasant.. before I left I asked one of the delivery drivers what her name was and he told me "that's Martha she's a manager"... I just wanted to give credit where it's deserved and Papa John's is doing something right hiring managers like that, she showed great leadership in the face of chaos... Great job Martha and her employee's... I will definitely be back to order more pizza!!

I wish I could choose zero stars, this place sucks ordered a pizza at 730, at 1009 my pizza still hadn't been delivered. When I called they said all they can do is give me half off my next order. There will be no next order, this place sucks.

A medium pizza should be called a small. Not worth the 11 bucks

Initially I had a pretty minor issue with an Extra large pizza not being cut through at all, (We were having to tear it apart) And was a little bit annoyed, so I called it in and to my surprise not only was management incredibly helpful, they spotted us a free extra large pizza to redeem at any time, and we even got a 2L of soda out of the deal.

Highly Recommend this place, they may mess up sometimes but at least they efficiently fix the problem.

It was about 45 minutes till closing time when I called, the woman who answered the phone was rude and very short with me, I wasn't even offered the option of carryout. I was very disappointed I like Papa John's the best...

Waiting over an hour for my pizza and forgot my drinks

Sorry, you people completely dropped the ball on this pizza.no sauce,no onions and under cooked dough. Guess I paid for a pie just to throw my hard earned money out.when I called to tell them my order was wrong the young man who answered had absolutely no idea what to do to rectify the situation.

Took over 40 minutes from the time the tracker said it was on the way to the time it was here. My pizza arrived so cold it seemed as if it hadn't been cooked I had to reheat it myself. Will probably never order from this one again.

Love them only beef I have is we ordered 2 days in a roll first day my total was 34.90 for 2 second day it was 24.10 for one pizza thats steep and I sont see how removing an extra large pizza only took off like 10 bucks over 20 bucks for a large pizza is outrageous

My order was correct and hot. Spoke with the night manager while I was there and she was nice and very sweet.

Very upset with my pizza. Tasted as if a can of tomato sauce had been opened and dumped on it. Tiny pieces of ham that was tasteless. Last trip for me.

Had a large order that included 2 liters, dessert, and pizza. They had no cups or plates to offer. Wouldnt allow me to use a coupon on arrival.

Pizza was delivered to our hotel room over cooked and not cut at all. We had it delivered because it would be quick and ready to eat. Well not the case here. When we called about pizza the girl was like well just pull it apart....UNACCEPTABLE!! Who eve the girl was needs to learn how to deal with customers or stay in school! Rude but this is kintucky

Awful service, call to a rude answer, stay on hold forever! And when you call back to change or add to your order they never answer!!! I'd say your that miserable get another job!

If you care anything about your garlic/pizza sauce don t bother with this place lol. They NEVER bring it. I even make notes on my orders and they still forget my extra sauces. It s pathetic.

August 2019-last order for delivery, raising the star rating, wings and pizza were solid and delivery was on time and the driver was friendly

Sometimes it's a 10 and others it's below average.... Normally delivery is on time, have to watch the pricing as they'll tack on various charges... Coin toss between these guys Domino's and Pizza hut...

Well after the recent delivery December 2018 this score has to be lowered, they're lucky to only a 2 star, these wings, kidding me, smallest I've ever seen.... Then the pizza they've actually made this box onto a medium box.... Still m pizza and 6 tiny wings 30$ after tip to the driver, what a joke PUNY JONS!! horrible.... Actually this needs to be a 1 star after this delivery, as I said before and now more so, plenty of other options in gtown

Rude employees that don t care about the customers one bit!

Bad change of management. This location used to offer a nice discount to Wal-Mart employees since we are so close and bring in a lot of business to them. However, tonight when I called to order my pizza I was informed that they were no longer allowed to do this after years because of a change of management. It cost $16 for a single pizza plus a tip. I can get pizza much cheaper from Pizza Hut and Domino's with wider variety. That's what I plan on doing unless the pettiness of the new GM can get over not getting a huge discount on everything in Wal-Mart.

Worst pizza in gtown. Always slow and can never follow instructions given online when ordering. Last time I ever eat there.

For the passed couple months the employees are very very rude especially The Manager Ashley she got mad because they had to remake a order that wasn't right when it came to my house it still wasn't right she was very very rude from here on out I'll take my money else where bad management!

The phone service said my order was gunna be like $18 but when I got there I showed the manager that online it said 12. They worked with me. My order was cold and was definitely rushed. Pizza looked unfinished. Wasn't the best quality. Mancinos cheese pizza still much better than Papa John's any day. Sorry but cold pizza is a fail. Quality. Not quantity.
