My husband and I went in today August 5th 2020, and to pick up a flame air cleaner trim kit, we didn't have the tool we needed to install it, and JP from parts run right out with the tool we needed and actually installed it we are from Washington state just passing through so service like that, is really appreciated good jobs guys we will definitely be back, thank you

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I had at Grizzly Harley-Davidson. Kallen the service manager and I hope I got his name right, checked the rental bike out and checked the bike back in after 6 days of riding on an amazing trip. He set me up with a Harley Ultra and was just the most Pleasant knowledgeable guy to work with. He made it easy and the paperwork was a breeze. EagleRider should be very proud to have them as an associate rental facility. To top it all off he hooked me up with a ride to the airport. The service couldn't have been better. Thank you all at Grizzly Harley-Davidson.

Friendly, nice selection, ladies clothing size selection does not cater only to the very small.

Large variety of clothing and extremely helpful. It helps I had my pitbull puppies with me so everyone was all over them lol.

They helped me show me what kind of bike I would fit. Showed me around all the bikes. Told me everything that they knew about each bike. New or used

I attended the grand opening for Grizzly Harley-Davidson...it is no longer Montana Harley. The new owners are very gracious people and their staff is friendly and helpful. The store is stocked with a large variety of bikes, clothing, and accessories. The grand opening festivities (Food, Live Music, Games, Vendors, Bike Wash, etc.) were awesome. All the vendors and bands were talented, and I had an excellent time! I have to say it is the nicest and cleanest Harley-Davidson Dealership I've seen so far. I will definitely be going back and taking my friends as well!!!

Being from California HD shops are on every corner. When I came up to Missoula I dealt with Jared D. the first time to get a oil change and a bit later to get a front tire. Every time that I've been there Jared has gone above and beyond to help, him and the rest of the staff there are extremely friendly and helpful.

Large selection of everything. Staff very friendly, different from other HD dealerships, they make you feel like family. Great activities. Keep up the great work.

Great staff and management. I went there initially to see what they had in used sleds. After meeting and talking with several of the employees I also decided to have them service my Textron 4x4 vs the place I purchased it from in P-Burg.

Recently purchased a Softail crossbones. I fell in love with the bike but it did not fit me at all. Grizzly Harley service and parts staff went out of there way to help me figure out how to make the Crossbones fit me properly so it would be safe for me to ride. Great people who always welcome me and treat me more like family than just a customer. Great place.

Excellent customer service. Quick and friendly staff. Clean place with organized merchandise. Only disappountment: not a variety of merchandise for little boys. Lots of pink apparel but not much in neutral colors. Spent $90 on three tshirts.

Ok it's a HD lace. Had 6th anniversary going on. Vendors and extra stuff to do but wx didn't cooperate.

I was travelling near Flathead lake and required a rear tire replacement, so called Grizzly Harley. I had the tire installed and when I picked up my bike there was a sharp dent on the top of my muffler, and under my saddle bag. After speaking to the service manager about the damage and what they would do about it I was told it was what not Grizzly's problem and that I caused the damage. This tells me a lot about their customer service and honesty. I will never have any more dealings with Grizzly, I wanted a repair and ended up with a huge bill for a new set of mufflers. "BEWARE"

It was great, never had to wait. Service with a smile, Thank you Alice. The food was EXCELLENT. It was my first time and I'll drive down from Columbia Falls to eat there again

Had minor fix, didn't even charge me. I have been through there in the past as a traveler. Found staff in all departments very helpful

Traveling through Montana in July 2014. Found oil dripping from my transmission seal. Got in there by 9 am and they got me back on the road by 5. Had my dyna diagnosed in half an hour. New main bearing pressed on, new seal, new inner primary bearing and seal, pulled guts out of the transmission and cleaned and re installed pipes. The mechanic knew his craft and was on it.

Sidewalk sale! Great bargains if you could find your size. Very nice, helpful employees!

Really love the harley store! I was just browsing and found a couple things i liked and the girl that helped me was so great she offerd to hold my items in the front while i continued to look around. I just happened to visit this store but i am ever in the area again i will deffinatly drop by.

Went into the shop on 7/26/2019. We were not acknowledged coming in or if we needed assistance finding something. My wife and I were looking for some clothing and to check out a touring bike. I gave up looking at bikes after several minutes...no assistance offered. We found a couple shirts and went to the register. The lady at the register was nice enough and asked if we found what we were looking for. We paid for our shirts and will never be back. I have been to many Harley stores....this was the first time I felt like my business didn t matter!

Every experience at this dealership is always above and beyond what we have ever experienced anywhere else at a any Motorsport dealership! They definitely set the bar in customer service!

