Friendly staff and very clean, nice rooms. You are given a voucher for Stella s bakery and cafe, and the breakfast was delicious! Also a good spot if you have pets. The deposit for two dogs was $20. The only thing is that there s not a great spot to let them go to the bathroom considering the hotel is in downtown Billings, but we made do with a walkabout around the block. Also, friendly reminder to pick up after your dogs!
Room smelled like mould, carpet was sticky - i didnt think it was even possible. Wifi sucked. Would not stay here again.

Elevator was broke and feel management is lazy not giving there staff enough gratitude considering I left a tip for them that was taken before the room was to be cleaned. Think They Have A Theft problem..? Yes so in answer to ur question I checked out on Saturday morning walked over to have breakfast about 730 am when I came back just asked if she had cleaned it yet or if I could use bathroom she said she was on her first room so I noticed tip was gone told her room was real clean asked if she had recieved her tip she stated no so I gave her another five out of pocket no biggie but u do have theft problem
Very friendly, helpful and professional front desk staff. The room is always clean, especially in places in the room where other hotels don t seem to clean. The room has all the amenities you need while away from home. Facility staff even take the time to greet you and assist with any directions. Truly a very friendly, clean and comfortable hotel.

The room was very nice, but the bed was lumpy and had sink holes. My wife and I both woke up very sore. Also the room door kept clanging against the door frame from other people using their doors, so it made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. But that restaurant was wonderful! And the location of the hotel to the Pub Station for the concert we attended couldn't be beat! And the staff at the hotel and restaurant were very nice.

My wife and I, with 2 dogs, were moving across country from WV to Oregon. We had transmission issues and had to make a stop in Billings. Luckily, we found the Clock Tower Inn/Best Western Plus to stay at for our stop over. The rooms are completely remodeled with high end touches like heated floors, suite like rooms, and comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly kind to our situation. The Front Desk Rep, Tammie, was great!! She got us checked in no problem with a room that was easy access with our dogs. .She gave us a map of downtown and recommended some great places to eat, and many places that gave a discount for staying at the hotel. They use a coupon for breakfast at Stella's Restaurant next door, which was fantastic. Made to order breakfast, home style cooking, and bakery that will knock your socks off!
All in all, this stay was not one we wanted to make, but it ended up being one that we were happy with because of this hotel stay. We ended up buying a new car and making the best out of a bad situation.

For best western hotel it s very nice comfortable beds and the hotel room was very clean and the hotel room was very nice and the hotel has a great restaurant and bakery on site!! Raspberry scones are the bomb. The chilly is very good and they have gluten free options too. In the bakery and on the menu.

It is an older motel with atmosphere that suits it. It is clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast was not what we expected - it fell short of those served at other Best Western Motels.
Clean room, reasonable price, recently updated. Only complaint would be how early (and noisy) the service staff started making the rounds. Don't expect to sleep much past 8AM...
This is an older hotel but well kept and in the process of renovations. The staff is always accommodating and go out of their way to help. I often stay here for medical appointments and the rooms have always been clean and cared for. This is also a pet friendly hotel with treats readily available for my fur kids. I keep coming back so they are doing something right.

The location of this motel is excellent (downtown Billings) though it is definitely an older property. It is wonderfully decorated and kept up, but there is a noise factor because of its age.
Stayed at the Clock Tower Hotel in Billings and had a great time. Clean and friendly, close to all the downtown hotels and venues. And a wonderful breakfast at the adjoining restaurant. Will be staying there again.
My stay was great at the Clocktower Inn. Clean rooms, great pool + an excellent food menu to select a complementary breakfast from at Stella's, the restaurant next door. The place was great, but the staff was even better. I had an early morning flight and was not able to drop some of my camping gear off at UPS to ship home. They were closed, so Jillian at the front desk offered to ship it the next day and deduct the amount from my room deposit. I am so grateful!!! Customer service that is above and beyond! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is older, but the rooms have been nicely remodeled. Good temperature control, nice bedding, fluffy towels. They give you coupons for breakfast at the restaurant next door. About the nicest breakfast I ve ever gotten in a U.S. hotel.
Outstanding service and accommodations at the Clock Tower! The staff was very friendly and caring. I stayed there while my wife was in the hospital...got a medical discount and was upgraded without cost when I requested a quieter room. The breakfast voucher to Stella's restaurant was awesome. Best breakfast in Billings! I will stay here every time I'm in Billings!
I have stayed here off and on for the past 8 years and it doesn't disappoint. Having Stella's next door is a big plus as they are a great breakfast joint! They have always worked hard to keep the hotel updated and with it being right in the City Center you have everything you need and only a few minutes from the airport or interstate. Create a better fitness center onsite and I will give it 5 stars

This hotel was recommended to us by the guest ranch where we stayed. The outside appearance doesn t do the hotel justice. Everything was clean and the bathroom had 2 shower heads! Breakfast is complimentary at the place next door, Stella s. You will NOT be disappointed!

Outstanding breakfast!! The morning breakfast is at a cafe on the same property, 5-6 choices and all looked wonderful. We had poached eggs, and eggs over easy, with REAL BACON! It is a bakery, so the toast was made with their bread. Great selection of baked goods to take with you. The room was large, comfortable, clean, brightly lit. Internet worked fine, TV nice and clear. Clean bathroom. Parking on site, some of it covered. I noted there was a place for dogs (grassed area), and that the staff provided a treat bowl for the people with dogs. Might be the best breakfast in the BW world.

The hotel is centrally located downtown, easily accessible, the staff are very friendly and helpful the rooms were very clean the cleaning staff was very helpful, I had the issue with the air conditioner and the maintenance man was there within five minutes fixed it there wasn t really a problem but he explained what was going on very friendly and courteous, I would not hesitate to use or recommend this hotel.

What a dump. Lousy manager, not even an effort to change to a different property. Wouldn't let us look at rooms because they were "all being cleaned". Only thing nice was the clerk who at least tried, and leaving. Not even the 4oaches will stay here.

We appreciate the fact that the property honored our lovely pets. The goodies as well were lovely. However, the rooms were tiny and smelly. Interestingly enough, our request for a bigger suite room was denied because they were not pet friendly rooms, etc. as for us the prize increase don't matter and just want the comfort. Breakfast at Stella's was utterly magnificent.

The woman working the front desk was great, very efficient, and had a good sense of humor. The hotel room was ok. Room was clean and a good size. The bed wasn't very comfortable because the mattress seemed worn out. Did not sleep well in it.

As usual Best Westerns serves great breakfast and this one had a sauna too! As for non-smoking, pet-free zone for a platinum members!

Beautiful hotel! Really friendly and helpful staff, the free breakfast was great (it's a voucher to a cafe & bakery next door and I HIGHLY recommend taking them up on the offer!).
The room itself was very nice, had plenty of free soaps, coffee, earl grey tea, and even ear plugs! The bed was nice and comfy as well!
The only con would be parking since it can get crowded, but not bad enough to dock a star as there is a lot of area dedicated to parking.
I genuinely wish I could have stayed longer.
