Bought a Hyundai Santa Fe 14 months ago. AWD. Never has the awd worked. Last week brake pad fell out of car while driving it. Im not rough with my car nor have I put a ton of mileage on it, but I was told it should have been replaced 20k miles back. Also, car is in shop and AWD issue is an expensive problem, was hoping it to be a minor electrical problem

I went through the new Buick Quick Lube for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was told they were a little backed up when I checked in so I expected to wait a little while but was told I would be called when my car was finished. I received a text and 12:02 letting me know that my car was taken back (only about 10 min after arriving). I sat in their waiting room for almost 2 and a half hours without getting a call. I finally decided to go check on the status of my car just to find out it had been done for over an hour and I was never called. When I asked the front desk gal she said I called you once but it went straight to voicemail and said your box was full. That was false because I got 3 other calls while I was sitting in the waiting room and one of those calls left me a voicemail! When I went to checkout and pay for my services the man at the desk discovered he had just checked my car out to the gentleman in line ahead of me! Of course they had to call him back in and refunded him his money and ended up informing him that his car wasn t even finished yet! All in all I felt as though the employees weren t too concerned with customer service.

One of the worst Car Dealerships I have ever dealt with and I work in the industry. They absolutely took advantage from me when I was in a desperate state. Sold me a car with blown head gaskets and never disclosed it to me. Low balled me on my trade in and then called me to act like I still had and loved the car. DO NOT BUY HERE they don't deserve your business. Please if you are buying a used car here have it inspected by a independent mechanic because they are not honest about the products they sell!!

I bought my car from Tim back in April. He was an amazing salesman-informative but not pushy. I would 100% recommend him. As a whole though, I would not recommend Billion. My car was a certified pre-owned 2012 Cruze. I had it about four months before it starting really acting up. I took it into Billion and they said nothing was wrong. It continued to have problems, so I took it to another shop. They told me they couldn't believe I was told it was okay to keep driving it because I was causing more damage everyday. It needed almost$2,000 in repairs. Repairs I was promised by Anthony from Billion that would be covered by the warranty I had on it, which I purchased through Billion. After four months of "Oh I'll look into it" from Anthony and Greg, both Billion employees, they told me they lied and I would not be covered. I would not recommend doing business with them. It took four months to get anywhere with them. I also can not believe a company can promise me a refund, only to go back and say "Opps we lied". They do not care about you as a customer, only your business.

We had an incredibly easy and painless buying process with Courtney from Billion Auto group in Bozeman. The best experience we have ever had buying a car. For once Billion was priced lower than others even Kellog so that helped the experience as well. In the past, when we have price compared Billion was thousands more but this time (I assume it's their new price match policy) they were in line with others and lower. I will go back especially if Courtney is there!

Everything was covered under warranties. Just bought my 2007.5 GMC 2500HD duramax from billion. had a good experience dealing with Lyle (sales) and Jeff (manager). Didn't have to deal with the usual over the top haggling BS. I only needed to submit 1 offer and their counter offer was spot on. Ended up saving a good chunk off of the sticker price. If you're going in for a vehicle ask for Lyle. Really nice guy and knowledgable.

Had good service for years here until this year, although they tried very hard they were unable to achieve a routine mount and balance on two different cars. Lots of effort on their part to make it right, but after 6 tries balancing the wheel/tire combo, took each car to a different shop in town and on the first try both shops were able to properly balance them. Both shops informed me that all 4 on each car were out of balance. After this the highway speed vibration was remedied. Hope they figure out what was preventing them from being able to accomplish a routine balance.

Just got off the phone trying to buy a truck with Billion Auto group. They offered me a $1000 on my trade for a truck that books at $4000-$5000. Saying they make nothing on selling it wholesale. I hate when car salesmen tells me they re make no money on a deal or on a sale or on a trade. You absolutely are making money. Denny Menholt even offered me $6000 for trade.

When nobody else could fix the blinkers and wipers in my Dodge Charger they got it figured out! Tire price was decent also. Wish they would have just replaced my wiper nozzle for the $6 that they cost not the $300 they quoted me after I already paid $1300 to fix them and they only had my car for 2 months!

