We had the pleasure of having Ryan come to our apartment at the Red Brick Stadium on Feb 1 as we had no heat.in our suite. It took him no time at all to find the source of the problem and he left to find a replacement valve.
Over the weekend there has been small glitches with locating the replacement and Ryan was very conscientious of coming by to find temporary solutions until the valve arrives from Calgary. We have never experienced the outstanding customer service and cheerful follow up and Ryan should be commended for the EXCEPTIONAL service. Thank you

One of the drivers cussed my mom out for trying a parallel park as he would have had to wait for her. She moved out of the way because it surprised her and she was genuinely upset after the incident. I don't think this is acceptable.

A van (#18?) just backed out of a Tim Hortons and almost smashed right into me. Not even looking where he was going. So I kept going straight and he continued to back up and pretended I wasn't there. Clearly they hire pea-brains.

Colin and Rob were extremely patient with me as I asked several questions. They took the time to properly explain everything and were very courteous and accommodating. Furthermore, they responded to our needs in record time. Very impressed with quality of customer service. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!