Wonderful staff to out the store. Super helpful. But five stars plus goes to John in the service department. He was so friendly and helpful to us. He called us and explain the problems that they found on our bike. And was understanding that we were on the road.

This shop is ridiculous to deal with. Their application process is a joke. I was highly disappointed and will be going elsewhere with my business from now on.

One nice H-D shop. The people are very friendly, good selection of motorcycles and clothing. Because it's in Montana, they have a huge sled selection as well.

I've been here twice. Lay summer and again this summer. On both occasions staff was helpful and quite happily answered my questions even though I wasn't going to make a big purchase (I already have four bikes). Nice showroom, good variety of bikes and HD gear. The pricing is typical HD but not out of line with other dealerships. I can't speak to the service department but I wouldn't hesitate to bring in my '07 Deuce if it needs work when I was here based on the experiences I have had.

Great people thank you so much!! We got a flat tire some where in the middle of Montana! They tow us to the nearest Harley which happen to be Grizzly Harley Davison, they were just closing when we got there. The service manager pull our bike into the shop for the night. The next morning they had our bike done by 9:30! Thank you so much you guys are AWESOME!!

I love going to all Harley Davidsons, they had a huge variety of bikes and clothing for Men and women, as most do. The sales people weren't pushy but really helpful. Whenever traveling we go in to every Harley store and buy clothing with their logo, I'd say we've got clothing from at least 10, Now 11. Oh and their helmet selection has multiple sizes for the styles.

We've been on a 2 week ride and all the Harley dealerships we've been to have been great except this one. When asked if they could give our bikes a wash John replied "It will be $80 per bike." Santa Fe, Vegas and Cheyenne all did it for free (we did tip the guys that actually washed the bikes). I would never set foot in this Harley store. They should take the name "Harley" off of it!

I was not impressed with this dealership. I talked to a couple staff members and was highly disappointed. The staff that i talked to was young and inexperienced. A staff member told me that he wouldn't have his bike worked on there. Sad..

Tye in parts saved me by shipping me an overnight set of piston rings when I was in a pinch. He even followed up with me the following morning to confirm the package had arrived in our department! Thank you Tye! Will definitely do business with you again in the future when seeking parts we need that are on BO! You rock!

Can t say enough about the service I received at Grizzly HD! I broke down on my way to Sturgis July 29 th. My motor needed to be replaced with over 223,000 miles on my 2011 Road Glide
Let s just say Larry hooked me up with a 2017 Road Glide Ultra to get me on my way while Josh and Earnie from Service Dept worked diligently with Harley Extended Service to get my new motor covered under warranty! Joshs hard work paid off for me , figuratively and literally.
I returned to pick up my bike after traveling over 9,000 miles on the Ultra. Shout out to all the staff. Larry, Mike , Ty, Josh , Earnie. And the rest of the crew. Mike bike had a Long Block installed for my 50$ deductible. My bike never looked so clean when I saw it! See you next time I m rolling thru. Thank you again for your great job!! BTW the bike Back in Black is running awesome! Special thanks to the person whom cleaned my bike there were bugs on their since 2011. Great job you deserve a raise!!

Parts and service departments are both very accommodating. I personally try to avoid the apparel Department and sales department for fear of spending too much money but the interactions I've had have always been Pleasant

I'm in the middle of an eight state tour over two weeks. Today I noticed a problem with my front tire tread. Instead of taking a chance I stopped in at Grizzley Harley who completely took care of me. The service department was prompt, professional, and honest. They discovered another issue with my ABS module and O2 sensor and gave me good recommendations that wouldn't derail my road trip. Thanks John!

Lack of knowledge, in the mechanical side but they rock it in parts .

Just an average HD really. I suppose what I really appreciated about it was that there isn't much traffic around there.just not off a very developed exit as far as I could tell. Made it real nice for entry and exit; good planning HD.

I came in for a starting issue. The tech personally came out to ask me what the problem was, as it was an intermittent issue and he didn't experience any starting issue. After pulling the primary cover and inspecting the whole bike he explained to me that my neg battery cable was loose. "No way a negative battery bolt sacked my Harley!" He explained how he thought the intermittent issue was occurring, but I got mad and told him to go button it up and went out for a smoke. After running through his diagnosis in my head, it became apparent that he may in fact be right and my starter might not have been getting the cranking amps required because of the sloppy connection. I want to commend these guys for remaining calm and courteous even when I wasn't. Weeks on the road left this Marine testy and these guys remained utterly professional. I highly recommend this dealership. Could have sold me a bunch of parts I didn't need, but instead hooked me up with a crow to eat.

This is our favorite to stop at for t shirts and what not. Not a huge dealership but very nice!!!
