Increasingly frustrated with network outages. Customer service okay but this company - or the company that they lease service from - clearly has some technical issue(s). Service failure has happened on several occasions over recent months and has had a detrimental effect on our hotel business. Customers can't call in; we can't call out. Today's loss of service has the consequence that I will begin to look for a new provider in the new year.
