I don t usually post reviews, but Mike Farr really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service when I was having my Ram cargo van in to be serviced. He checked in frequently and thoroughly answered all my questions. When they were all finished, all my concerns and issues had been addressed and my van is running great.

Billion Dodge Chrysler Jeep Service Department: I pulled in with no appointment at 10AM on a Saturday. There were 5 vehicles ahead of me, two bays going full speed ahead (they have a pit which is handy since my RAM Promaster conversion is 10 feet tall). They changed my oil and had me on the road quicker than I expected. Staff was friendly and very experienced. They are fair and honest in pricing and didn't try to sell me unnecessary services: I am on top of maintenance and am very aware of it's condition. Another dealer tried to charge me $40 + the DEF fluid to fill the reservoir! And another $49.99 to rotate the tires. I'll come here again if I'm in the area without a second thought.

Great place for all your vehicle needs. Big thanks to Tara for getting us in and out so quickly. Thanks to the wonderful receptionist in the waiting area that helped me keep the family pup Buddy entertained while I waited. Highly recommend Billion.

Dane called me regarding my attempt to get a loan through Chrysler, and then continued to search for other loan options and found the exact vehicle I wanted with the color and engine upgrade. It was easy and a positive experience!

Great customer service and wonderful amenities. Needed an oil change but also had an appointment to get to. Billion express lube offers a free shuttle service so I was able to get both done in no time. Would definitely recommend.

I had to take my truck in to get serviced, but they needed to keep it at the shop for a couple nights. They gave me a free ride back to my house. The next day the reported what they had found to me, but still wanted to hold onto it another day to make sure it was fixed. When I picked up my truck, they had washed it for me and gave me a code to get another carwash.

I was dragging my feet to go look at a car to buy after mine broke down. I didn't want to be sold to and pushed into something because of a salesman. But from the second we got into Billion I felt reassured that it was a friendly and trustable business. I appreciated how every employee had something nice to say to about one another and insured me that I would be in good hands. We had Keaton help us test drive and answer all of our questions, and by the end we wanted him to be our best friend! We really appreciated how he gave us his number to answer any questions and have things ready when we wanted to come in and look at it for a second time. We purchased an awesome car that I have been so proud to drive around and tell people how we had such a great experience at Billion.

May have been the single worst buying experience in fifty years of buying automobiles. I fully expect car dealers to drive a hard bargain. I do expect them to tell the truth about the car they are selling. In short the "check engine" light came on driving home from the dealership. I returned the car and they had it for over a week before they found the problem. A week later the rack and pinion steering went out. In my first month of ownership the car was drivable for ten days. I would rather use rollerskates before I bought another car from these slezeballs. They are so oleaginous that I feel like I should take a bath from just talking about them.

I ll be upfront and say that I have never done business with billion. However, I received a Money Carlo lottery ticket with billion s name on it that claims I won 5000 dollars and that I need to come to the dealership to claim my prize. After doing a little research, I have come to find out this whole thing is a scam and a ploy to get people into the dealership to buy a car. Everyone wins (in fact everyone gets an identical lottery ticket with winning numbers) and when you go in to claim your prize, they say you have not won because your number does not match their number. Any business that stoops to this level is not worth giving my business to. It s dishonest and shameful. Do not waste your time on this game and I will never buy a car from billion.

I had a very pleasant experience at Billion. Annie, the salesperson I dealt with, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was also very impressed with the Sales Manager Sam, who immediately put forth his "best price" without going through all of the haggling. I had done my research with Edmonds, Kelly BlueBook, USAA, etc. to get a good idea of what a really good price was, and Sam put it forth to me up front without any haggling. I had to laugh when he told me the other alternative was to start at the MSRP and haggle, but given his two decades of experience, I would probably lose. I had to agree with him. It has been my experience in the past, at least with Subaru, that when you buy a new vehicle in Bozeman, you will get a much better price by going to Butte, Billings or Helena to avoid paying the "Bozeman Tax." Billion did not do that. Other out of town dealers did not have a better price, and I appreciated that, because I obviously prefer to buy local. When I went over to the Business Office I was please to work with Rob, a very nice, professional and courteous man. If I had any complaints, it would simply be that once we agreed on a price, I thought the whole process took way too long. I don't know if they were short of staff or what, but it was a gorgeous day and I had yard work to do, but ended up spending the afternoon in their dealership. Anyway, all in all, I give them 5 stars. I am very happy with my vehicle, the price that I purchased it for, and the personnel that I worked with.

