Bikers edge is hands down the best bike shop I have ever experienced. They deserve 6 stars!! The customer service is nothing short of excellent. These guys make you feel welcome and are extremely helpful. I have been mountain biking in Utah for over 20 years and have never found a shop as friendly, knowledgable and affordable. I live in SLC but do not hesitate to drive up to Kaysville to buy and service my bikes. I brought 2 bikes in for service today and, despite being about 10 days out for service, Brock and another mechanic (didn't get his name) put both bikes on the stand, fixed the issues and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes! Customer service like this is very difficult to find. Great job guys!
