The people at Big Sky will patiently listen to your wants and needs regarding your Harley purchase. They are happy to arrange test drives and coordinate with H-D when trailers full of new bikes are available to test drive. The same is true with parts, accessories and clothing, etc.

I have the cruise control installed. It took about twenty minutes. I need to get it activated. I have about a two and a half ride to the nearest Harley dealership. I'm sure once that's done I'll be very happy.

I ll continue to check with them first even though I live thousands of miles away in South Carolina.

Beware. Especially if you're from out of town and need your bike repaired. I wouldn't buy a t-shirt from them.

I ordered and paid for bags online, then shortly afterwards I received an email stating that it was suspected as fraud and the order was cancelled. I sent a message to their customer service department stating that I would be happy to call or provide any info required but they wouldn't even respond. I'm very disappointed in their service offering.

Ray was very help full in parts making sure I got the right part. I have never had a bad experience with Big Sky HD.

I'm visiting for two weeks and brought my Street Bob along. I pulled in to unload the bike the battery was dead. The guys informed me that I should have put it in transport mode. Knew nothing about that. Hometown HD shop said nothing when they helped me load it. Big Sky HD charged up my battery, wiped my bike down, showed me how to put bike in transport mode, and suggested some rides to take while I'm here. Can't say enough. Best customer service ever!

Ross, Tera, Ray and everyone involved in the purchase of my 2017 Tri Glide were awesome. I could only pick one department but wished I could have picked them all from Crystal in service to the ladies in motor clothes. BigSky Harley Davidson has definitely picked up their game in all departments. Brian you should be proud of your entire staff because they rock.

Ray was super helpful . I realized that I called at the end of the day. I said I would call back the next day. Nope! Ray helped me right then with great service! I got the parts I needed and awesome help.

They did not treat a friend of mine very well when he was traveling through. They should be ashamed of themselves trying to rip off a loyal rider of their bikes.

The sales team is knowledgeable and experienced. I have not delt with the service department yet, but I plan to buy my Harley here.

The shop told me it would be an hour for an oil change so I waited around for it three hours later they get me out the door 45 min alone in the wash bay have ridiculous

The staff at this shop seem awesome and they have some great deal right now online. Bella and Josiah were helpful, however, the process to get my items to me was lackluster. I came across Big Sky online and there was no disclaimer on in house availability until I received my email confirmation advising they would have to have the parts shipped to them and then shipped to me. This would have been no problem had I known up front but it was frustrating as this slowed the entire shipping - took over two weeks to get my items. I would have purchased locally or my usual out of state dealership, Intermountain HD (Utah).

I have purchased two new Harley's from Big Sky Harley, and the dealership is first class in every way. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Harley. Awesome people!!

I just have to say that Jayson was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with when buying this my 7th new bike over the last 35 years he answered my initial e mail promptly and when the low rider came in having he seemed to know that i am a short guy the bike fits great looks great and i couldn't be happier with my purchase ,Jayson seemed to know from talking with me that I'm a no frills kind of guy and didn't try to sell me any of the frills I wouldn't want he did a great job picking out the backrest and sissy bar for me and even got some of the parts over nighted from your Butte store and the first time i twisted the throttle hard when my lady was behind me it kept her on the seat .The pipes he picked out for me sound great ,look great and i couldn't be happier with them all i need now is some warm weather and the windshieild to show and I'm ready to roll ,thanks again for all your help Jason, what were you reading my mind ?You nailed this sale by getting me exactly what i would have picked if I had been in the showroom.

I think this place is appalling. To hear how a good friend has been treated. Who has ridden HD all his life. Who simply wanted his bike fixed and has been really let down. I'm glad they don't treat us like that here in Australia.

I recently made a jacket purchase from Katelyn Kempa. Great customer service and transaction. I will definitely be back to purchase more in the future. Best price I found was with Big Sky. They delivered before I was really expecting it, very happy all the way around.

Big Sky opened on a holiday weekend to serve as a check-in point for Mexico to Canada "3 Flag" riders on all types of bikes. I had problem with my parking brake on my Can-Am Spider and Tim Wanamaker offered to look at it. He made an adjustment to make the brake functional and saved me an emergency visit to a Canadian Can-Am dealer. He accepted no money. I am so impressed with Tim's voluntary service and the special efforts of Big Sky to accommodate our ride. I am beyond impressed.

I have bought and sold probably 20 vehicles in my life. Never have I had as pleasant and honest experience as I did with Aaron Elly and the group at Big Sky. I travelled with my wife 14 hours each way to deal with these folks and I would have doubled that travel time to do it again. These folks are without a doubt the best I have ever dealt with. Congrats to the dealer and dealer principle for assembling such an awesome team from the front end to the back end to service and accessories.

My wife's bike died a mile from the dealership at 5:20 and Krystal still had a trailer pick us up, diagnosed the problem the next morning and overnighted the part so we could get back on the road to complete our trip. My ride broke down and these guys went to the mat for me. New engine installed in 6 days from being assembled in Milwaukee to being delivered to Great Falls MT. Krystal and Eric i cannot thank you enough. Highly recommend.
