Whilst we had some teething issues in our services...

Whilst we had some teething issues in our services to begin with, I am confident that they are now resolved. This is largely thanks to the brilliant work by engineer Tony this week, who came and reorganised our comms setup. I couldn't be happier with him or his work (he literally bled for the job). 5 stars for Tony, 4 stars for the back office as we have occasionally found them difficult when raising tickets. All in all I'm looking forward to working with B4BC more in the future.
