I stayed one night because I was passing through and tired of driving again. At the reception they tell me that the last and only available room is left and that I have to pay in advance without even being able to visit it to check its status. In fact, I went up to the eighth floor and entered the room (of which I unfortunately don't remember the number) I feel short of breath due to the infernal heat. The air conditioning does not work at all and there is no way to start it. I then call the reception to report the problem and in an annoyed tone they reply that they cannot offer me a new room because they are complete and that they will send a technician to check the cause of the malfunction. In the meantime, they invite me to open the window! Window that being blocked does not allow itself to be opened by the same technician about 15 minutes later when he arrived in the room to inform that the intervention on the roof of the hotel was successful, that is, he finally restarted the air conditioning system. The only positive note is the kindness of this person, the technician, perhaps not an Albanian Italian, very understanding, helpful and kind. Happy for the good news, I finally decide to take a shower. Here the horror! The bathroom ceiling is half black in color, due to water infiltration and mold. All for the modest sum of 131 including breakfast. To conclude, I sincerely hope that the request for advance payment of the room is a standard formality of the structure and not a request due to my geographical origin, specifically Naples!
