Bike went into limp mode and I brought it in. Joe was able to do a diagnostic and find the problem. I was going out of town and told him there was no hurry. Your guys were able to fix the problem in just a couple of days. I was charged for the repair, which I thought was more than reasonable. I have always had nothing but good experiences with any employee at Big Sky. Thanks