Dain Kovash spent extra time with me, quizzing me on what I liked about my old vehicle, what I didn't like, and what I wanted from a car. He then led me to my amazing new vehicle. His diligence both before and well after the sale has made it the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had. You have a loyal customer in me. Billion Auto is the best. Thanks Dain!

They made my wife my 4 year old and 10 month old sit there for 2.5 hours for an oil change and a door handle swap. When the brought the van back they had not changed the handle. The handle is originally why we made the appointment. Took us 3 months to get in and were not allowed to make the next appointment until they order the part. This is also covered under warranty. I will gladly change this review but not until they make this right. I guess we just hurry up and wait.

I had a crazy noise show up in the dash of my newer ram truck. Took it in and while it was a rough job and hard to figure out they were able to do it. I've had some not so pleasant experiences in the past with this dealership but I can't say enough to how it was treated on this transaction.

My experience with purchasing my new Ram truck was fantastic. Our sales representative was Dane Kovash. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Dane helped find the right truck and trim package for our needs. He was efficient and organized and gave my wife and I the right amount of space to make a decision for ourselves. I would highly recommend checking out Billion Auto Group for your next vehicle purchase.

I recently (12/17) purchased a new GMC Yukon from Randy Ridenour at the Bozeman dealership. Randy was so pleasant to work with; no pressure & was the ONLY GMC salesman in the Montana- Idaho region who was willing to really work with me on price & compete with other dealer's pricing . I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase & my buying experience and would highly recommend doing business with Randy.

Arrived third car in line, was directed to a comfortable waiting area, spent 30 minutes perusing a magazine and drinking hot tea. Was called to the service area to sign paperwork and pick up my car. The people were kind and efficient as always.

Amazing experience!

Amazing experience!
I broke down going through Bozeman a couple weeks ago and was able to get in to the Dodge house early the next day. The staff was very professional and courteous start to finish, but it's the "in between" that sets these guys and gals apart.
The waiting area was clean and had everything I needed to do some work in the day and a half I spent there. Not an hour went by that someone didn't take the time to let me know I was important and they were doing everything in their power to get me taken care of and back on the road. Half of the service staff stayed late to work on my truck that Friday evening. They couldn't quite figure out the issue and didn't have the correct part needed so the parts manager and his wife gave me a ride back to my hotel. They didn't have to do that, but it saved me $20 in a Uber and was greatly appreciated. The following morning the service manager came in early and finished the job himself. I've never been more happy to give someone my bosses credit card! :)
I work for an RV dealership in Spokane Valley and shared this story in a company meeting this week. We do an outstanding job in our sales and service departments, but my experience with Billion Dodge affirmed that there is always room for improvement.
Greg, Tara, Spencer and everyone else there, my hats off to you. As a dealership you got it right!

I have used the service department here for several years, maybe a half dozen times. Today I scheduled service online but then called to see if the express lane would be able to accommodate. I was told it was likely that I could get service earlier that way. A short while later I was called to change the appointment because they were apparently down a tech or two. I discussed the express lane with that person too and again was told it didn't seem to be too busy.
Upon my arrival the express lane at the GMC part was closed! There were 10 vehicles at the Dodge express lane. Several of those had been there over an hour.
At no point did anyone I spoke to on the phone say anything about the GMC lane being closed and that the other was backed up.
Poor customer service!
I will not return there. Went a couple of miles to Ressler...got serviced within 10 minutes.

Liar liar n more lies...went to see how honest this company really are! So I did a lil experiment. I acted like I wanted to buy a car from them, so I pretended to trade in my dodge nitro to see what I can get out of it. Long story short. They took it for a test drive and came back and told us there s a lot of mechanical issues with it, so I asked them what kind of mechanical problems we talking here, they couldn t pin point any and was trying to low ball the value of the vechile, lil did they know I got a mechanic buddy who I used to work with checked my car out b4 I went to the dealership. THERE WAS NOTHIN I MEAN NOTHIN MECHANICALLY WRONG WITH IT!! This crooks tryna lie and steal the most money outta you!

