Amazing place

I ordered a watch , it was delivered next day... perfect condition, packaging, everything as advertised but I was not happy with the design of the watch. I called for a return #, Moshe was very helpful, I shipped the watch back, and got an email the next day that my refund was being processed. I will definetely work with them again in the future when I find something else that I like.

Purchased summer of 17, had a manufactures defect in my watch last month. Gemnation promptly issued an RMA and sent me a shipping label, within a few weeks they had my watch repaired and back on my wrist.
