Okay, I'm finally sitting down to voluntarily say ...

Okay, I'm finally sitting down to voluntarily say how impressed I am with this bike shop. I think this is officially the 2nd time I've ever done this with an establishment.

For whatever reason, bike stores seem to have the worst customer service of any industry I've been a part of, worse even than car dealerships. But Bikers Edge is the exception (and maybe Contender Cycles, but nothing like BE), and it has me perplexed. I swear, they LOOK for excuses to give me good deals, or to charge me less, or to give me free parts, even when there's no expectation on my part.

I don't know anyone's name, but I can specifically think of 6 different workers that have worked on my bikes over the years, and each time I think "Okay I gotta remember this dude cuz he's the best!" but that happens every time. I don't care who takes care of my bikes now, they're gonna be good.

Basically, every time I leave this bike shop I feel like I got a special deal, and that NEVER happens at other bike shops. I pass 4 other bike shops to get to Bikers Edge, and I never think twice about it. Keep it up BE.
