I went through the new Buick Quick Lube for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was told they were a little backed up when I checked in so I expected to wait a little while but was told I would be called when my car was finished. I received a text and 12:02 letting me know that my car was taken back (only about 10 min after arriving). I sat in their waiting room for almost 2 and a half hours without getting a call. I finally decided to go check on the status of my car just to find out it had been done for over an hour and I was never called. When I asked the front desk gal she said I called you once but it went straight to voicemail and said your box was full. That was false because I got 3 other calls while I was sitting in the waiting room and one of those calls left me a voicemail! When I went to checkout and pay for my services the man at the desk discovered he had just checked my car out to the gentleman in line ahead of me! Of course they had to call him back in and refunded him his money and ended up informing him that his car wasn t even finished yet! All in all I felt as though the employees weren t too concerned with customer service.
