Just completed what I believe is our 7th vehicle purchase throughout the years with Chris Nord at JC Billion GMC in Bozeman. Have made the mistake of going elsewhere in the past, and lived to regret it. Chris is not only knowledgeable and professional, he is completely laid back and allows the customer to take their time in making an informed decision. There is NO pressure whatsoever. With every purchase, Chris seems to find a way to make the deal fit within our comfort zone. This is why we stick with JC Billion and will return to Chris Nord for future purchases as long as he remains there! The rest of the staff we encountered through the transaction was professional, low pressure, and just a pleasure to deal with.
Overall the experience was great. I would have appreciated a little more detail with the wear and tear history (used vehicle) but I'm not sure that's even in their purview as a dealership. Great people, great vehicle, and would definitely go back if they had another vehicle we were interested in.

I went in to get a diagnosis on my car. I was quoted $3000 in repairs all of which were overpriced. I said I wanted to consider trading the car in. I gave extremely specific requirements for my vehicle and said that I wanted to get significantly under our current payment.
All the cars suggested to me were outside the specifications I gave and overbudget. When I pointed this out to the salesperson, they got defensive. I went to Global Auto Sales in Belgrade and closed a deal on a car that met my specifications for $5,000 less than the cheapest car Billion suggested and am saving $75/month on the payment and $20/month on insurance.

My experience with the service department has also been pretty great. I experienced a recurring issue with our used vehicle that was recently purchased. They fixed the problem without any frustrations. The entire team at Billion is great!

My Jeep's check engine light kept coming on due to a leak somewhere. They would fix it, then find a leak somewhere else. It was a struggle to find all the leaks, but we eventually got her all fixed!
Mike was wonderful to work with and he really helped me out to make sure my warranty covered as much as possible. He went out of his way and was very responsive whenever I needed anything. The whole team that helped me out was great.

Tara is one of the most caring, knowledgeable and "customer service focused" people I have encountered. We typical don't think of "visiting a service dept" as a positive experience. But at Billion, that's what you get! It's the reason my last 3 vehicles have all been purchased in my hometown of Bozeman, at Billion Automotive Group. Highly recommended.
Bought Chrysler 300 in 2009. People have been good to work with. Service department very friendly and helpful. Main drawback is that it may take a month or so to get into shop for service. Then if parts are needed that are not in stock it may be another month before you can get in. If they could speed this up I would be happy to give them 5 stars.

Billion did a great job on the Transmission seal gasket replacement on my 03 duramax Chevy. Also would recommend that you show the proof of the pictures of the damage on the seal to make sure the customer is awAre of what s going on.

In My Opinion Only, Regarding Alex's bad Review, my circumstances were extremely similar, but experience was vastly different. I also was towed into town on way back to MN, with bad serpentine belt and tension-er pulley. Parked in back to await service next day, had a very pleasant chat with security person, and considered sleeping behind my car, as I was on a long camping trip and had camping equipment...then it dawned upon me, how hard is it to change a serpentine belt & tension-er? The Ah...Ha moment!
45 minutes I was back on the road, feeling very gratefully for the graciousness of Billion, who likely unknowingly provided such a great experience & story I'll remember for quite a while! Much Thanks Billion Auto!
Can't argue with the Service Dept. at Billion. Didn't buy my Nissan rig here but have only had it serviced at this location in Bozeman. Kevin is THE MAN to deal with as he's helped me a half a dozen times with my issues and advocating on my behalf to my extended warranty company. Absolutely, wouldn't take it anywhere else Nissan-wise.

My experience with your body shop was quite possibly one of the greatest shows of incompetence I have ever seen in my life. I was lied to and given false promises. The thing that they did the most was instill confidence in their complete lack of getting anything done.
Salesman Andrew Klipper was amazing and so was the financing assistant who did our credit check (can t remember name). Both were phenomenal. However almost didn t buy because of trade in person was very abrupt and not friendly. Thanks Andrew, we will be back in 10 unless we have to deal with the trade in guy again.

I left my car in the morning for a tires to be switched out for Winter and an oil change. They have an awesome concierge service that drove me home. They called me when it was ready and picked me up, too! Awesome!
I bought my Yukon through Billion GMC, have had the oil changes here, and with the recent snowfall, I was able to get my car in quickly to have snow tires put on. I have nothing but positive things to say about this team, their service, and professionalism.
Our experience with Billion was great. Randy was the best car sales person we've ever worked with. He was just the right amount of laid back, not pushy at all, yet engaged. Everyone was incredibly kind, accommodating, and willing to do everything possible to make our purchase experience perfect. Negotiations were straight-forward...no nonsense. As an additional bonus, the paperwork system was efficient and quick. We would do business with Billion (and Randy) again in a heartbeat.

