Front desk agents highly rude, as if customers were bothering them. Didnt want to explain anything to anyone. One was arguing with the customer in front of us about her booking through a cheap site and not the hotels site. Then went on to say that the black light every room as part of the housekeeping process, so it wasnt her fault that the customer booked wrong(for another night). Finally the second agent came from out back and helped. But still rushed through everything. Upon finding the room, walking in you could see that housekeeping didnt vacuum or even spot vac. Pulling back the king bed sheets to look at the fitted, hair was everywhere, along with dirty feet marks. As in they didnt change the sheets. Walking over to the sofa bed, string cheese was sitting right on top as if it was a present. Looking at the night stands, they werent wipped down still have marks from drinks and hair on them. The bathroom was the only thing that" looked "like it was cleaned. The only high light was taking my son to the pool, and us seeing a girl use her mermaid tail to swim around.
