Absolutely flawless service. When we were faced with a technical issue B4B would have moved mountains if they'd had to in order to get the issue resolved. Can't praise them enough for their level of customer service, let alone the physical service they provide. It has made a huge change to my business and the way calls are managed, eliminating 99% of unwanted marketing calls and directing incoming phone calls in an easy to use efficient way.
