I'm a huge fan of this shop. I drive 30 minutes ,while passing 4 other shops, to do business with these guys. Plain and simple they just "get it". They're not always perfect but they go out of their way to make things right and take care of their customers. Granted I switch out and buy a fair amount of bikes so that plays into why they take extra good care of me but the point there is they recognize my repeat business. That said, I send all of my friends and family in for their bike needs and they too receive great service. BE is hands down he best LBS on the Wasatch front!

Recommended a great bike to get me into road riding. I feel like I got great deal, with great accessories. Rode for a week and went back with questions and was treated AWESOME! They were very busy but still helped me figure out what clipless setup to go with. Installed it for me, and adjusted everything on the bike just right. Sat on the trainer thing and Juan measured everything out. Felt very cool. Great guys, very nice to noobs like me.

I've visited many of the bike shops from Ogden to SLC to Moab and Bikers Edge is my absolute favorite. They are the primary reason I've consciously limited my online buying habits and began spending much more $ locally to support such an amazing bike shop. Great service, super knowledgable, always friendly, willing to negotiate on prices when I ask, these guys are awesome. The best online shops such as Backcountry/Competitive Cyclist cannot compete against an amazing local shop like this.

As a beginner in both cycling and MTB, I find myself returning here for advice, tune ups, and I won t go anywhere else to purchase. The staff is ALWAYS super helpful...they go above and beyond and never make me feel like an idiot, even though I m sure I probably ask some of the dumbest questions. They show me tricks on how to do things on my own so I m competent and confident when I m riding, repairing and doing simple maintenance. I refuse to go anywhere else. They re the best bike shop I have ever visited and feel proud, even, to frequent them. Keep up the high standards BE. You make bike everything such a great experience!

This is the best bike shop I've been to. They have a huge inventory and are super friendly and helpful finding what you need. Decent prices too. Seems like they stand behind anything you buy from them. I will come back

We came in while traveling and they took us right in for some critical bike repairs, they were surprisingly reasonable in price, and the service was first class! I would recommend their service department to anyone.

One of the best bike shops in the area. Always knowledable with an awesome demo fleet and great Service techs. If you are riding a mountain bike in Davis county there's no reason to go elsewhere in my opinion.

Have come in a few times for little things, techs have always been helpful.

Great bike shop. Sales and Service are top notch. Recently they took care of a warranty issue for me with a problem frame(bottom bracket) having to be switched out for a new frame. Took a little with what is going on in the world but they were able to come up with a temporary fix so I was able to keep riding until the new frame arrived and was able to be switched out.

Okay, I'm finally sitting down to voluntarily say how impressed I am with this bike shop. I think this is officially the 2nd time I've ever done this with an establishment.

For whatever reason, bike stores seem to have the worst customer service of any industry I've been a part of, worse even than car dealerships. But Bikers Edge is the exception (and maybe Contender Cycles, but nothing like BE), and it has me perplexed. I swear, they LOOK for excuses to give me good deals, or to charge me less, or to give me free parts, even when there's no expectation on my part.

I don't know anyone's name, but I can specifically think of 6 different workers that have worked on my bikes over the years, and each time I think "Okay I gotta remember this dude cuz he's the best!" but that happens every time. I don't care who takes care of my bikes now, they're gonna be good.

Basically, every time I leave this bike shop I feel like I got a special deal, and that NEVER happens at other bike shops. I pass 4 other bike shops to get to Bikers Edge, and I never think twice about it. Keep it up BE.

Best shop in Utah, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Despite the store being super busy we were helped promptly and professionally. Employees spent time answering all our questions, made recommendations when we asked, and got us set up with new bikes that met our needs. Bikes have been great, and we feel comfortable that we can call or come by with questions at any time.

Outstanding team! We highly recommend this store. My husband worked with Gonzo several times on the phone before we decided to make the 4 hour trip from Boise. Gonzo and the staff were very knowledgeable and spoke from experience. We ran into a bit of a delay with a bike we purchased that was on back order and they were quick to help us find an alternative and in my opinion, a better solution. Thank you BE!!

I love this place, they have been so helpful every-time I've gone in there, and they do great work on my bike when i've come back from Moab and beaten the crap out of it.

My husband and I went into the shop a couple of weeks ago because I was (notice the past tense) shopping for a new mountain bike, my husband and I have been almost entirely Specialized shoppers but we were interested in looking at some Juliana's and a couple of others. When someone comes into a shop looking to spend around $7,000 on a bike, you would expect to have some stellar customer service wouldn't you? Well, apparently not at Biker's Edge. We were seriously considering switching me over from a Specialized to a Santa Cruz or Giant, but from moment one of stepping into the door we were met by "Sugar" who we had the "pleasure" to "work" with. Typically the biking community is quite laid back, inviting, and outgoing! Unfortunately Sugar was honestly one of the rudest employees I've ever dealt with when buying such an expensive purchase. He was incredibly condescending, rude, and plain impossible to have a conversation without him being a complete d----, and honestly the worst part was he was so unhelpful-- he acted like it was the biggest pain in the world to bring out ANY bike I wanted to look more closely at and take for a ride. Am I supposed to make a seven thousand dollar purchase for a bike that I will be riding for years based on seeing it against a pretty wall rack? Apparently that is how they work at Biker's Edge. Oh, and he looked homeless, I assume (and truly hope) he was dirty and wearing ragged clothes because he had been doing some work on bikes, but who truly knows?
The result of this delightful shopping experience? Bagged the idea of EVER purchasing at Biker's Edge, decided to stick with Bountiful Bicycle (which is just on the other side of the intersection) where they are helpful, outgoing, and not condescending.