The sales team lied to me several times. The vehicle had just arrived on the lot, and had not had it's post-delivery inspection (PDI). While we were going through paperwork to get the deal done, I asked if the truck was being readied and was told that it was. In fact, the truck was not being readied, and work would not begin on it until the next morning. Additionally, the sales manager lied to me about what his manufacturer's holdback was (he claimed it was 1%, when in fact it is 3%). The code for the holdback is written on the invoice (HB#####) with the digits being the amount of the holdback. The sales team told me the dealership included a 10-year, 200,000 miles powertrain warranty, and as I was signing the final paperwork, I was told, "because this is a commercial purchase, it just comes with the standard warranty." All in all, buying a vehicle through Billion was a wholly unenjoyable experience. I will certainly look elsewhere for my next purchases.

I brought my truck in because of some recalls, and I got my truck back with gross dirty Subway napkins inside. I don't eat Subway, also my trucks dash cluster has been acting odd ever sense I got it back. My fuel gauge seemed pretty low, as if they were using it as their personal ride. HORRIBLE PLACE!

No one in the shop was wearing masks and they would not put their masks on when I came in. One employee was actively coughing in their office without a mask on. I will not be patronizing this business if they will not follow government directives, and I have reported them to the Gallatin County Public Health Department for their failure to do so.

Zero stars! Found car I wanted told them i didn't want any extras service contracts or anything along those lines, game them a $4,500 down payment just to get my bill and see that that money is no where to be seen. Call to find out they put a service contract on there that I didn't want, and what contract cost over four thousand dollars? Good grief our contract on your Dodge Ram wasn't even that much. Have been trying to get my money back since I didn't want it in the first place and they will not work with me. Signed a reversal contract that the money is suppose to be in my account in 6-8 weeks and over 8 weeks later, still no money. I am VERY PISSED and will NEVER recommend these scumbags to anyone ever.

Was out in Bozeman for work, when I needed to have my 2014 ram looked at, cylinder 5 missfire, technician said he thought it may be spark plugs. Wanted to charge $700 to replace all 16, I called 2 other dealerships (Missoula and whitefish) both wanted $280 to do all 16.

I called billion auto in Bozeman back, told them what I had discovered, and they said that s fine, take it there then not very impressed.

I recently moved to Bozeman with a 2014 Durango I purchased before I left Mn. Avery and Zack couldn"t do enough for me at Billion Dodge. Avery has since left but Zack is still there making my visits for service actually enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Andrew and staff were great! Billion matched the best trade in price that I was offered at other dealerships and beat all the other dealers new truck prices by several thousand dollars. On top of that they stayed open an hour and a half late so that my wife and I didn't have to change our weekend plans. I couldn't be happier with my new truck or the way we were treated!

Buying my new Jeep Grand Cherokee at Billion was absolutely the best dealership experience I ve ever had. They were so helpful every step of the way and really made me feel comfortable...like long lost friends. Seriously, sometimes you just dread going to a dealership. Not this one! I would highly recommend Billion Auto Group for your next vehicle.

This is the first vehicle we have purchased from Billion. The experience was great and Billion lived up to their slogan that nobody beats a billion deal! Harry went to work in finding the right vehicle for us and gave us the opportunity to thoroughly review several vehicles. Upon presenting competitive pricing they beat the deal!

This is our first time ever buying from a dealersh...

This is our first time ever buying from a dealership. We've always bought privately and have never had problems but we thought it would be safer buying from a dealership and were looking for something bigger and safer since we just had a second child. Within a few weeks of buying the car (and only about 150 miles put on it driving to work) the car fell apart..I was driving it less than a mile away from our home when it started making horrible noises and started stalling. Turns out it needed about $2,200 in repairs. They've agreed to help with the repairs but our car is still costing over 1k above our budget now. With all the dealership fees/extra costs I guess we thought they would back up their vehicle for at least 30 days? It's just so much money we're having to spend so soon after already spending so much on the car :( the engine could have fallen apart on the next person that would have test drove it at the dealership so i guess we just have reeeally bad luck. And now even though its at the mechanic it just makes me nervous driving with our kids after what just happened.