We went in to get an appraisal on our trade in and look at purchasing a used vehicle from them. When only my husband was there he was treated well and was basically a celebrity as long as he was willing to do anything that the sales rep said. When I went in with questions that my husband forgot to ask we were ignored for over 30 minutes. When someone finally spoke with us she didnt have answers. Then she said she was getting the manager for us. Again we sat for about 15 minutes. We decided to leave and find another dealership. Another sales rep chased us down and told us the general manager would be out to speak with us. By this point I was already upset because we kept getting the run around. When the general manager finally showed up he rudely cut me off before I was able to even begin asking the questions we had about our appraisal and the vehicle we were looking at only to give me the same half answers and vague rhetoric he spewed to my husband. We weren't even dead set on a specific vehicle and were perfectly willing to look for something else to keep within our budget and give Billion our business. However, being treated as rudely as we were after the sales reps were so unprofessional as they were ruined any chance of getting our business. All we wanted was exact numbers and straight answers to our questions, but instead I was spoken to as a child being scolded and treated as if we had no right to ask questions about our appraisal, the price of the vehicle we wanted. Had we walked in willing to do whatever they asked, and sign and agree to purchasing a vehicle we could not afford then we would have been given 5 star servic .

The day was challenged as multiple employees called in sick and lines at Quick Lube Oil Change were long. We had two cars that needed an oil change. Yet Rick (I believe this is his name... tall with glasses) provided great service. Although overwhelmed with work, he remained calm, kind, extremely efficient, helpful with working out timing for us, and was a great communicator... and was very clearly working triple-time to keep up the good service. He turned a tough day into a very positive experience for me and my daughter.

I shopped online for a new vehicle and Billion was the lowest price by a long shot. I called and soon realized that it was low because they do not negotiate, which was kind of a strange but a relief at the same time. I worked with Randy in sales and Irene in finance. Both where fantastic and I was not pressured once to upgrade or purchase something I did not want. Randy even picked me up from the airport and loaded me up with water for my 6 hour drive home. I was apprehensive about spending the money to travel and purchase a vehicle sight unseen. However, Randy was thorough in his description and honest in his assessment of the vehicle. Zero surprises upon arrival. Which was great, because although they allowed the purchase to be final upon a walkthrough at delivery, I was kind of committed at this point. There is no doubt in my mind that I would travel to Bozeman to purchase another vehicle. Thank you Billion and thank you Randy, Irene, and everyone else who helped me.

Probably one of the most memorable moments of my life the minute I stepped in the door. Those guys were awesome. They weren t trying to push anything on me. Their goal was to find the right vehicle for me and let me do the decision making from there. They took care of all the paperwork I wouldn t have wanted to deal with with the banks for my trade in and loan pay off. I can t say how great I ve been treated by every department there. Any time I ve dealt with their service, auto body or sales crew I ve walked away more than please. Wouldn t go anywhere else. Thank you!!!!

I am Deeply disappointed to have spent over $220 of my hard earned American business owned dollars here to get the following services done on my 2017 gmc sierra 1500 NON DIESEL
1. Swapcab air filter 2. Rotate the front two tires. 3. Oil and filter change 4. topped off on windshield washer fluid.

I was completely wrong in trusting this company with my property and I feel completely taken advantage of. Because of this I will not recommend this company for any future service work to any one.

During my 2 hour long wait I met another business owner and made a new friend. His time waiting was 3hrs and in the end we ended up checking out together. For his new dodge diesel truck his oil change came out to be roughly $156. I share this part of this story because if you do not know what average costs are for oil filter and changes for my truck and most gas powered vehicles. My average cost for oil and filter bought at any local store. With no discount and bulk ordering would be about roughly 50 to an absurd high of $70. I use mobil one full synthetic which is a good quality oil and it typically runs under $60. Windshield washing fluid can be purchased for a whole gallon under $3. These services would take a non pro to gather the tools to disassemble the tires' drain the oil swap oil filters, put new oil and clean up. Under one hour. Non pro keep this in mind. There is multiple companies i have now since heard of that charges and I have previously used that will do all of these services for $70-80. So somebody please explain to me how this is not pure corruption at its finest so be weary. I hope to God you read this and do not have to experience this disgust as I have. I have had my vehicle serviced for three years at your dealership and have never had a problem until now. On Nov 20th I took my vehicle to the quick service at Jeep to have the tire pressure sensor replaced. Was told that they wait was approximately 45 minutes to an hour which I did not have a problem with. I understand that during busy times there is a wait. After and hour and a half of sitting in the waiting area my wife checked on the status of or vehicle and we were told they forgot to pull our vehicle. This turned into a 3 hour wait for the repair. The we found out that the technician found a second tire sensor inside the tire rolling around from the last time we had the sensor replaced. We only have the vehicle serviced at your dealership.
We have never had a problem with the service provided by your dealership before. I noticed that there was a different person running the quick service department that I usually deal with. I question their ability to handle this department.

