Very convenient although it is near a "tourist spot" so it can get difficult to get in some times

Went to the branch to convert my Indian Saving Account to NRO account and the staff even do not know about this.

I asked a direct deposit letter for new company. HSBC said, they will mail it to you in 7 business days. Chase banker can do it immediately.

This bank used to be awesome. I was getting 1.85% interest on my HSBC Direct Savings account before COVID. Now the interest rate is 0.15%.

You can easily get 0.5% interest on your savings, or more, at numerous online banks.

The worlds local bank.. their reputation is wavering but still they can manage...

Never visited inside of the building but I know how they are performing duties there...

Location is precious and they are within the grasp of high financial institutions...,

Poor location. Lines are always long and they no longer have business relationship managers.

Usually only one person working and long lines. Plus they keep it hotter than hell so your wait is miserable.
