All I have to say about the new facility is WOW! What a gorgeous new building. The same quality service form the old building mixed with this new shop...what a great combo. I do all my service work with these guys. They service my truck while I sit in the waiting room watching TV. Everyone is extremely polite and eager to please. Top notch job by all those hard working employees. Keep up the good work you guys!

Bought a vehicle here and it was dirty and had dog hair all over the place. Also, they sent registration papers late costing me a bunch of time and money. Would not recommend, better off driving to Spokane Valley or some other dealership that is more concerned about customer satisfaction.

On April 23rd. my husband and I went into the Dodge Chrysler Jeep location with questions about our new Jeep Cherokee Limited that we had purchased in Olympia a month ago. We were not clear about the GPS system, Sirius radio and had a few other questions about the vehicle. We met Andrew Klipper and he was so gracious to take the time to help us. We also spoke with Tara Glasgow in the Service Dept. She also took the time to answer my husband's questions about care and service..
I believe that these two very qualified associates went above and beyond their duties. Both of us want their managers and associates to know how impressed we were.

Mike answered the phone when I called asking for help locating type of truck I was looking for. Mike was the one I worked with to look at several available and Mike helped narrow it down to one that had what I wanted - plus some more. And Mike was the one who worked through the purchase details. No pressure. No games. No hidden agenda.

After I bought it, I did a quick internet search and found that Billion has the most certified used cars in town. I like that they find and sell quality and for a price that is fair.

Nice people, quality cars, fair prices and no games.

He had cars lined up for me to test drive to see which I liked best and the numbers and comps for each one. He is a great person to work with. He does his best to get you what you need for the budget you have.

Brandon was very courteous and knowledgeable. We are happy with the vehicle so far. However, two weeks after the purchase, I had a question about the title and registration. I called Brandon and Wyatt several times and also sent an email. I never got any response from either. I guess once they made their deal they were not interested any more. The only follow up we got was the dealership trying to get us to buy something else.

Dain Kovash made ordering my new 2021 Jeep wrangler as hassle free as possible during a pandemic. We were able to do everything over the phone and email which was really handy since I live in Red Lodge. Dain even came in on his day off so I could pick the Jeep up from him since I only had one day to make the drive to Bozeman. GREAT customer service, He was very informative and awesome to do business with. I am extremely happy with my new Jeep and would recommend Dain and Billion auto Group for your next vehicle.

I don't even know where to begin! I showed up today with a crappy 2005 Ford Explorer with almost 130,000 miles on it, and left Billion with a brand new 2017 Buick Encore! Randy and Colter were SO helpful! Everyone was so nice to us and really helped me find a car and a plan that would work best for me and my budget. I appreciate all of their efforts! You guys made a stressful situation into a really great experience. Thanks a million, Billion!

Tayna was great and helped us feel comfortable right away without any pressure which we really appreciated. She listened to all our requests and when she didn't know the answer about vehicles that could be flat towed she asked an expert so she could give an educated answer instead of just guessing.. She was friendly and fun and found us the perfect truck, we are thrilled. Thank you Billion Auto Group for a wonderful staff and great experience, we will definitely recommend you in the future. Mike Farr was great. I tried to fix my wife's AC in her Jeep and just made a bigger mess. Mr. Farr and his team undone my cluster of stuff. Got it fixed in one day. I was very pleased. It was a little pricey. But, we are all used to dealer prices.

The staff is very supportive in what you are looking for. Dain Kovash did an amazing job finding a vehicle that matched our budget, and also what we were looking for in a family vehicle. Dain listened to our concerns and took that into consideration when presenting us with choices for a vehicle. He was thorough in explaining the vehicle's features and capabilities as well as the included warranties and options. He answered my questions in a language I understood, which was important for me.

The buying process was easy and thorough. There was no pressure to buy any extras we didn't need. Brandon did an excellent job in explaining the contracts and any possible add-ons that gave me peace of mind for my family's safety.

The staff at Billion Auto Group care for their clients. Hands down.

At 4466 the power steering went out on my " 2019NEW RAM 1500" On my way home from San Diego to North Dakota on vacation with my family in the truck. I got stuck in Utah. Called / talked to multiple people and got the run around. Towed it to the nearest dealer after we spent the night at the gas station. They said that they had to update the software and 100 miles later down the road it went out again. I called your dealership and they said that there's nothing they can do. So I'll be talking to Chrysler and i will give them my feedback as well. I literally bought a Lemon and now my family and i are currently stuck in Idaho.

I didnt want the car back they said they would NOT put me in another lemon and guess what i have to have the lemon back not happy with billion at all i will NEVER buy another car from them again

I haven taken my Ram truck in twice to get a starting issue fixed and both times they failed to solve it. To get updates on how it was going when they had my truck, I had to call them. If I had to leave a voicemail I would never get a call back. They have very poor customer service and I will never be taking any vehicle to them to be serviced, even if it s an oil change because I m sure that would get messed up as well.

Sales have no knowledge on selling used . Can t even really do a deal without asking ten people . They will tell you everything works and last owner never had problems then just keep finding things and don t even try to call service to get some things fixed or sales manger to see if they will fix something that they said was done stay away

I was more than grateful for the help and service by Craig (Express Lane)at Billion Dodge. He was very professional, kind and helpful. He was able to have the services that I needed (oil change and switching regular tires to snow tires) all in one day. And, the arrangements were made that he came to pick up the car from my home and return it to me. This was a huge help as I was preparing to travel.
I can t recommend Graig enough. Billion Dodge is blessed and very fortunate to have him as an employee. And, I hope that they realize this.

Wyatt was very kind and courteous. He was not overbearing, especially when I was unsure of what to do about financing. He was honest, and referred me to appropriate people when I head other questions.
Overall, I am very happy about the experience I had with Billion.
I would certainly go back again, and refer my friends or family.

Billion Auto Group in Bozeman is amazing! Dain K. (sales), Ben (parts/service) and Rob (financing) were all outstanding to work with. They all went way above and beyond to help me get the truck I wanted.

Dain went over all the options, Ben helped me get an additional accessory installed before taking delivery of the truck and Rob explained the overall costs in a way that would not confuse anyone so that you know exactly what you are paying for.

Do to my work and possible travel restrictions at the time of trying to purchase the truck, Dain, Ben and Rob were all able to take care of my questions and the paperwork over phone calls and texts. Dain even met me half way with the new truck and took back my trade-in. Before he left to go back to Bozeman, we easily went over all the paperwork, signed everything and then he went over all options the truck has, including getting my phone paired with it.

I have bought several vehicles, both new and used, over the years from other dealerships, but I have never had such an incredible buying experience like I had with Billion Auto Group in Bozeman.

I was given a really bad offer on a trade in. It was kind of insulting to be honest. They told me that they go off of instant cash offer with KBB. I figured I would compare so I tried that on my own. My KBB instant cash offer was about 7k more than they offered (used my VIN). Pretty misleading so I doubt we will do future business together. They have a good service dept though.

Dain was wonderful from start to finish. I stopped by the lot unannounced, and he stopped what he was doing to answer my questions about the Jeep Renegade. He was knowledgeable and attentive to detail. Dain had to work a little harder for me to get the style and color that I wanted, and he pulled through! I am now the happy owner of the Renegade I wanted! The customer service team was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be taking my future business to Billion!