If you are going to buy a car from Billion, go see Courtney Thomas. I have had some horrible experiences with car salesman, but Courtney was everything that people deserve. She just answered our questions and wasn't even a little bit pushy. She was there to take care of us, not to sell us a car.

However, we did buy a car from her because she made the process so perfect for us and we love our new Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I recently brought my Ram 1500 in for a problem with my tire. Honestly, they couldn t have been more helpful. They worked out ways to solve my issue in the most cost-effective way possible for me. They were very accommodating, and really focused on finding the best solution for me. And they did it quickly. Very happy with how it turned out.

Oh jeez where do I start well I called a couple days ago and spoke to Ryan to inquire some information about a vehicle they had there after the call was finished he said I d get a text when the vehicle was out of the shop or something along those lines can t really remember but anyways never got anything, so I called again yesterday to try to get in contact with Ryan and I spoke to a lady who said she have him get in contact with me so I could put some money down on this vehicle I was never contacted and keep in mind I live in Missoula so I m a few hours away or I would have just gone to the dealership. And I got a call this morning saying that the vehicle sold literally the absolute worst customer service I ve ever experience at a dealership and I m quite disappointed!

Every single experience I've had with Billion has ...

Every single experience I've had with Billion has been negative. I will never set foot in this place again. Quick summary because I don't want to waste another minute on this place, but I'd like people to know what they may be getting

1. Looking to buy a brand new truck nearing $50k in price. Salesmen were not helpful in coming to any kind of reasonable deal on a truck meeting my needs. I went to a RAM dealer in another city and paid $2k less than Billion offered.
2. Called about a minor replacement part needed. Got a price for the part itself, but was told I'd get a call back with the full cost including install. Never heard back.
3. Walked in a couple years later to the RAM building. The place was empty except for a guy in an office. Waited there several minutes, no one came out. Finally knocked on the office door and asked if he was part of the sales team he was the SALES MANAGER! Nice service.
4. I met with them about buying back my truck. Their offer was beyond ridiculous. It was $4k below KBB trade-in value. The next day I went to a non-RAM dealer in town and sold them the truck for $3,500 more than the Billion offer. What a joke.

Beyond those examples, I just never feel like I can believe anything they're saying to me. Every experience I've had is that they are the kind of car dealer that gives car dealers a bad name. I will NEVER set foot there again. If I ever want to buy one of their brands, I will drive hours out of town to buy somewhere else. I'm honestly shocked to see so many good reviews, when my experiences have been so consistently negative.

Something to keep in mind as well every example above was followed by a far better experience with other dealerships. It's not like I was being unreasonable about any of it. Every time, Billion is unpleasant and fails, another dealership is pleasant and we do business. At this point, at least for me, there's a clear trend.

There survics department has no idea what they are doing, they take third time with everything they do, they have known about a problem for two weeks ordered the part the day before the holidays come in, I you have a Jeep renegade fine a better shop or dealer to go to I would never recommend anyone to go to them worst experience I have ever had.

Words cant describe the horror that Billons has put myself and my wife through! This has been the worst customer service experience ever during any transactional situation Ive been involved in which includes but not limited to any fast food, box store, car wash, etc. Im now 2600 miles from home with an illegal vehicle because Billions wants to tell you anything they can think of to make a sale. Once the sale is over dont expect ANYONE to care what was said, paid for, or contractually bound to fulfill the commitments of the transaction. Better off finding ANY other dealership to do anything. Not to mention the service department is a joke ehen it comes to scheduling, actually working, or helping in anyway.

Billion auto lub has always been a great place to get my car and truck serviced. Kellie, the young lady in the office, always has a smile on her face and is very accommodating when ever she works with me. She answers my questions and is very positive. The young man in the office who went over my service sheet as I checked out, was great. The guys in the pit, and on the floor, although I don't have much interaction with them, are fast, efficient and very courteous. The prices are good and the free car wash makes me want to come back.