Oh, and my father has tried to have his mountain bike repaired there a couple of times. Both to disappointment. On this last repair trip it took them 4 tries (of him taking it back because they STILL had not fixed it but claimed they had) until it was finally completed correctly.

went in to get a tune up, came out, went on a ride, and my bike was still riding like it was before. Not very sure what they did, but my shifting and all the things that needed adjustments were the same even after i payed money for a tune up.

Bikers Edge is the best! We just got back from a trip yesterday and the airlines threw around my son's wheelchair and broke the brakes. There was a brake line hanging down and the brakes needed some definite attention. The problem was that wheelchair shops are not open on Saturdays. This wheelchair is my son's legs and he can't be without it for even a day. I had someone suggest I take it to a bike shop because some wheelchair brakes are kind of like bike brakes. I loaded up the wheelchair in the van and took it down to Bikers Edge. I was greeted immediately and taken back to the mechanics. Someone was able to look at it right away, turn it upside town, and had it fixed in about five minutes with the brake line back in place. I asked what I owed them for the awesome service and they refused payment. Wow! I always go here for bikes, parts, and service. The customer service is always top notch. Now they can add wheelchair genies to their list of skills!!

I don't plan on or ever recommending Biker's Edge to anyone! They are the closests bike shop to me, however, it is worth driving further for better customer service. I own a lower end road bike that I use for commuting. I was having troubles myself adjusting my brake calipers and needed new pads. I came in to have these items repaired and a tune up. However, the moment I came in everyone looked at my bike and acted like it was a burdon to work with it. The mechanic tried to talk me out of doing any work and said if I would buy one of "their bike's" I would be better off. Well I am sorry I cannot afford to purchase an expensive bike from you at this time! In the end the only thing they did was adjust the calipers. They would'nt even replace my pads. Dont bother going here unless you buy one of their bikes! I am saving up to eventually buy a better bike, and i will gladely take my money somewhere else!

Great place to shop if you are looking into anything with a bike. I am new to cycling and brought my bike in because it was catching when I pedaled and they looked at it and tightened thing up (dont remember the verbiage haha) Then Lexie talked to me all about cycling shorts, bibs, gloves, and jerseys. Lexie was extremely helpful, positive, and patient. Lexie also showed me the discount rack along with the new things and didn't feel pressured into anything. Great store, great employees and will definitely be going back for all my bike needs and highly recommend Bikers Edge.

It's possible this is my first Google review. Bikers Edge is great I've never had a negative experience with anyone there. I do although highly recommend Mike McCain in service as someone to talk to. He sold me my Santa Cruz tallboy 2 years ago and was very patient with all my questions and got me on the right bike. It's since been serviced by him for routine maintenance or upgrades and he always does a phenomenal job. Thank you bikers edge and thank you Mike!

First class service and really goes above and beyond for their customers. I drive from Salt Lake City for all my bike purchases and service. Zach is one of the best in the business. I can't recommend them enough.

These people love bikes and bikers! It doesn't matter what your skill level they will give you excellent service. I am on my 4th bike, from them. They got me onto my first Road cycle, they have sold me the bikes for my two daughters, they help me find an excellent deal when I started mountain biking and while me wife doesn't know it yet, her Christmas present is coming from them.I can not say enough good about the people who work in this shop.

I went in with a bunch of questions and walked out with a bunch of answers and a set of tires. All of the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. BE also has a great selection of gear as well.

Bikers edge is hands down the best bike shop I have ever experienced. They deserve 6 stars!! The customer service is nothing short of excellent. These guys make you feel welcome and are extremely helpful. I have been mountain biking in Utah for over 20 years and have never found a shop as friendly, knowledgable and affordable. I live in SLC but do not hesitate to drive up to Kaysville to buy and service my bikes. I brought 2 bikes in for service today and, despite being about 10 days out for service, Brock and another mechanic (didn't get his name) put both bikes on the stand, fixed the issues and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes! Customer service like this is very difficult to find. Great job guys!

Coming from someone who almost never does a review this place has Absolutely the best service every time, my wife has brought bikes in as well and she has come home talking about how great they are there. I have gone in a half a dozen times and they are always great.

I shopped around quite a bit last year and these guys were the most helpful and friendly by far. Today I took my bike in figuring I'd have to leave it for a days but they took it right back and fixed the issue while explaining to me the whole time what they were doing. AND helped put some better pedals on my daughter's cheap little bike. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

There are a bit disorganized at times, but management is caring and will listen to what you have to say. Only thing I recommend for potential customers is that they keep on top of their scheduled repairs, double check they have everything recorded, but otherwise, excellent care and competent service.

