I have had my vehicle serviced for three years at your dealership and have never had a problem until now. On Nov 20th I took my vehicle to the quick service at Jeep to have the tire pressure sensor replaced. Was told that they wait was approximately 45 minutes to an hour which I did not have a problem with. I understand that during busy times there is a wait. After and hour and a half of sitting in the waiting area my wife checked on the status of or vehicle and we were told they forgot to pull our vehicle. This turned into a 3 hour wait for the repair. The we found out that the technician found a second tire sensor inside the tire rolling around from the last time we had the sensor replaced. We only have the vehicle serviced at your dealership.
We have never had a problem with the service provided by your dealership before. I noticed that there was a different person running the quick service department that I usually deal with. I question their ability to handle this department.
