I don't plan on or ever recommending Biker's Edge to anyone! They are the closests bike shop to me, however, it is worth driving further for better customer service. I own a lower end road bike that I use for commuting. I was having troubles myself adjusting my brake calipers and needed new pads. I came in to have these items repaired and a tune up. However, the moment I came in everyone looked at my bike and acted like it was a burdon to work with it. The mechanic tried to talk me out of doing any work and said if I would buy one of "their bike's" I would be better off. Well I am sorry I cannot afford to purchase an expensive bike from you at this time! In the end the only thing they did was adjust the calipers. They would'nt even replace my pads. Dont bother going here unless you buy one of their bikes! I am saving up to eventually buy a better bike, and i will gladely take my money somewhere else!
