I loved my experience here! We purchased two of their cheapest bikes and were not treated like cheap customers. Instead, the employees here took the time to take us outside and have us test ride the bikes, answering all our many questions and giving us great advice. They took care of a few adjustments and then let us know we were welcome back at any time if we experienced any problems. We really appreciated the quality bikes and amazing costumer service

By far the most amazing bicycle shop I have ever been to: the staff is very friendly and helpful, and they know a lot about the products they offer. The store itself is very clean and tidy, and they are very organized and neat. They have a wide range of high quality products as well. We demoed a couple of Santa Cruz bikes from them, and the bikes were very well maintained and nice. The staff was very helpful and kind to us and they helped us find what we were looking for each time we visited the store. Very amazing place!

I love this place. Good selection, even though supplies are limited due to COVID. And every sales person I ve worked with there has been awesome. They re knowledgeable and very willing to take the time to explain things and answer questions.

Zach hooks me up once again. Got the new Deity Deftrap composite pedals. Most shops don t have these yet and he stocks every color. Bikers Edge never ceases to amaze me!

First off, I wana say the peope there are all extremely friendly and helpful. That being said.. it seems they need more training in certain areas.

I'll have to make my 3rd trip back to get them to correct an error on my bike chain length. Should be simple, and I would do it myself but I don't feel like buying the tools to do so if it's free there. I may just go purchase the tools and order my chains online now..

Excellent customer service! These guys definitely know how to under promise and over deliver! I brought in two bikes that needed fixing expecting to have to leave at least one of them for at least a week and they were able to fix both of them within 30 minutes! Also, they had some old Schwinns with banana seats hanging up on display and it brought back such happy memories! Great shop!

I love the guys at Biker s Edge. They always help me with my needs, many times without charging me if it s something quick and easy. I will always be a lifelong customer with these guys!

You just gotta try this shop! Their inventory is ridiculously large. They have most brands and models in stock. But best of all is the service. No 2 weeks to fix your rig. I've had the bike done while I wait on many occasions, but at least the next day every time.
The staff is super friendly and willing to do what it takes so that you are happy. They are knowledgeable and you won't have to wait 15 mins for someone to notice you.

I dont ride bikes ,but I needed my pedal drive for my kayak fixed. these dudes helped me out lickity split and didnt charge me. Awesome place with awesome workers!! Times like that I wish I carried cash so I coulda at least tipped the guy for helping me out.

Can t say enough about the awesome staff and great bike line up here. They ve helped me, family, and friends with service I never have a bad experience. I ve had some components give up the ghost, and they delivered the news with true grace and compassion. I think an under rated part of working with BE is the selection and shopping experience. I m always reminded of something I really needed .

I think this shop is great if you have a very high end bike. However, we brought my son's decent quality bike in for a flat repair. We spent $50+ on two no flat inner tubes. However, they messed up the brakes and then had to adjust everything and then made us feel bad for not having a nicer bike. I'm sorry we're not able to spend $550+ on a bike for my 13 year old that will outgrow it soon. I won't go back. Next time I'll spend my $50 elsewhere.

I went to numerous bike shops to get 3 bikes for my kids.... this place had the best selection and service by far. We bought 3 bikes and they gave me a huge discount, free stuff, and listened to me about upgrades to my bike. Their service center is absolutely amazing! They are paid hourly so they didn't care if I spent $200 or $10,000... they treated me like I was somebody important! I will do ALL my bike shopping here, even though I have to drive 25 mins and pass other bike shops on the way!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Bikers Edge. I brought in a bike I bought from a different bike shop that had a small issue. They quickly looked at the problem and fixed it right on the spot. I will be buying all of my bikes from here.

This is another good place to get service done to your bike, they do have a bigger selection of bikes and accessories compared to Bountiful Bikes. But you can't go wrong with either of them.

Zach is amazing he takes time to help you understand bikes and he loves bikes as much as i do. He is always trying to get you the best deal and the most bang for your buck. He also never rushes you when you just want to talk products.

Bought a new bike from them and the service and care given is top notch. Also, their service plan for the new bike was more than I was expecting or received from other bike shops.

A true service oriented bike shop. April 2020 was wild times for shops, bought a new Trance, Erik? called, needed a week to set it up. Calls next day "I worked on it OVERNIGHT, come on down!!!" Sat, big line on opening, woman behind the desk handled my credit etc. in a flash. Everyone here from Kendrick, Brock in Service, they are trained to listen first, not tell me 'what they ride'. Always a big selection of bikes, wish I had found them ten years ago. Conor has great YT videos, just gets better as they bring in the Orbea 2021 Rise models and raise the bar locally for e mtn bikes.

Just had one of the best experiences again with Biker's Edge in Kaysville! First prior to taking my bike over to Biker's Edge I tried to check out the service over at Bountiful Bicycle Center in Kaysville to do a tune up on my bike even after explaining what was wrong with my bike. Bountiful Bicycle Center over the phone told me no problem they could do a tune up. Low to my surprise that tune up was not going to happen for another 2 weeks. They could have told me that on the phone before going through all the trouble of taking my bike out of my car and bringing it in while needing it on Monday for a ride. They are terrible DON'T go to Bountiful Bicycle Center!!!!!!

