After purchasing my 2017 Street Glide Special, the guys in the service department did an amazing job as always. I feel they are in my opinion the top harley service department in the state and I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else. Joe, Krystal and Eric you guys are the best!!!!

I purchased a 2007 Harley from them sale price 6,500 I asked them to deliver. this was on 6/13/2013 told them I needed the payments to be on the 10th of the month. They said okay. Got the bike on the 17th they asked for my bike for trade. I gave it to them. They inflated the price to 8,900 said I would have to have the extended warranty(1,168.60) I did not realize that after a 105 mile the muffle would break.(fall off the exhaust pipe had one bolt holding it on the other bolt was snapped off at the base) I called them they said call the warranty department(they had no knowledge of my account) . I received a call from the survey department told them of my plight. Got a call back from a manager said he would make it all right. they sent me more forms they did not fill out all the right forms got two more sets of forms to fill out in the mail. Last forms I got Talked with manager he said my payments would be on the 10. Lies Lies. Get the paper work in the mail they want payment on the 31st.( this has been the biggest fiasco I have ever ha to deal with in buying anything, I have broken bike nowhere to take it a warranty I am not sure I can use where I live and payments on the wrong day for me to make them. I will not use them ever again! I only hope I can get my bike back that I traded in!!!!
I've been to alot of harley shops and this one is at the bottom of the list. Im selling my road king just so I don't have to deal with them any more. Buying a busa next.

Ordered a windshield. Box arrived crushed and windshield had small scratches on it. They let me return it under warranty, but instead of a full refund, took 20% off the top and refunded me the remainder (was not made aware until the refund was processed), despite the damaged windshield. They now claim that they weren't really scratches, as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Instead of doing the right thing, they are forcing me to contact my bank to file a chargeback for the remaining amount I am rightfully due, and I will never do business with these people again. I do NOT recommend Big Sky Harley.
I have dealt with many Harley dealerships and once worked for one. I have ridden extensively in the U.S. and stopped at many shops sometimes for maintenance or a t-shirt or just to shoot the breeze. On my recommendation a good friend purchased a trike from Great Falls H.D. and still talks about the positive experience. What an amazing week! Travelling to Montana from Alabama and back. My friends thought I was nuts. Suffice to say it was worth it. Traded my '08 Streetglide for a '13 Triglide. Got back last night and after detailing the travel crud off the bike, I was riding (70 degrees and not a cloud)! My new baby says she's way happier down here in Dixie ;-). Thanks Ray and Pacer (among others). Lovin the new scooter.
Thanks for taking care of the 1000 mile check up on my new road king. The staff treated my wife and I very well. The only negative I have is that they didn't reset the clock.
This was one of the best experiences of my life !!! I had never been made to feel like such a VIP and empressed how everyone at the shop introduced them selfs to me and made sure i was taken care of every questions i had !!! And the bell ringing was the coolest !!!!

I had nothing but helpful service and none of the pushy stuff I can't stand. Turner made it easy to buy and everyone else followed right in and can't say one bad word about anyone working there. I also got my service done there and it was quick and easy and surprising that a lot of people there recognize you from a few months prior. Will def be letting anyone know to go to BSHD! You guys really know how to make it an easy and fun time to get a bike. I have been into and bought from a lot of HD dealers and hands down, you guys run the best crew and store!
This was my first order from Big Sky HD. Prices are awesome and delivery was fast. Product was as expected packaged well and arrived safely as expected. Will recommend and shop with this shop again. One of my Two favorite online HD dealerships so far!
Every time I have an idea about how to change the look of my bike I go to Ray. He is very knowledgable and has an amazing eye for what will look sharp. I have never had a bad experience with him and will always go to him for my parts and accessory needs!
As a transient pulling into the dealership without a appointment and 30 minutes before opening we were prepared for the usual treatment... BUT what I got was the unusual treatment 1) we were invited in out of the rain to wait until the store was opened, 2) Service took my bike in without and questions or excuses 3) the job was done fast 4) I was charged $100 less than what I had expected 5) they performed additional inspections without being asked. THANK YOU for the Great Experience! P.S. Please teach your West Coast Dealerships.

