Best decision we made to change our telephone system over to B4BC. No heavy sales techniques. The system has delivered everything we wanted and now facilitates our changes to working from home but at the same time offering a professional service. Whilst we had some teething issues in our services to begin with, I am confident that they are now resolved. This is largely thanks to the brilliant work by engineer Tony this week, who came and reorganised our comms setup. I couldn't be happier with him or his work (he literally bled for the job). 5 stars for Tony, 4 stars for the back office as we have occasionally found them difficult when raising tickets. All in all I'm looking forward to working with B4BC more in the future.

Best for business. I think not! Beware signing an annual agreement and direct debit with this company. No annual reminder of the rollover and no notification before taking the direct debit and no refund if you no longer want the service. Shame on you!

Signed up for fixed telecoms with B4BC earlier this year & haven't looked back.....so far. All the way through from tender through installation to business as usual, we feel we have been managed in a timely polite & professional manner. Whether it be a query about how the IP system functions or a billing query, the team at B4BC have always responded with positivity, understanding & solutions.
If you're still working with copper wire rather than broadband for your telecoms, I would seriously consider your options. We felt we were unable to support a broadband IP solution due to poor broadband n the area but so far all has been fine & we don't have any reason to believe this service level will not be maintained for the duration of the contract.
In summary - a professional, knowledgeable, customer focused business. It's not surprising they won Reseller of the Year (small) at the 2015 Comms Business Awards in 2015.

Recently signed up for broadband and telephone line with Best 4 Business and had a few small issue with setting up my new router. The technical support provided by Lewis and Dave to guide me through the process was brilliant! Excellent pre and after sales service, and have been quick to resolve any niggles we have had post installation. I do not hesitate to recommend them as a service provider.
However I would have given a 5 star review if it were not for the issues we had transferring from Vodafone.. B4B did not seem to have had any experience in dealing with the megalith of incompetence that is Vodafone, and we had to do a lot of the ground work despite not knowing anything about VOIP phone systems.
Whenever I need to contact Best 4 Business they respond very quickly and are quick to fix any issues. Sam in particular has been very efficient and helpful.

Absolutely flawless service. When we were faced with a technical issue B4B would have moved mountains if they'd had to in order to get the issue resolved. Can't praise them enough for their level of customer service, let alone the physical service they provide. It has made a huge change to my business and the way calls are managed, eliminating 99% of unwanted marketing calls and directing incoming phone calls in an easy to use efficient way. Increasingly frustrated with network outages. Customer service okay but this company - or the company that they lease service from - clearly has some technical issue(s). Service failure has happened on several occasions over recent months and has had a detrimental effect on our hotel business. Customers can't call in; we can't call out. Today's loss of service has the consequence that I will begin to look for a new provider in the new year.