So going back over to Biker's Edge before taking my bike out of the car again, I asked if they could do a tune up on my bike. They immediately asked what the problem was to where I felt I needed a tune up? I said my chain was rubbing against the derailleur. Quickly they responded you may only need an adjustment. Can you bring your bike in so we can look at it right now? I said, "HECK YES!!!" This was a surprise to me. They put it on the bike stand, while there were about 6 other bikes being worked on and immediately tested to find all I needed was to have my derailleur looked at. Zach Hope was the man to come to my rescue and adjust my derailleur and now it works like a champ.. DEFINITELY GO TO BIKER'S EDGE!!!

My go to bike shop. Over the years they've consistently earned my loyalty. Great customer service; everyone is greeted upon entering, but not hovered over or pressured. Knowledgeable staff and good mechanics.

Greatest Bike Shop Ever
So I have been using multiple bike shops over the past 5 years or so and by far Bikers Edge has been the best. I've bought 4 bikes from them, one for my girlfriend, one child's bike, and my yeti SB95. The service I have received has been top notch, most of them know me by name. Grant and Zach have always gone way beyond to make me feel great about my purchases. The repair shop is always fast and they are very well priced when they charge me. A lot of the times they just give it a quick fix and a high 5 and I'm on my way. If you're in the market for a new bike they are worth the drive if your not local. If you live in Layton like I do you're crazy not to use them as your go to shop. Today I just ordered a custom Evil Wreckoning and am about to build my dream bike with them. Will update you guys when it's done.

Over the years I ve been in a lot of bike shops and Biker s Edge is the best! They work to get it right the first time and in a friendly, supportive manner. It s a drive for me, but Biker s Edge is my new LBS! I live in Ogden and had a local bike shop change the drivetrain on a new Salsa Warbird a few months ago. The Ogden shop really made a mess of it and took 5 weeks to do it. The Ogden shop even had the rear derailleur set so the chain shifted off the cassette! I took the bike to Biker s Edge and they quickly had the bike running great. They replaced the rear derailleur with the correct model and tuned the drivetrain. I ride the bike on singletrack and pavement and it s now flawless. They also quickly put together my new Santa Cruz 5010 and spent time with me to set it up. I m all set with 2 new bikes that work great. I have 4 older bikes to sell; call me.

I am a big fan of Biker's Edge! I purchased a demo Cannondale Slate they were selling for a steal. I brought it back and they have been taking care of me with there awesome service! I am glad I bought my bike from them.

Went in too look at a new bike that just came out like a week ago and they had one in stock in my size. Brock the salesman helped me and was very knowledgeable about the specific bike I was looking for and wasn t pushy on the sale. I felt good about my purchase and I love my new bike.

This is easily my favorite bike shop in the Wasatch front. I live in West Jordan now and still make the drive to get my bike serviced there. I would always buy a bike through them. I was new to the sport and they were very helpful in finding a bike and I got a steal on a demo bike in September.

Great customer service! This place and employees are awesome. They will be able to get you setup with whatever you need. My favorite shop in the area. They offer bikes, gear, accessories and service as well as many other things.

After 3 weeks for service to be done on a gear shifter, I never got a call that my bike was complete. When i called the service dept, and asked if my bike was ready he responded" Well if you never got a call then the bike isnt ready". So I ask, "can you please check"? I get the "uh fine" attitude and he comes back with...oh yeah it was done 3 days ago. Fast forward to when I go pick it up... it's covered with dirty greasy finger prints all over it from the techs hands. I ask the guy to wipe down the bike... since that's what the sevice guy told me they would do at the time I dropped it off. He acted like I was asking for his first born child! He quips they only do it on new bikes that we're purchased through them. I see... you'll take my money but skimp on customer service... never coming back here again!

UPDATE: Zach the owner reached out to me after this post. I appreciate the fact that he looked into my issues and put corrective actions in place so this wont happen to others. I'm satisfied with the outcome and the fact that he was sincere and listened to me. Because of this, I will revisit his shop in the future.

Really great service--especially the repair shop. They deal in some really nice, high end bikes. But, they didn't look down their nose at me when I brought in my daughter's $100 Schwinn to have the derailer replaced, and they were really helpful, at a reasonable price.

Good selection, incredible service. They keep their word and fit you in for service right away if something goes wrong or needs adjusting with your new bike. I purchased a new bike and had an issue with the dropper post, they ran new cables, replaced all of the parts (not just the broken parts), and did so in less than a 1/2 hour while I waited in store. I recommend purchasing here.

Bikers Edge was incredible. They were patient and knowledgeable. When I would call or go over they answered ever question and was honest. They spent time with us as we tried several bikes for my husband and two boys. Even helped me with getting a ride along seat for my bike so I can take my daughter. We were outfitted with three bikes, helmets, and gloves for everyone. I would recommend them to anyone. Every staff member was awesome and willing to help. Service was above and beyond and they were always friendly. They did not try to up sell anything and found what worked for us.