I have been to bike shops all over the valley and this is one of the best bike shops I have been to, along with Go-Ride. Each time I have been there I have been welcomed immediately and helped quickly. Also, my emails to them were answered the same day. I haven't purchased anything major from them in the past, yet they helped me like I was a valued customer.

I recently had some wheels built there, the pricing was extremely fair, and I didn't feel like I was paying the usual bike shop premium pricing. All of the parts I needed were in stock, and didn't need to be special ordered. I used my existing hubs for the build and they looked pretty worn. However, after receiving my new wheels, the hubs looked like new.

My only complaint is that I wish they were closer to where I lived. If you are looking for a bike shop for anything and everything, this shop should be at the top of your list.

Great shop! We are treated so so well here! No matter what we are after the staff will help us! If it's tube or a mountain bike they are very nice each and every time. Great stock of clothing too! Thanks!

I been upgrading my wife s bike Keaton has been helping me with my project he ordered everything and verified fitment before I left the door unlike other shops that sell you parts that don t fit you get home and wait a minute it s the wrong one the correct one is double the price Keaton is very knowledgeable he s been there to help and answer any small questions I ve had he does not pressure you into buying things just what I need and what I was already wanting to buy thanks Keaton This is the only bike shop I will go to know and believe me I have gone to a lot of them they all have their charms but just as many drawbacks anyhow hope this review helps some one else

Shout out to Biker's Edge! Just took in my electric scooter that had the biggest pain in the butt Tire to change out! I had spent over an hour trying to do it myself. The worker there did it in 10 minutes! Thank you!

Awesome shop has great gear. Tons to choose from. Salesmen need to work on warming up to costumers. I felt I needed to go out of my way to ask questions regarding gear and bikes. Even when I did ask about comparisons between bikes I didn t get info I needed to make a decision on buying a bike. I ended up researching the bikes online and bought a bike I wanted from a different shop.

I just visited Biker's Edge for the first time. I drive up from Utah county. The staff is excellent, very professional. The included service package is awesome. Worth the drive.

The whole staff has always gone out of thier way to assist me in whatever I need, whether it is fixing one of my families bikes, purchasing a new bike or accessory, they always greet with a smile( even under thier masks) and offer a hand to load my bikes. Great company, will always buy from these guys!

Very friendly staff. This is my preferred bike shop in Utah.

This shop is about 50 minutes from my home, so I never really considered it for clothes, supplies or bike purchases. I did however just buy a new bike here and had an AMAZING experience (and a great deal too).

Prior to this bike purchase, I have made the trip 3-4 times for items I couldn't find elsewhere, or when I wanted a bigger variety of mountain bike shorts to choose from - those were exceptional experiences too.

For this bike purchase, when I posted on Facebook what I was looking for (new fat bike), a friend suggested that I connect with Zach at Biker's Edge. He was super helpful, helped me find something in my budget that had everything I was looking for. He helped me make a few customizations and had it all ready for me to pick up on schedule (so I didn't need to make extra trips).

As a bonus, I got free tune ups for a year plus free tune ups for life during the off season (Oct-Feb).

This is the best bike shop I've ever been in. You're immediately greeted and everyone is more than happy to help. I ask a ton of questions and Zach and Brock were both awesome in helping me find a bike I love. I've been to them for service with my older bike, and my experiences from bringing my bike in for service brought me back when it was time for a new bike day. Unless you're hours away from their shop, this is the place you should come for any biking need.

I've been in here at least 20 times and I always have a great experience! My favorite thing about BE is that no matter how many times they've seen me and no matter how small of a need I have they always drop whatever they are doing to help me as soon as I walk in the door.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, regardless of how "serious" a rider you are. When friends ask how to choose which bike to buy, I tell them to choose a good bike shop and they'll help you find the right bike. I've purchased several bikes and numerous accessories from Biker's Edge and have been extremely happy with the experience every time.

If you want a new bike this is the place. This is the best shop I've ever been too. the workers are awesome and helped me pick out a bike and they were knowledgeable of all the bikes that they have. I ended up with the Giant Trance, I love it. The price was fair (i bough the 2017) It was the best deal i could get. I honestly love this bike store its truly outstanding and recommend this place to all of my friends. If you need anything bike come to this store AMAZING.

They always manage to get me, in this case my daughters bike, in and out so I can make those last minute bike rides. I do service for a living so I know being booked is booked, but they always take a extra few minutes and get my stuff done. I know that I inconvenience them when I ask if they can get it the same day, but they always keep a smile and say they will do what they can. They are great! Thank you mechanics!

I bought two bikes from these guys, several years ago, and they have always given us great service. A short time ago I bought bikes from another shop, out of the area, only because I wanted something that they do not sell. They still provide the same great service, for these bikes, as they did when I bought the previous bikes from them. This really impressed me! They will have my business for all the work I need done on the new bikes. This shop is the best of the best. They are always right there to greet you with great service!!

They have a large inventory and for the most part I have found what I need there. They are also happy to give advice and small adjustments in the shop without an appointment or charge.