I worked with Mark and Andrew at Billion Jeep. They were both incredibly helpful without being pushy. Mark took the time to show me different options and to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Andrew made sure I was getting a fair trade and made sure I had the lowest payment possible. The Jeep I chose wasn t quite ready when I got it, so Mark drove it up the next week and showed me how to navigate everything. I couldn t be happier with my purchase and experience.

I have bought two used Chevrolet Suburbans in the ...

I have bought two used Chevrolet Suburbans in the last 12-months from Billion. Neither were detailed well, nor did Billion stand by their work when formally confronted- both on the detail and other numerous items defined by me (buyer) in a pre-sale requirement.

After the first Suburban I wrote a letter to the owner in action to their standard 'How did we do' post-sale form letter (stamped with owners name). I never got a response addressing my complaints, or even acknowledgement of receipt of complaint.

Against all common sense, and only because I liked my original salesman, I purchased another used Suburban in June of 2014. Very similar pre-sale and post-sale issues to first experience, and equal lack of action by General Manager when I phrased formal complaints to both my salesman and sales manager. The GM offered to take the car back, but did not offer to actually address, and remedy, the problems in an effort to make the vehicle right- and what was agreed upon.

When further issues developed with this vehicle (dealership agreed to fix cracked side mirror- didn't, agreed to replace a missing factory metal clip holding up the break line- they used a small zip-tie, to provide a second set of keys- took them 5-days and they provided a non-working key-fob, to deliver a missing third row seat- which they did but it was filthy, and the list goes on and on) I continued conversations with the GM. He offered again to take back the car, but again, never once offered to fix these simple problems and make it right. He did state that he would review the recordings of the over-the-phone pre-sale negotiations I had with the sales manager checking for accuracies, and that he would get back to me. It has now been over 2-weeks since this conversation and he has yet to respond. I would also like to note that at no point was I told that my phone conversation was being recorded.

In a later conversation, the GM did state that after this second bad experience, we really should not do business together again. Then later in the conversation he stated that if I buy another car from Billion, he will waive the detailing fee.

It would have cost Billion maybe $200 to fix these issues, which would be an action standing to the value of their reputation and their name (which was plastered all over this car, even when I specifically asked them to take all of their decals off). However, they chose to NOT do the right thing- and to stand by the agreement we made and the quality of their performance.

My two used car purchases from Billion (now totaling $50,000) were very similar to the experience of buying from a private party, except for the fact that I paid a 15% dealer premium.

In conclusion, my experiences with Billion have cost me roughly $7,500 over private party value and all I got for this was some dealer window decals, multiple headaches, and a bunch of wasted time dealing with this situation.

I still do not have a working key fob nearly 30-days after the sale, and my engine oil light has come on even though Billion supposedly changed the oil upon the sale, and my salesman hasn't returned two of my voicemails.

Oh- by the way, I had my regular (trusted) mechanics due a full inspection of this vehicle for my own piece of mind two days after I bought it and my total bill for things that needed to be replaced/ repaired was just over $1,200.

Some of the absolutely nastiest people on the plan...

Some of the absolutely nastiest people on the planet. Went to one of their "events" that promised 3000 for trade in, even if it had to be towed in...only gave $250 for it. Would not talk deal until I gave them my key and title. Then they tell me that my payments would be $400 a month due to bad credit. Ok, I take responsibility for my mistakes in life, I can't afford that so I'm going to leave. Nope! "Just take time to think on it." I should mention that I am bipolar. I start to get angry and demand my keys and title back. Kept getting the run around. Finally caved in and bought a car that I now have to give up. Even bigger kick in the balls? Found out later that they sold the car to us for $2000 more than they had it listed for just a few days earlier!

Don't be fooled by the 5 star ratings, they rig that too.

To billion: You screwed over a mentally ill person. Pretty sure you knew that was the case when I lost it in a public space like that. Shame on you...

PS: when someone asks for their key and title back, and you do not comply, you are keeping them from leaving. That's called holding a captive audience! It's illegal!