Bought our Jeep at Billion a year ago. (Justin Williams is a great salesman!) We took it in because it was having some "issues" with the stereo. They did a software update, and an inspection of the vehicle, where they found things that we hadn't noticed, which they ordered the parts for, and will fix for us. They were very nice people, made sure we had transportation while in town, and we got a carwash to go with it all. Two thumbs up!
I strongly do not recommend Billion for any service to your vehicle. After, scheduling to have my truck windshield replaced 12 days in advance I received a call to reschedule my appointment 8hrs before the appointment. Why would I reschedule, I use my truck for work and planned for this. Windshield was replaced but they smeared glue all over the brand new windshield. So I had to scrub all that off. They took the truck to service to check on a noise and to do some recalls. After discussing all the things they found wrong with the truck, after warranty, I took the truck home. Truck now randomly turns off, won't start, and all the parking sensors don't work. Additionally, after getting the truck it smells like burnt motor oil. At the very least they can give you your vehicle in better shape than you left it in. I swear they purposely break things on your vehicle so you bring it back in for them to fix..... Can't prove it but this isn't the first time this has been an issue. Do not use Billion for anything, they are completely incompetent to do any service or replacement to a vehicle.
Had to get a new key/fob.they went over issues with it.we re very helpful and friendly.would go back with my Jeep again.

Took 2 extra days to get the parts and finish the work on my car. The parts and tool to finish my car breaking might have been unavoidable but the inaccurate feed back on the status of my car was just bad organization and customer service.
We had scheduled an appointment at 2 pm to look at a car. We got there a little early and was told the salesman I had been talking to was busy, but to have a seat in the waiting room and they would let him know we were there. 1.5 hours later the salesman finally contacted me via phone! I finally got to test drive the car I was interested in but pointed out several issues to the salesman. They were only willing to come down $500.00 and they already had the car priced $640 above the high blue book value. Plus, they only wanted to give me $1,500.00 lower than my car was worth so we offered cash on the spot. The salesman didn't even flinch and said the manager would not go for it. We were willing to negotiate and would have paid more but he didn't even give us a counter offer! Our original cash offer was only $2,000.00 below asking price so you would think he would at least talk to someone. Nope, apparently he can make that call all on his own. I was extremely unsatisfied with the service here. Although I loved this car, it wasn't worth being ripped off. Other dealers jump on cash for a new car but these guys must not need it!

I have dealt with Billions service department a handful of time but recently bought a used car from them. They worked hard to get me good financing and the salesmen I worked with, Duke Brown, went out of his way to make things as easy as possible for me. From the service to sales department these guys are the best. If you are in the market for a new/used car I highly recommend Billion and especially Duke. What you should know about Billion before you purchase a vehicle is that they're a "bargaining lot", meaning they jack up the sticker price in anticipation of getting a lower offer. This is something I wish I had known 2 years ago when I purchased my used Subaru from them. I guess I should have known, but if no one tells you these things then you're left to your own devices and have to find out the hard way. Im in the process of trying to sell my car to get out of my monthly payment and currently owe $5,000 more than the KBB value of my car. There are many dealerships in town and if you can, take your money elsewhere or at least make sure you're not getting raked over the coals.

Really pleased with the service and the sales team in buying our new truck. Didn't just sell, they really tried to help us pick what was best for our needs and wants. They definitely broke the stereotype of car salesman for us.
Although the wait for an oil change was a bit lengthy, Christopher gave a correct estimate and expectation. He was friendly and cordial. The oil change and check list was completed within the timeframe given. The facilities were clean and comfortable, so the wait experience was a comfortable one.
I had the pleasure of buying a new truck from Billion in May 2019 and it was an excellent experience. Brandon was superb in showing us many options to meet the requirements we needed in a truck. The sales managers were kind and sincere in assisting us with our purchase as well. I d highly recommend them to anyone!
Please consider taking your vehicle to another place for a 2nd opinion. Was quoted almost $900 just to diagnose my car. Took it to another place and they found the issue for only $250. They also quoted me $1,500 lower for the problem that Billion thought the issue might be. Disappointing....gave 2 stars just because they did work quick and were somewhat friendly.
I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Communication was sub par, and their description of the vehicle was poor at best. I purchased a very low mileage 16 Escalade and was told it was in show room condition as the photos they sent me were not very good. The vehicle arrived, remarkably there was curb rash on 2 rims and 3 spots with tiny dings that luckily were able to be fixed with dentless paint repair. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is due to the price being pretty competitive......outside of that, I would not recommend this dealership.

Super friendly staff and very easy to talk to. Brought my car in for an average inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Within half an hour they had my car to me in better condition than when I left it with them!
Billion sends out scam lottery tickets to lure you into the dealership. I m appalled at how poorly we were treated by the so called event coordinators who they call in from Texas to organize this fraudulent scheme. Utterly shameful- I never would have expected a Bozeman business to stoop this low. NEVER come to this place.

Both times I've gone the sales rep I had was pretty pushy and the second time the guy smelled like cigarette smoke which gives me migraines. Besides that he told me to hold on so he could go smoke. Not very friendly and act like you're not really worth the time. The cars are great and the place is clean and organized but they really need better customer service

Was planning on Dodge Ram from Billion. I had a 2003 Ram 1500 for trade. They offered me $1,500 because they said that the engine was going out. I had put a new engine in the rig 5,000 miles before I brought it in to billion. Needless to say, the trade didn't happen and I'm not impressed with the fact that they offered me less than most tire kickers would. Won't be going back.
