Terrible store. Please save your time and do not purchase anything here. I placed an order with them, waited almost one week without any update. I sent them emails, no luck, no answers at all. After about one week when I started to push them where my order is, they just cancelled my order. Please save your time and shop anywhere else. Terrible experience

I bought this bag to replace the older style one. I thought it was going to be bigger. The older bag dimensions are smaller but in reality the bag is smaller inside. As for Big Sky they are great. No complaints there.

As I have just bought my first HD bike, an 07 ultra classic that done as a solo ride and was missing the vent and glove boxes and when i stopped in going through Grt Falls and talked to Travis who was very helpful in finding what i needed for my bike. Recieved an email offering to buy "any make and model" of motorcycle. I contacted them and was told they only buy Harleys. Buyer beware. If they lie in their advertising, what else will they lie about.
I bought a 2020 Street Glide at my local dealer and also ordered SE exhaust. After waiting a month, I decided to order the SE intake and tuner Big Sky. Received My order in a couple of weeks and was still waiting on the exhaust. I know where to get it all the next time!!

My experience was outstanding. First, they got me the bike I wanted, at the right price. I drove from the Coeur D'Alene, ID area to make the purchase. I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent in the store. Everyone was super friendly, the in-store poker run was fun, and they all made me feel special. I don't remember everyone's names except for Jessica Bell, the finance person. She was outstanding, and continued to provide service after the sale. There is a 100% chance that I would recommend Big Sky HD to a friend, and I will buy my next bike from them.

My buddy bought a '09 Super Glide from them 2 years ago. Well one of the bolts that hold the dashboard down came up missing. I sent Ross a email and looked to the VIN ordered the bolts and shipped them to us. A+ service!!

I'll never forget HD of Great Falls. On a trip to Alaska, I rode into great Falls with 5 plugs in my rear tire on a Sunday afternoon. HD was the only bike shop open, who had a tire in the size I needed. They refused to mount the tire on my bike. They said the insurance does not cover installations on non-HD bikes. Any other HD dealer in the US would have helped me out, but not HD of Great Fall, MT. When I asked some HD riders where I could get a new tire mounted, they said HD of course. When I told them they refuse me, they hissed and booed HD. HD left a very bad taste and the certainty I'll never stepped into again.
had my 25000 mile check up, oil change and replaced front and back tires. Michael Timm did an outstanding job on my bike runs like a top. Krystal Moen check my bike in and was very attended to my needs. Travis Berger did an outstanding job on obtaining tires at a fair price for mt. The only thing I was over happy about was paying the bill. Little steep on cost but a job well done by all. I sure couldn't afford that kind of money every year to have my bike up and running. Now if we will just get some great weather to ride I'll be even happier. Thanks Harley

I have been customizing my Sportster that I purchased in September. The 2016 Harley Davidson motorcycle catalog didn't list the Sissy bar with back rest that I wanted as compatible for my motorcycle. Bob took the time to research and find what I wanted, and assist me in getting the right part's for my XL1200C. He is professional, knowledgable and courteous, always returning my phone calls in a prompt manner. He is a great asset to your dealership.

bought a 2013 Superglide from BIG Sky in June , was treated very well up to the point that they had my money. loaded my bike up and drove 4 hours home unloaded and road for less than 2 miles and had problems, Big Sky wouldn't even talk to me. I had to call Harley Davidson's corporate office to get results. NOT THE WAY TO TREAT A NEW CUSTOMER !!!!

Aaron did a great job getting the finances squared away with a payment I could live with, he was also very patient while I took over his office handling all the details.
