The Hotel, which is located in the Heart of Billings Mt, is very pretty, clean, and very neat place. The Staff personnel were very polite, courteous, and very helpful. Extremely good place to stay when traveling through Billings.

The Best Western Clock Tower is an awesome facility to stay at and relax.
A lot of opportunities are all around to go shopping and eat and sight see.
Stella s Restaurant is fabulous. Great customer service too.

This was the best Best Western Plus we have stayed at. The guest room was a simple and attractive layout; the bath could accommodate 2 at a time; the decor was lovely and all clean. It has been tastefully and thoughtfully renovated.

Can't say enough about the breakfast by the lobby. It is a private cafe but the hotel gives vouchers for breakfast. Probably the best restaurant in Billings, they are that good at doing breakfast! The hotel itself is basic, but fairly good for a motel type with parking stalls under the rooms, what really shines is their service, we even had a hotel employee help carry bags from the car to our room, the only time that has ever happened in 100's of stays across the country. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

They went out of their way to make room for my pickup truck and trailer giving me the space they use for their shuttle van. I brought my Harley with me and they even had a place to wash motorcycles free of charge. Awesome!

There are three separate buildings that rooms are on the second and third floor. The first floor is for parking but has a height restriction on about 6'3". So big vehicles be aware. "The big sky" building section has almost direct access to the pool minus a gate. The single King bed with pull out sofa was very spacious. They do offer a government rate, have a small work out facility and the breakfast is a voucher to an adjacent restaurant "kitchen & bakery"

Great hotel! Close to all the great downtown fun spots and walking tour. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Not to mention, dual shower heads! What!? If you are staying in downtown billings, don't waste your money and time on the larger hotels. This Best Western is legit!

Stayed here before and after our trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Older hotel, but the rooms, and bathrooms, have been updated nicely. Includes breakfast at Stella's, on site, which was good. Or offers complimentary Stella's bakery items to go. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very convenient location for walking to the shops, breweries and restaurants; and a short drive to the airport.

Very nice hotel- clean, comfortable, and secure. Didn't feel nervous or anxious during my stay, because the security was top notch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and Stella's Diner is great for breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the furnace was efficient.

Stayed here because of advertised pool. Pool was closed. No mention of seasonality on website. Drug deals happening in the driveways, but neat places for music and food nearby. Free breakfast from little cafe attached was enormous, fresh and hot. Night desk staff not the brightest or friendliest.

In downtown billings 3miles from freeway, most parking underground with a security guard on duty, rooms very clean staff are very helpful price per value is right on the money. Breakfast was at a wonderful restaurant attached food was amazing. First impression of area was sketchy but after checking in and walking to a recommended restaurant felt very safe. Will definitely stay here again.

What a comfortable room. I was very surprised read anything negative about this hotel. Easy and welcome check-in. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Loved the radiant heated bathroom floor. My new favorite hotel in Billings and will always get our business.

The room exceeded my expectations. I reserved a room with two queens and this room had that and each bed had its own room. I was traveling with my dog and they gave us a bag of treats at check-in. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

First time staying at this best western, but have stayed at them all over the world. So far, this is, without a doubt, the worst BW I have stayed at. Parking is atrocious and confusing, and the parking lot was basically an ice rink. This is also the first time I have ever been charged a $50 incidental fee at any BW I have ever stayed at. When I asked the young lady at the desk, she said it is done at all BW's which I just stayed at BW's the previous 2 nights in Canada and 4 nights the last week in Alaska and didn't get charged anything. The young lady was also a bit rude when I asked about the parking and the fee. The one positive I would say is the rooms are actually one of the nicer ones, except for hearing everything going on outside or adjacent rooms.

This is what you expect from a top flight hotel. Clean, efficient, well-appointed along with an incredible staff. This is now my default Billings hotel. The location is also prime for walking to fine restaurants.

Traveled to Billings for a state high school Bball tourney and found the Clocktower Inn. I travel with one dog and she usually stays in the car but it was pretty cold and discovered they have pet-friendly rooms. I was worried the room would be gross but it was very clean. Heated bathroom floors was a bonus and pet area is a nice touch. A little noisy with diesel bus parked below our room but the breakfast- oh man the breakfast. My Dad and son ate like kings! Stellas also kept my purse safe when I left it behind- thank God for honest folks!

Worst experience at a Best Western ever. No HOT water, mold around tub with water on the floor between shower and toilet. Walls were so thin we heard all of our neighbors extra correctular activities including sounds and head board banging against the wall at 3:00 am after loud talking for at least an hour. The hotels solution to the noise was a pair of ear plugs . The only positive was eating at Stellas restaraunt.

This place is really nice! .. the breakfast is the best in town... the grounds are so clean.. there are grounds keepers walking around all night so it is safe... the pool side rooms are great! Beds are good and the rooms are very nice. Highly recommend.. parking is a liitle tight cause it's down town but we were able to park a large truck and they are very helpful with that :)

Place is dated, rooms are musty, road noise, neighborhood can have some rough characters but you can say that about most parts of Billings, but the breakfast (you receive a voucher) at Stellas is A+

Driving up to the property we wondered how it would be, however upon arrival very pleased, very nice in each courtyard, pretty, we left before breakfast but was offered muffins etc, would stay again

The property could use some work, and the rooms are a bit small, but the price is good and it is centrally located in Billings near good restaurants and businesses. The breakfast is handled at a restaurant next door that is outstanding (Stella's). Worth staying at.

Front desk person was awesome. The Room was clean but no micro wave! Really? The upstairs tenants where very noisy and I could hear all the walking around through the evening and into late night. And the restaurant that we have the complimentary breakfast, was absolutely horrible and I walked out before I ordered because it was literally 20 minutes before I decided to walk out and people were being served that were sat after I was. The only thing they have going for them at that shoddy restaurant is the coffee is amazing. I would highly recommend that a conversation be had with the management of that poorly ran establishment and to get rid of the gentleman with his glasses halfway down his nose that looks at you as if you were a homeless person looking for a free biscuit. This experience set the tone for definitely waking up on the wrong side of the bed.

worst place we ever stayed hear every noise anyone makes no place to park that had room to open a door except into wall or car 3 inches away drunks every where plumbing messed up check in was only good part rest horrible

I had a snafu with my reservation, and they worked it out for me with no problems. The hotel was in the center of everything in the area, the room was very clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have had at a hotel.

We have stayed in this hotel several times over the last eight years and it is always the same lady that checks is into our hotel room summation point is very nice to see that they treat their staff loan for long-term retention. They also have the cutest little Australian Shepherd that is in the office to greet people as they come in. I absolutely love staying at this hotel no matter what time of year. They have adequate parking and they also provide airport shuttle service. The breakfast is hands-down the best! You get to go next door to a little cafe and eat breakfast and it is all included in the charge of your hotel room.

I booked on Priceline for their standard room for two. 95% of the time the standard room typically has two beds. This one just had one queen size bed. Had to pay $30 for an upgrade. If it weren't for that...it be a 4 star. Clean, comfy room and bathroom. Good location - you can walk to downtown. MSUB campus is about 3 miles away.

Very nice place to stay. Super comfy beds, large bathroom, friendly, accommodating staff. This is an older hotel but super clean and reasonably priced. Full complimentary breakfast included in the price at Stella's restaurant and bakery. Very good!

What a nice, clean hotel! Our room has a huge, flat screen TV, a shower with a traditional showerhead and a rainfall showerhead, a fold out sofa bed, and they even supplied us with a lap desk (that was a really nice touch). Everyone has been so nice; it was a pleasure to stay here
