Best Western Plus Tower Hotel Bologna - I often go to this hotel for work reasons, even though I have never stayed there. For completely accidental and random reasons, I had to make a small claim against the hotel and to compare this with their Resident Manager. I was thus able to appreciate an incomparable and totally satisfactory level of attention and collaboration towards me, which make me consider the level of Service of this hotel to be at the highest level of Quality.
