bought a 2013 Superglide from BIG Sky in June , was treated very well up to the point that they had my money. loaded my bike up and drove 4 hours home unloaded and road for less than 2 miles and had problems, Big Sky wouldn't even talk to me. I had to call Harley Davidson's corporate office to get results. NOT THE WAY TO TREAT A NEW CUSTOMER !!!!