I do not recommend this dealership, if I could give them less than one star I would. I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Billion during a sales event over a year ago and received a horrible deal, was spoken to horribly by the salesman, was lied to, and all around just cannot believe I ended up making the deal. I went in being only 18 years old not knowing what I was doing and was fully taken advantage of. To top it all off, I have now found out that the car they sold me had been in 2 accidents prior to me buying it (which they didn t disclose to me) and I was only able to trade in the car for virtually nothing now. I ve emailed the GM and am truly curious to see if someone even bothers to answer me back.

I had an exceptional experience with my vehicle purchase at Billion. Brandon Keim and Greg Baker were the best help a guy could ask for. From my initial visit until I drove the vehicle off the lot everything went as smooth as you could imagine. Steve Stout, sales manager and Charles Schob, on-site accessories were fantastic to work with also. Five star experience all-around without question.

I want to thank Taylor for the great serves and help that made this buy happen! I've been driving the new Subaru for a week now and am completely in love. Taylor and the rest of Billions staff made it easy and clear for a new car buyer to get what they really want. I thank you all again, I love the car! 10/10

The staff were extremely friendly, but i came for a recall part replacement on my GMC Savanna. The window switch was supposed to be replaced etc.
I came with a working window, when the dept. was "done" with my vehicle and i went to leave, my window would not roll down. So i turned around and re- entered the service bay and had to have them take a second look at it and truly fix it. I just hope it stays working!

I took my vehicle in for some repairs that costed over $3000, which naturally you're going to pay since everyone over there seems professional and knowledgable. Couple months later the same repairs that were done failed which if they were fixed properly the first time shouldn't have. When asked what could be done, their only response was "if you bring it in, we will work on it and only charge you $2500 for us to repair the repairs we already did". There's no guarantee on their work, and they don't fully inspect every component that is directly related to the function of the part they are fixing, which in turn means you'll be going in in a month or so to get the whole original repair redone. Mechanics over there have this mentality, "Bob I'm going to say we need to fix this, but in the end I'll leave the most important component out, so it will all fail thus they have to come back in and get it fixed all over, because guess what we didnt work on that part".

What a difference a day makes! I want to say a huge thank you to the two techs in The serve center. I had an issue with my new Dodge Challenger, and everyone on the billion team from Tara the service manager to the tech that ultimately solved my problem were so patient and kind. They really know how to make you feel like family. I honestly never thought I would ever have anything positive to say about a car dealership but billion auto group is truly a five star facility.

The order was handled by phone, text and email. Paperwork was handled in advance. The day I arrived to take delivery then was just focused on truck familiarization which made for an easier experience. I was very happy with the price and rebates. Andrew Klipper did a great job! And did I mention the truck is amazing? It s solid and surefooted and exactly what I wanted!

From the beginning, this dealership was interested in what I was looking for and trying to help me find it. They didn't push anything, or try to get me to buy the car that was on the lot the longest, they just asked what I wanted, showed me what they had, and let me choose and browse as I saw fit. They offered services they thought I would like, but let me decide if I was interested in them. Excellent customer service from the sales team of Lincoln Smith, Dan Smith, and Bryce Barber to the finance manager Brandon Deagan. Top notch experience, which will now garner my business, even though I live 250 miles away!

A terrific experience from beginning to end. Our sales person, Evan Bradford, was positive, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. He has followed up on the sales multiple times to ensure that all was going well. The Finance Department was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. My car experienced trouble while traveling back to...

My car experienced trouble while traveling back to ND for work this summer. I had AAA tow the car back home to Bozeman and was recommended Billion Auto Group. I told the service center that I had a bad serpentine fan belt and tension pulley. After their 79$ "inspection" they came back and told me that I had a completely failed water pump. They quoted the repairs at 980$. That is a 200% mark up on any other mechanic in town. That is if I had a bad water pump... I had the repairs performed at another mechanic (B&L) for 200$ parts and labor. I have so far put 4000 more miles on my "faulty" water pump. That raises serious questions. Were they trying to scam me because I needed to get back on the road, or was this incompetence? Also, if they charge 79$ to incorrectly diagnose my vehicle, could I trust that they would not have replaced the working part anyways? I called to inform the staff of what happened and I was assured that this is not the type of practice they partake in. I have a service quote that strongly suggest otherwise. I left Billion Auto Group with a very bad taste in my mouth and would not recommend for anyone to have their car serviced here if it was not under warranty.