I brought my son's Buell in for service issues. We had a relapse of the issues the next day. Eric rolled it in the shop and got on it right away and again Joe kept us up to date on the progress. I cruised the showroom floor and Brian stopped to say "Hi" and see what was happening. With a little tweaking Eric cleared up the problem and again my son rode happily away. Joe and Eric explained the problem and gave me ideas to prevent any other problems, Again, I'm very happy with the dealership and the service I received, Dave
Did some Boxing Day shopping at the store and the girls were so helpful! Especially when I left half my purchase at the counter. Thankfully Katelyn called us on the phone to come back for them! Thank you!! We would have never known till we got back to Canada!!
I agree with the two most recent reviews - shipping is a nightmare. The dealership staff do seem kind but they used UPS SurePost for delivering my package and this led to me not being able to track my package day over day, inaccurate delivery dates which ultimately postponing projects and tying up over $250 worth of my funds. While, I want to say the delivery is not entirely their fault, this is what they provide by default. I would be more understanding if there were disclaimers that state they do not have the items in their physical inventory before purchase so the delays due to the time it takes for them to receive merchandise can be anticipated. Also, the shipping method they ultimately will use by default (the cheapest option for the merchant perhaps to allow them to continue to promote their free shipping) to get the package to me. Anyways, I've now been in contact with them and UPS. No one can give me an update just a guess, and finally UPS is simply telling me that the package made it to Helena, MT but there are no further scans so it is probably lost and I should submit a claim either thru UPS or the merchant. I just want my merchandise so I'll continue to be patient and allow up to 30 days from my original purchase date before moving forward with a refund for the sake of COVID.
Horrible customer service and no follow up. Be advised same owner as copper canyon. We dealt with Jonathan our salesman and Will our sales managers from copper canyon and both said they would help us through the whole process. Neither one did! We bought the 105th anniversary dyna 8/2015 and were promised the parts to fix the bike as it was not together when we went to pick it up, like they said it would be. It is now 2/2016 and we are still missing parts despite our multiple efforts to get them. They never call us back and never give us direct answers on why we don't have the parts. They are working us! Don't let them do this to you. If you do have to buy from them make sure everything is taken care of on the front end because their promises will surely falter. Very low business Standards and very poor business Ethics.

Walked in, was not greeted by anyone anywhere. One sales lady was too busy making herself a drink to even greet us. Won't be back to this dealership for the street glide I was interested in purchasing. Off to look at a different make and model. Thanks for saving me 24,000.
Very Friendly Staff, Great customer service. large inventory of bikes and accessories. These folks treat you well and won't try to sell you what you don't need. I highly recommend paying them a visit.
Not as friendly as most Harley dealers. In every shop we've ever been in when traveling we've been greeted the moment we walked in the door by everyone. There were no other customers in the store. ( Except for the new Salesgirl in the clothing area, and she was new. She was extremely helpful and Friendly )
Riding season ended last year as the snow flies so I thought I would build myself a Hot Rod 103. Everything is drop in from a 96 c.i. to a 103 c.i. right? To bring this tale of woe to a rapid close I want to thank Eric Banks for diagnosing, repairing and tuning my 09 Road King Classic. Also for not blatantly pointing out that that there is a reason he is the mechanic and not I. Thanks again Eric, Crystal, Brian. and all the rest of Big Sky Harley!
Overall great experience with the order I was a little disappointed in the shipping speed but they had to order the parts from the distributor I m giving Big Sky the 5 stars
Came in just to see if I won a t-shirt (I did) and enjoyed the poker game (Don't know if my Ace high flush won) and the food. ALL of the employees were great. Answered all my questions and were happy to spend the time.
